The hotel certainly does not meet the 4* category when it comes to the rooms. The furniture is old, I felt like I was living in a cave. The green areas in the complex are very beautiful and well maintained, the staff is friendly. The food is quite diverse and tasty, there is a wide choice of dishes. An unpleasant impression is the fact that the animation is entirely in German!? It is true that most of the hotel guests were German, but I don't think that this is a reason not to speak English, which is still the most widely used language in the world. Another very unpleasant thing is that there are a lot of stones in the sea and it is mandatory to wear aqua shoes, otherwise your feet will be injured. Overall I don't think I will visit this hotel again. The price definitely doesn't match the quality.

I went to this hotel a few weeks ago and the hotel itself was really good looking. But when you did into it, the more problems you find. Our room was a Double-bed room and I have to say, the experience was beyond awful. The bed smelled like mold, the mattress was crackling and there was no shampoo or hands-wash cream provided. Also, the minibar was poorly working and the main hallway smelled like smoking. As far as I’m concerned about the breakfast and dinner, the options were limited. Although they assured us that the breakfast, lunch and dinner change every day, the experience was far from reality. The staff, merely, were very kind. BUT, there were many staff people that didn’t speak Greek, nor English, and the communication was beyond difficult. Why put them in a position that requires more languages, like reception or giving ice cream? The pool was really good and the beverages provided.

We had an excellent holiday at Poseidon Palace! The hotel offered a wonderful stay, with delicious food prepared with great skill. All the staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and welcoming. A special thanks to the Coralia Club Holidays animation team—Lou, Maela, Steven, and Ahmed—who kept us entertained with fun and engaging activities. They were always full of energy and good spirits, making our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you for everything! We would love to come back again.

Poseidon Palace Hotel is a wonderful place for your vacation. We visited in the period 21-28.06.2025. Useful for families with children. The rooms are being cleaned every day. Towels and bedding are changed every day as well. The food is extremely delicious and various. The staff was very polite and helpful. All the services were at a high level. The swimming pools were clean and well maintained. The only disadvantage was that the beach has little stones, just be prepared with proper shoes. There is a platform in the sea which helps you pass the area with the stones and brings you directly to the area without stones. I highly recommend this place. Me personally would come here again next summer.

We had a wonderful time in this hotel. The food was very tasty and the rooms were clean. I mostly enjoyed the animations provided by Coralia Club. I would like to thank them for doing an excellent job and providing us with great entertainment especially Lou (risotto), Maela and Steven, they are the best!

The location of the hotel is very good. Nice pool and the way to the sea is very short. Also there is are many Bars. One of theme are directly at the beach. I took part in the Animation programs! It was very nice and always funny. A big thank you to the Lila Coralia animation team! ☺️

Wonderful stay in hotel Poseidon Palace! We had s excellent holiday in the hotel. All the staff are very kind, pleasant entertainment activities, very delicious food cooked with still. So impressive that we had breakfast soya and almond milk and chia seeds. On the beach, only have stons in the water and recommend to be more warmer the water in the swimming pools. Thanks for everything, we will like to come again. Best Regards

The food is wonderful, The drink also and service excelent! but The Internet wi - fi is Not functional în The rooms. Wach out for dermatitis from The swimming pools, and unfortunately you have to pay extra charge for the umbrella on The beach, Evan if you have ULTRA ALL INCLUSIVE.
