COLORS Urban Hotel Thessaloniki in Thessaloniki

The location is excellent. Service is also good by Chris. Room is huge and comfortable. The only problem is that the recommended carpark is about 8 mins walk away and if you have heavy and huge luggage it's a bit of problem.

The customer service in the hotel was amazing .building location is so central that you are literally walking distance from every tourist attraction. Lovely room .I would differently recommend .

Located in the city center, a 5-minute walk from the beach, the rooms are quite large, the staff speaks good English and are very friendly, and there are many restaurants nearby downstairs, but the towels are rather old and yellow, and the breakfast selection is limited.

My husband and I loved the convenience of its location. 1.5 blocks to the port. Where you can go for a morning walk, exercise, most restaurants, cafe's are all around. It's on the main shopping street. Easy to catch a taxi or walk anywhere you'd like. This place is very clean, and quiet and the staff are very helpful and friendly.

Wonderful. Breakfast and an added perk of 2 free drinks during lunch or dinner! The rooms are clean :) Our room was a bit cramped (booked deluxe) but the windows and door made the natural light in the room seem bigger. Great location.

Great location to major attractions, restaurants, cafes and shopping. The port is a block away! Wonderful hotel , pretty and clean and friendly staff.

The hotel and their staff are wonderful. The hotel is clean and modern and the room was HUGE with a wonderful view including water. Staff were lovely at the front desk and exceptionally efficient as well. The entire hotel smells amazing, they go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and it’s very cutesy.

There are a few reasons it could be a 4 star. The beds aren’t that comfy, we needed to arrange AC w the front desk (but they did it remotely!), and the staff at the attached restaurant are absolutely hit and miss w service/friendliness

Then there is the parking. This we had to do on our own. There is a private parking lot a 2 min walk from the hotel, and your car is locked up from 5pm-11 am the next day. 15 euros for an overnight. We were over the moon bc this hotel is in a zone where parking is .. stressful.

We love this spot. Cute, clean, comfy, fun, friendly… we would go back any day.

The front desk staff is amazing. Very helpful and friendly. Our room was so clean & creatively designed. My kids LOVED it! Area is super convenient, walkable to everywhere. I would probably stay here next time I visit as well

+ Next to the main square of Thessaloniki, and just less then 2 min by feet to the seaside. In the main square you can find always busses for all the main attraction of the city The room was very nice, clean and without any noice even if was standing on the main road. The personnel was very nice and helpful. The hotel and the room was very clean, as the hotel common spaces. The staff was amazing and always ready to help with all our needs. At the check out they didn't let us pay some things that we took from the mini bar
- Only thing that I didn't like was the shower in my room that had just a half door, but even with it the cleaning lady took all the water that was out of the shower and at the end I didn't had nothing to complain about.
