Lenikos is a great place to stay! Everything you need for a quiet break away. Close to Agia Gallia village, 45 minute walk (downhill so very steep on your way back!) or 5 minutes by car. There are 3 fantastic pools which were quiet when I visited so I had the pool to myself. The views from the apartment was breathtaking and the breakfast each morning is fantastic. Fresh and local produce.

The accomodation was clean and comfortable the staff friendly and the food excellent. The lady owner said she would "knock something up for us" for our evening meal and produced an absolute feast! Lovely place to stay. Modern rooms and nice team. It is located a car drive away from the town and a good base to explore. Pools are nice. Breakfast we loved but is not a buffet and a platter of different Greek items. We had 3 young kids with us and it suited us well.

The waitresses were very sweet, good food, clean hotel. Very noisy hotel, the boss of the hotel did not always feel sincere; sometimes she was friendly and sometimes she gave you the feeling of being a nuisance. From start to finish this hotel was fantastic. Great location above the bay, with panoramic views off the large balcony. This place was so excellent. Firstly, the staff was so engaging and welcoming. Even one of the owners helped me to improve my Greek! Secondly, the accommodations were so beautiful, comfortable and charming. The view of the sea from our terrace was so lovely to gaze at while relaxing there. The breakfast was wonderful. It was truly the perfect place to spend four lovely days in the area.

We had a lovely stay at Minos Boutique hotel in Agia Galini. The owners Marelina, Yanis and Tonya (mum, dad and daughter) are so welcoming and couldn’t be friendlier. Every year I go to Manolis the owner of the Sunlighthotel. I always feel very welcome at his hotel. Now he renovated the rooms of the top floor which I would like to recommend!

The rooms are simple but very clean. The terraces offer incredible views of the Libyan Sea.We go there mainly for the welcoming. Manolis and his wife do everything to make your stay pleasant

It's a 2star hotel, but you're well looked after and the kindness snd service make up for everything. The pool is lovely :)

The hotel was cute, the room was clean and the staff very friendly. If you book a room here, be sure to ask for a lower floor. There is no elevator. Also, we were on the top floor exposed to the strong winds. The wind HOWLED and WHISTLED relentlessly every minute we were there. It was like sleeping through a hurricane.

This is a very good family-run 2-star hotel. Cleaning is done every day, and once in three days, the towels and bed sheets are changed. Nice clean rooms with a splended view over de town. The balkonie at the front gives a perfect view. This is one of the best places to locally - if not the best. A great welcome with local iced tea, homemade biscuits and a cool flannel. Great hotel with beautiful scenery, nice views. On our stay we had a junior suite with sea view 33 m2. Plenty space for 2 adults and one kid. We opted for halfboard. I had a great stay in Petra Hotel, the staff is very friendly and attentive. The breakfast buffet is next to the pool where you also have a nice view. Because of the layout of the rooms you have a lot of privacy, and you hardly hear the other guests. I highly recommend this hotel.

We really enjoyed our first stay here. A beautiful location overlooking the sea, a wonderful daily breakfast, cheerful and helpful staff at the front desk, and a spacious room. We would certainly return here if we ever find ourselves in Agia Galini again!

Mikanos was a really genuinely nice man, a pleasure to enjoy his company. The hotel was very nice but the outstanding feature was breakfast. The location with car park is perfect being a 2 minute walk from "town" , a truely lovely spot....a great find. Truthfully it's one of only a few places in the world we'd go back to

Ok... let's say the truth, considering that the average price we paid for other Hotel in crete was 35-40 euros.. this was a bit expensive (80 euro, sea view with breakfast).. but was amazing!! the breakfast was really good, lots of choice. We only stayed in Agia Galini 1 night... that's why we decided to spoilt ourself with this place. Room was really good: clean, spacious, tv, huge bed and a sofa...
