The atmosphere is amazing, the food is delicious, the staff (and especially Dimitris) is the best you could imagine. So kind, welcoming and helpful! Great location on the beach. I'd rate the hotel as 3 star, and excellent value for that standard. We had a first floor sea view room, with stunning views. The olive trees giving us privacy from people on the beach. There's a few restaurants and bars nearby, but not a lot. The bus into Corfu town takes about half an hour and runs till mid-night, it's frequent and easy to use

Unfortunately even though it was perfect for catching the ferry to Albania , I found this hotel very tired and basic . Definitely too pricey for what I’ve paid . I didn’t have towels or toiletries, but my friend did in his room. I wouldn’t be returning.

Cute old hotel. Perfect location, cab station out front. I walked from the airport and it wasn't bad at all. It has been remodeled. Bed was a bit firm. The heat worked well and plenty of hot water.

The room has been newly renovated and doesn't look as old as the pictures circulating online, especially the bathroom. However, the new bathroom has a large massage shower head, which fills the entire small bathroom with water when you shower.

Don't believe any bad reviews about this historic hotel with an amazing spiral staircase & old fashioned decor. We were fortunate in that we had a balcony at the front with a view. The staff were super friendly & efficient including a free bottle of water on arrival. The rooms need modernisation , the interior must be at least 25 years old. But for the price we paid you cannot expect the Hilton hotel. Very nice studios, with all amenities that one family /group of people needs for relaxing stay. Hairdryer, iron, coffee, sugar... You don't need to rush immediately to shop.
