Great hotel with superb location and amazing sea view from room. Good breakfast and very friendly owner.

The property was a basic hotel with a nice view. Unfortunately, power was lost during our stay. The parking lot is 5 parking spaces, and larger cars extend into the street making it unusable. In addition the bathrooms had a smell, even after being cleaned. Likely from the drain in the floor. Very small shower and small room.

Super nice host, gave us tips on what to visit and which restaurants were good. The breakfast buffet was also super great!

The hotel was one of my best experiences in my life. Harris and Helena are great hosts. Come as a guest, go as a friend. Thank you so much for the days in your hotel. Relax and well feeling ***** more than 5 stars. I’m sure, I come back and maybe my retirement would be in crete.

We felt very comfortable here at Elisabeth's place – she's of Greek descent, but was born and raised in Ludwigsburg – and with her Greek husband! They were very friendly, accommodating, and always had a listening ear. You could come to them with any problems, and they would try to help. They also regularly offered helpful tips. For a **-star hotel, it was very nice: beautiful grounds, lovely room...

It's run by a very friendly and hospitable family. They're always happy to chat, and you can ask them anything. The pool is wonderful for a dip. And the breakfast is excellent. The rooms are cleaned daily and look great. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Super friendly people, the other guests were also very nice. Everything was nice and clean. Great walk to the village and very close to the beach

Friendly people. The rooms are common. The breakfast is not so good. No juice( just limonade), bad Coffee ! But they have a nice swimmingpool and daily cleanup in your room.

A lovely free upgraded room with a part view of the mountains and sea Lovely polite staff and an awesome shower Breakfast was acceptable, a full English fry up would have been perfect but I'm not in England 😅

A little gem This was a little gem. Great service and a very comfortable bed. I thought this was great value and would stay here again. Plus side it has parking!!!

Great affordable hotel. No lift but comfortable wide stairs (likely we got 1st floor as we had lot of luggage). Great breakfast. Luggage storage in the corridor (attended). Parking in front (free). Comfortable beds and pillow. Minibar in room. Short walk (steep, 10min) to very nice calm beach, but we also drove to beach (we have a SUP) and parking was available and free (in early October). Lot of restaurants...

Great hotel with great service. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Good plentyful breakfast. Convenient street parking in front of hotel. No lift but staircase is large.

Next stay on crete will go there again. Very very good for a more than fair price. Its more like a 3,5 Star hotel rather than the rated 2-Star hotel. Very Kind Service. Lovely place.

The manager was super nice, the bed was so comfortable, the breakfast was complete, and the location is good, 5 to 10min walk to the village and the port. We also had a balcony which was handy for drying things. However, the bathroom was small, as well as the shower. It also looks old compared to the rest of the room.

I'm very satisfied from my stay in Ostria hotel. I really like the big balcony in front of the room. The staff was kind and helpful, the room was clean and the breakfast was really delicious.

We had a very nice stay at the Ostria hotel thanks to the clean rooms and the hotels positioning in Agia Galini. The very loving and personal atmosphere was something we acknowledged. Whenever needed we got help by our host. In the end the hotel made the stay to something special.

The hotel was very nice and clean. Our room was at the 3th floor and was very quiet and had a spectacular view! The staff was really friendly and helpfull! I really recommend it and I will definitely come back next year! (Ps there is a elevator inside the hotel and outdoor stairs)

This hotel is lovely and the family that owns it is so nice. The breakfast they serve is amazing, I couldn’t wait to go to bed so I could have it again the next day. Highly recommend!

Great Budget-Hotel, which I would visit again. The hosts are super welcoming and friendly. You can feel free to ask them anything, without them being intrusive. If you plan on just staying in your rooms for sleeping and resting it's perfect. The yard/garden is beautiful and the perfect place to eat or drink wine in the evening.

Our stay was very pleasant. Best breakfast with loots of food. Everything fresh and homemade and with Smile.

Fantastic hotel with a great host that really takes care of his customers, one of the best breakfasts I have had in a hotel in a long time. The owner really takes pride ensuring the guests have a fresh breakfast.

Rooms are neat, clean but simple. Breakfast is not varied in terms of bread toppings. Sometimes melon but otherwise no extra with a scrambled egg. Daily hard boiled blue egg and tomato with cucumber. Lovely hotel with a very nice family who runs it. Clean and comfortable rooms,nice poolarea and little snackbar in the garden. Breakfast very good aswell We have been there a couple of times and it's always nice to come back.

Fantastic hotel, comfy beds, great staff and superb service. We stayed here for a week and had a great time eating and drinking our way through this wonderful village. Would highly recommend this hotel and galini.
