Great hotel, room gets cleaned every day and the view is just stunning. And for the fact that the price is very cheap, I'd say it is a hell of a deal!

Very nice place. Convenient location, a little aside, but walking distance to everything. Sweaming pool, breakfast in good price, nice views at the sea and the village. Quiet and cousy.

We felt very comfortable here at Elisabeth's place – she's of Greek descent, but was born and raised in Ludwigsburg – and with her Greek husband! They were very friendly, accommodating, and always had a listening ear. You could come to them with any problems, and they would try to help. They also regularly offered helpful tips. It's run by a very friendly and hospitable family. They're always happy to chat, and you can ask them anything. The pool is wonderful for a dip. And the breakfast is excellent. The rooms are cleaned daily and look great. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Friendly people. The rooms are common. The breakfast is not so good. No juice( just limonade), bad Coffee ! But they have a nice swimmingpool and daily cleanup in your room.

Great affordable hotel. No lift but comfortable wide stairs (likely we got 1st floor as we had lot of luggage). Great breakfast. Luggage storage in the corridor (attended). Parking in front (free). Comfortable beds and pillow. Minibar in room. Short walk (steep, 10min) to very nice calm beach, but we also drove to beach (we have a SUP) and parking was available and free (in early October). Next stay on crete will go there again. Very very good for a more than fair price. Its more like a 3,5 Star hotel rather than the rated 2-Star hotel. Very Kind Service. Lovely place.

The manager was super nice, the bed was so comfortable, the breakfast was complete, and the location is good, 5 to 10min walk to the village and the port. We also had a balcony which was handy for drying things. However, the bathroom was small, as well as the shower. It also looks old compared to the rest of the room.

Lovely hotel on a nice location. Rooms are a little bit outdated but are clean and we had a very nice bed! Staff is very friendly and helpful. When we are returning to AG we will return to this hotel.

nice hotel. not too far from the beach. bad view ... a front building that covers everything. decent bathroom except the shower which once done floods the whole bathroom. embarrassing minibar as they sell chocolates for example at 5 euros when at the market below they are 80 cents. We had a very nice stay at the Ostria hotel thanks to the clean rooms and the hotels positioning in Agia Galini. The very loving and personal atmosphere was something we acknowledged. Whenever needed we got help by our host. In the end the hotel made the stay to something special.

The hotel was very nice and clean. Our room was at the 3th floor and was very quiet and had a spectacular view! The staff was really friendly and helpfull! I really recommend it and I will definitely come back next year! (Ps there is a elevator inside the hotel and outdoor stairs)

Having a fab holiday thanks to Panos & his family lovely family run hotel,we were lucky to have a triple room very well appointment un failing maid service,gorgeous pool area & well stocked drinks/snack bar tasty breakfast too, a wonderful find & a credit to Neos Ikaros will definitely return ?
