We stayed for 7 nights in July 2025. 4 adults with 2 rooms. When we were shown to our rooms they were incredibly small, not as advertised on their website or on our booking confirmation. The rooms were located next to the boiler room and the cleaning cupboard and these rooms could be accessed by a small walkway from the street. Just arrived home today. Hotel was OK but definitely not luxury as name suggests. We stayed at Palapart 3 years ago. Same company and far superior. This is a basic 3 star accommodation in the centre of a slightly run down Gouvia which has been built on a postage stamp. Fab location, great price & amazing manager. We arrived late at night so had to sit outside (our fault). The lovely manager saw us let us have a temporary room at 6 a.m. great location on the beach albeit the beach isn’t nice. Location is great less than 5 min walk to main areas. Had the best 5 days at Utopia Kavos. The location, apartment, pool, view just everything was exactly what me and my friends look for on our yearly get away. We ate at the pool bar a few times and can honestly say the food there was better than some of the restaurants we visited. My stay was unreal here at Utopia, I was there for a week and I had the best time. The staff and cleaners alike were friendly and attentive. The Hotel itself was perfect, on the beach front, excellent pool and very clean. Cute cats dotted around aswell made it the perfect place to stay in Kavos.

A nice hotel with very friendly staff, mostly tasty food. The room was spacious and clean, a balcony with a beautiful sight overlooking the garden and the beach. We stayed 6 nights, it’s a drive away from Benitses so you need a car. Great pool (a little tired) great dining on-site, really good options and delicious. Lovely staff, very accommodating.

The hotel itself is gorgeous, with views to die for. However, the room we were placed in, although absolutely stunning, the electrics continuously cut out meaning we could not charge anything, the lights wouldn’t work and the aircon would not work. We spoke to reception the first time it happened, it came back on and within 5 minutes turned back off again and didn’t start working until an hour later...

We had a fantasic 3 day stay at Anasa, the facilities were great, rooms, pool area, and bar. The staff were exceptional....nothing was too much trouble. Our party of 8 arrived at 9:45pm Marcos kept the bar open for us till 12 and offered us food before the chef finished.

We just returned from an amazing week at Ilena hotel. From the moment we arrived, we absolutely loved it. The ilena hotel is quiet with beautiful gardens and a pool. We were lucky to stay here. The pool has shade in the middle of the day - when every where else sun burns with no excuses. We had booked a week for 6 and had a very quiet, relaxing time in a house right by the beach. Everything was clean, in between the towels were changed. the concierge gave us a warm welcome and explained everything important. A great place with a fantastic view. Highly recommended! 😊

Very friendly Nikos is a great host, and not just out for for your money!! Popped in here a few times for a change of scenery, probably the cheapest bottle of Mythos on Corfu? Fabulous little place within 5 minutes walk to the harbour very clean with a large balcony which was lovely. Cleaning lady is absolutely adorable and comes every morning. Only negative is quite limited amenities for self catering although we didn't plan on cooking anyway it might be an issue for those who do. Would definitely return in the future

Everything fantastic. The room was located less then 5 min to the main square and 10 min to the beach. The room was clean and it had a nice balcony.

Close to everything by foot. Great small shops with quality clothes, souvenirs, jewellery, shoes etc. Great tavernas, restaurants, cafes. The Port is lovely to hang out at. Beaches are a short walk.

Nice and clean apartments. Very good service. The pool is small but it was enough for everyone. We were able to get groceries from the market next door. Plus the kids got nice gifts on our last day there.

Super friendly cleaning lady who also is the contact person. Apartment is located 5-8 min walk from where everything is at but it's still quiet at night. Clean place with all the basic things you would look for (towels, bar soap, basic kitchen items, filter coffee pot, tea kettle). Only suggestion for improvement is something for a proper kitchen knife (only a small steak style knife is there)

The studio had everything you need for a vacation. Towels were changed on the next day, the sheets were clean, it had a terrace. The bathroom was spacious. I'm giving 4 stars out of 5 only because we had two separated beds. We couldn't connect them together because of the position of the mirror and the cabinet beneath it. Maybe it was my mistake because I didn't pay attention when making the reservation

Nice and large rooms, nice swimming pool. It's a shame that on maps it appears right in the center, but instead it's 2.2 km from the center and the road to get there is anything but easy! Below are the photos of the route from the center of Kavos.

The booking stated that it was located in the center of Kavos, while upon our arrival we discovered that it was more than 1 km outside the town. It's not a bad accommodation, given the very low price, it's perfect for those staying in Kavos for the nightlife..

Stayed here from 22 sept to 2nd oct. Was brilliant. Lovely staff, apartment as cleaned, pool was lovely. Only advice I have (and this is my fault not Helion), is you get bitten to death so bring insect repellent, but that is the case in most hot countries.

We recently stayed at a self-catered hotel apartment with a group of 5, and it turned out to be a comfortable and convenient base for our trip. The apartment was well-sized and One of the highlights of our stay was definitely the swimming pool. Milton hotel was perfect. My boyfriend and I went in early September, it was quiet and peaceful. Only a 5 min walk from the beach which had a stunning view of Albanian mountains. I can only say positive things, everything is clean and functional, the ambiance is wonderful and very pleasant, as is the owner who helped us with everything we needed and it is very important to him that everyone feels comfortable here.

We have not spent too much time in the apartment but it had everything we needed. We really enjoy our evenings at the pool. The staff was really friendly and helpful. The room was cleaned every day, fresh towels were delivered. I would highly recommend it for the price you pay!

We booked one night online, ended up liking it so much that we stayed another night. The hotel is about a 20 minute walk from Sidari, which is perfect, and has easy access to explore the island. The hotel also has a restaurant with delicious food. The owner Nikos gave us great tips for hiking on the island.

What an absolute joy to stay here. Excellent service with an OJ upon arrival, then taken to my beautiful clean room, cool with views over the garden and hills. Great big pool overlooking the sea. And then dinner in the restaurant. Service was top notch, food delicious. Wish I could have stayed longer!

Hospitality in it's best. The owner and the stuff were probably the most friendly and hospitable we had until now. Stay was a very pleasant and relaxed experience. You have nice safe parking available, it's extremely quite, the center is aprox.15' away and you can access many beaches relative quick because you are on the center of the island.
