Ikos Hotel in Dassia

Where to start? From the very first email correspondence with an agent named Magda, I knew this was going to be a special vacation. The care, concern, and hospitality were present from those first exchanges. Really, there are so many accolades to give this resort, every category is a five (1-5) But I will focus on staff. Each morning, you can't pass an employee who does not greet you with a 'kalimera.' I would mention the names of every wonderful encounter - but there were so many. Even the guys who took our luggage to the room set the tone with their welcome. Then we were greeted by Marcos of guest relations, who was incredibly personable and helpful, orienting us to the property. Every restaurant person was fantastic - Kamara at breakfast and the Asian rest. , the manager of Enoteca - whose name may have been Pantelis, Isabella at either Fresca or Flavors, were just a few. The list could go on. We had the pleasure of meeting Peter, manager at Guest relations who assisted us in many ways. I asked him if the experience at Ikos was just the well known Greek hospitality or the training that the staff receives - and he said it was a combination of both. It is my hope that we can return to this resort sometime in the future. Well done!

Our stay during easter was truly outstanding and exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by a team that was not only friendly but also incredibly attentive and eager to assist with anything we needed. Everything throughout the hotel was maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, which made us feel very comfortable! The “enoteca”restaurant was excellent, offering high-quality cuisine and a wonderful selection of dishes that we thoroughly enjoyed. Each meal was a delightful experience. Overall, we had an amazing time and left with the best impressions. Thank you for everything!

Another perfect week of sun, amazing food, great service and much needed relaxation at Ikos Dassia. Our second visit - and it was so lovely to be back. The location is simply stunning. Perfect April weather! Loved our Dinners at Ouzo, Fresco and Enoteca especially. Amazing pool service with a smile, great sports facilities both on and off the water. Super-quiet, clean rooms with very comfy beds and attentive housekeeping staff. Thank you Katerina (Hotel Manager) for looking after us so well - again : outstanding, friendly leadership. This resort is not only beautiful, but the staff here makes you feel special and everyone is very happy to get whatever you need to make your vacation wonderful. Upon arrival, Marcos from guest relations met with us to greet us and orient us. He checked in with us often over the next few days and his warmth and helpfulness made our stay extra special. He's fabulous! Peter, a manager at guest relations, helped us with getting our one day car to take a ride around Corfu. He was always pleasant to deal with and so personable. What a treat that they offer you a car for the day, but we couldn't wait to get back to the incredible resort. My grandson and daughter loved kayaking and paddle boarding. We all tried the pedal boat. They took advantage of the tennis clinics. The coaching was impressive. There is much to do here, including fitness classes in an outside area facing the sea. The food was spectacular. The wait staff and managers at the restaurant work incredibly hard. And so many workers at the bars were friendly and fun to chat with. Alexandros at the pool bar was terrific. This is the best all inclusive resort I've ever been to. Highly recommended and I can't wait to go back!

We’ve just returned from an incredible stay at Ikos Dassia and honestly, it’s one of the best all-inclusive experiences we’ve had — a true 5⭐️ holiday! From the moment we arrived, the hotel grounds completely blew us away — beautifully maintained, lush, and perfectly laid out. The setting is absolutely stunning, surrounded by a gorgeous natural environment that really adds to the sense of relaxation. The views are WOW! There was always something to do thanks to the fantastic entertainment programme, and the range of amenities available is seriously impressive — everything feels thoughtfully designed and high quality. The beach is another standout: clean, calm, and perfect for both relaxing and family time. Speaking of family — the kids club deserves a special mention. It was excellent, with engaging activities and lovely staff, giving both kids and parents a brilliant holiday experience. A couple of small points for improvement (and these are genuinely minor in the grand scheme of things). As it was the start of the season, some of the restaurant service felt like it needed a bit more polish and training — but importantly, the staff were incredibly friendly and clearly trying their best, which made a big difference. A special shout out to Milena who gave the best service of everyone we met! I’m hoping she gets a big promotion so we get to see her again next year! Our son also loved her! Also, it’s worth noting that if you want guaranteed access to all the à la carte restaurants, booking Deluxe accommodation is really the way to go. We didn’t opt for this, but the team went above and beyond to secure us two extra reservations, which we really appreciated. The Deluxe offering itself looked fantastic — definitely a case of “you get what you pay for.” Our room was beautiful, stylish, and comfortable, though slightly smaller than we had imagined. That said, it didn’t take away from the overall experience at all. All in all, this is a truly special resort that delivers on so many levels. With just a few small tweaks early in the season, it would be absolutely flawless. We will be returning with our wider family on the deluxe offering next year — highly recommend!

Worth 5 star rating. Cleanliness, friendly helpful staff nothing is too much trouble. Food delicious in every restaurant. Room comfortable with beautiful view of the resort and sea. Wonderful to order room service breakfast on the balcony. Bedding luxurious and pillows comfortable. Rain shower and wall shower good power and always at correct chosen temperature. Pools were heated and pool bar service good.

Great hotel. Food exceptional. Service even better. Kids loved it. Suites are really good. Will try a deluxe collection next time. Free Tesla use, and sunset cruise are nice add ons. Price is high, but well worth it. As far from all inclusive as an all inclusive can get.

The dining experience was the highlight of my trip. We tried the signature restaurant for dinner and the Sicilian-inspired cuisine was outstanding. The service was impeccable, and the atmosphere was perfect for a relaxed evening. Even though the resort was busy, the staff managed everything with great professionalism. A bit pricey, but definitely worth it for the quality provided."

Myself and hubbie spent the most wonderful 8 nights in our most favourite place in the world in October 25. From the moment we arrived we are welcomed like family. The restaurants, pools, bars, beach areas are all just so perfect. Daiana at Sky pool took such good care of us and is a credit to the Ikos brand. There are too many to mention as all the staff were wonderful. Two stand out people we have to mention were Thanasis who checked in on us most days always with a friendly smile. And of course our star Juliana she is just amazing. She takes care of us so much and is one of the reasons we choose to holiday at Dassia. If the Ikos brand could be shown within a person it would be her. We look forward to returning back to our paradise in April 2026. See you all soon ❤️
