Fab location, great price & amazing manager. We arrived late at night so had to sit outside (our fault). The lovely manager saw us let us have a temporary room at 6 a.m. great location on the beach albeit the beach isn’t nice. Location is great less than 5 min walk to main areas. Rooms have 3 full size beds not a sofa bed. Pool area really chilled. Thank you.

Very well located. Few minutes walk from the beach and Kavos centre. Quiet area. Has a communal pool. Parking available but ideally to book from beforehand. Very welcoming host and helpful. Breakfast can be booked at 8euro-limited selction. Very poor wifi connection unfortunately. AC only in bedrooms, no ac in the kitchinette/living room.

Had the best 5 days at Utopia Kavos. The location, apartment, pool, view just everything was exactly what me and my friends look for on our yearly get away. We ate at the pool bar a few times and can honestly say the food there was better than some of the restaurants we visited. My stay was unreal here at Utopia, I was there for a week and I had the best time. The staff and cleaners alike were friendly and attentive. The Hotel itself was perfect, on the beach front, excellent pool and very clean. Cute cats dotted around aswell made it the perfect place to stay in Kavos.

Stayed at Utopia with my husband and a friend who had her own room. Rooms are basic, but ours was clean and spacious. Very comfortable bed, linen changed regularly. Hot water, fridge, dressing table. The room met all our needs as we were only using it to wash, change and sleep. There was a fridge and kettle and sink and outside table and chairs and a clothes airer and pegs for drying. My son and I stayed at Villa del Sol last August (2023) and somehow I forgot to leave a review, sorry! But, have to share that we had a fantastic time here. Loved the location, the pool and the wonderful Maria (my fellow Virgo!). We truly had a lovely time enjoying down time in a safe and relaxed accommodation with plenty to do nearby! We were lucky to stay here. The pool has shade in the middle of the day - when every where else sun burns with no excuses. Fabulous little place within 5 minutes walk to the harbour very clean with a large balcony which was lovely. Cleaning lady is absolutely adorable and comes every morning. Nice and clean apartments. Very good service. The pool is small but it was enough for everyone. We were able to get groceries from the market next door. Plus the kids got nice gifts on our last day there.

Super friendly cleaning lady who also is the contact person. Apartment is located 5-8 min walk from where everything is at but it's still quiet at night. Clean place with all the basic things you would look for (towels, bar soap, basic kitchen items, filter coffee pot, tea kettle). Stayed here from 22 sept to 2nd oct. Was brilliant. Lovely staff, apartment as cleaned, pool was lovely. Only advice I have (and this is my fault not Helion), is you get bitten to death so bring insect repellent, but that is the case in most hot countries.

The apartment was well-sized and One of the highlights of our stay was definitely the swimming pool. We were the women staying here and felt very comfortable and safe! Christos, our person of contact, was such a great help. He was fast to reply to our needs. The room was super clean and our linens were changed regularly, so great. We had a huge terrace, an AC and a kitchen with all amenities (only scissors were missing haha). After a lovely welcome, we were shown our apartment. Very clean, well furnished with a private terrace. Incredibly quiet location, although only 5 minutes walk from shops restaurants and beach nearby. This is a really great value, self catering place. Absolutely brilliant!

We booked one night online, ended up liking it so much that we stayed another night. The hotel is about a 20 minute walk from Sidari, which is perfect, and has easy access to explore the island. We'd gladly return. It was our first time there as a couple. Very friendly staff. Excellent and prompt service. Food always freshly prepared. Plenty of breakfast. Small pool, ideal for children. Also with access to the sea. Excellent value for money.

The hotel was fantastic with excellent pool and proximity to sea. We stayed in the beach house which had great views. The house its self was basic but clean and comfortable. Expensive, two glasses of beer (400ml each) and one large glass of Sprite for 15 euro is expensive for Kavos. These are the most expensive drinks we found on Corfu in the two weeks we were there. Not much else to add to this review, other than we won't be going back to this bar/restaurant.

Went as a group of 9 20year olds and had an amazing time. Giannis and the team took amazing care of us, booked trips and taxis for us, even got my friend a personalised birthday cake for her birthday. The hotel is really close to the ***** (about 10/15 mins walk) and has an amazing bar, pool and beach area. No complains at all!! Loved it. Shoutout.

Had a lovely holiday here. Staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Our room had a double hob, kettle and fridge along with en-suite bathroom and air conditioning. The pool is excellent as is the food which Includes stuff like pizza and burgers and traditional Greek dishes. There’s a well stocked supermarket across the road. The bus to Corfu old town stops right outside. It costs just over 4 Euros...

Locandiera is a fantastic guest house in the perfect location!Just out of town so not too loud or busy but close to many tavernas and restaurants. I was there for the Easter celebrations and was able to see everything.Staff very helpful and booked me restaurants for the evening!Taxi can’t drop you right outside the door as is up an alley but will drop you close enough.

Nice room, comfortable bed, very reasonable prices. But the real attraction is the service. Everyone went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and then some.

A little gem of a place to stay in Corfu Town close to the Spianada. Everything is on the doorstep, bars,restaurants, supermarkets, old fort, Asian museum and Faliraki. Great host who does a lovely breakfast and makes a great cappuccino. Well worth staying here for a Corfu Town break.
