The staff were also quite rude and clearly had no interest in helping guests. It felt like they couldn’t care less about customer service.
Additionally, I had to change rooms twice because of the hotel's lack of organization. The rooms were subpar, with couches as the main seating, which felt very uncomfortable and uninviting.
The location was another downside. There’s absolutely nothing around the hotel, and despite having an all-inclusive package, they charged extra for almost every activity. I’ve stayed at other all-inclusive hotels where everything was included, but here it felt like they were nickel-and-diming for every little thing.
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. It didn’t live up to expectations and was a frustrating experience overall.
There is a beach bar called Lemon, just 300 meters from the hotel, where you can use umbrellas and sunbeds for free, but you have to order something to drink.
