We got a small room with the double bed up against one wall. Also, the bathroom was hilariously bad with a tiny bathtub shower that was almost unusable as it had an uneven floor that made it almost dangerous. Proximity to the sea was great, and the pool area was fine although a bit of a catfish picture. Breakfast was great though

Staff are excellent from the cleaning staff to the restaurant bar and kitchen. All of them are friendly and accommodating. We had an excellent stay and we will be back.

This is a gem of a hotel. Staff cannot do enough for you in making your stay relaxing and enjoyable. Some terrific restaurants around the hotel plus the hotel itself offers a smorgasbord of food that will suit everyone’s taste.  We had a junior suite which looked over the water. Bathroom is small but that’s the only negative aspect of the hotel.  Not sure if you could find better place for the price

Great location, nice looking rooms and space. Bar and breakfast room were good. The lady who owns the hotel is super. And her husband ensures all is good at breakfast. We enjoyed our stay. Room was good size and had everything you needed including a kettle and safe and air with a balcony. Bed is not great but overall a nice hotel .

We are nearly at the end of a week's break at this lovely family run hotel. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff. This hotel has an amazing position and provides free sunbeds on the beach for guests with wonderful waiter service. Even in August there was plenty of space available! What really makes this hotel are the family that run it! So friendly and helpful. It feels authentically Greek. Apartment was really lovely and spacious.

The location on the beach is good. Our room was extremely dated (one at the back) and the balcony/terrace was unpleasant and not a nice place to sit at the end of the day. The air con unit vented directly into it at floor level. This is probably a very good place to stay if you have one of the beachfront rooms, but if you don't - it's not.

If you want an Old Fashioned ask for Dimitris. He make the best Old Fashioned in the whole of messonghi, no other bar comes close.

Doing a bit of island hopping we stumbled across this place in nissaki. The staff was super lovely and gave us free drinks at the pool bar with amazing ocean views. Room was clean, modern and spacious. The bed was huge and comfortable. Balcony with ocean views. Staff let us leave the car for the day and use the room and showers after check out. We had a positive experience overall. Our room was one of the top rooms, with a spacious balcony and even a partial view of the water. The air conditioning wasn’t too loud and worked well. The hotel is located on a hill, most rooms have a sea view, a pool bar, cozy rooms.

We booked a room two days in advance, arrived very late in the evening, and were greeted very warmly. The breakfasts were very generous, the staff very friendly, all the rooms were very clean and well-maintained, and there was a very nice cocktail bar by the pool. It was a 5-minute walk to the nearest beach and a 15-minute moped ride to Ipsos Beach. I recommend this hotel to everyone for its comfort...

Honestly not the greatest place. What was called a beach across from the hotel was not an option for children. The nearby beach was full of rubbish and stank of sewerage. The room was ok. Cleanliness was the best (thanks the cleaning lady). Breakfast was at best average.

We have just returned from 11 nights at The Ibiscus . Reviews of the hotel are variable , but I can only tell you our experience . The most common “ complaint “ is about the food . Unfortunately even though it was perfect for catching the ferry to Albania , I found this hotel very tired and basic . Definitely too pricey for what I’ve paid . I didn’t have towels or toiletries, but my friend did in his room. I wouldn’t be returning.

I had a lovely holiday here. The staff couldn't do enough for you and a shout out to our blonde cleaning lady who I give 5*. Nice resort, but for my taste to big. The fit 1500 guests in the resort. The main restaurant is often very busy. People are going for the food as if its the last food available...I would recommend the family rooms with private pool. This has a very relax atmosfeer. The beach is great for small kids and the sea is very relax.

Great little hotel. Breakfast more than adequate. Rooms cleaned everyday. Staff very helpful. 100 m to beach, bars, tavernas. Do try the 3 brothers bar. Don't use lords transfers from the airport as they drop you off at the main road and you have to walk with your bags to the hotel.

This is a really nice relaxing, private hotel. Our room was clean and modern with an adequate balcony and a magnificent view over Ipsos and the bay beyond. The pool area is in a beautiful setting surrounded with grass and trees with plenty of shaded areas to cool off. Wonderful hotel! Great breakfast with lovely staff. Wifi system was acting up during our stay, but you won’t care with the pool and the beach right there. Also, walk one beach further north for a much better swim. Worth it!

A perfect family run hotel in Ipsos. All of the hotel staff are extremely welcoming and kind. The pool area is lovely with plenty of sun beds.
