Staff are rude, clean hotel and good food and drinks. Swimming pool was unbearably cold. No entertainment and not close at all to any shops/restaurants. Only book here for a maximum of 3 nights as there’s nothing to do. Beautiful scenery also.

Fantastic resort , the staff and the management cares a lot and support each client’s wish . We were so happy here . We suggest the hotel and of course the island of Crete.

Great stay, great view. Stuff is a highlight: Konstantinos and Nicolas from the reception were really helpful with everything! If you have a late flight you can use hotel facilities like bathroom, shower, pool with no problem.

Beautiful hotel. It was clean, tidy and the staff couldn’t do enough for us. There was plenty to do at the hotel with 3 pools to choose from or the cove to swim in.

Nice hotel for couples. The pools are clean and quiet. The breakfast has big variety. The hotel staff is really professional. We didn’t have the chance to visit the wellness spot. A good reason to come back😉

Wonderful accommodation, wonderful people, I highly recommend it

From the minute we arrived the family were attentive and always on hand. A great location only 10 minute sot one of the beaches and a 15 minute walk to the port. Popi, Stellios, Georgos and Mary were superb hosts and always willing offer advice on where to see and visit when asked. A real family business and all of our rooms were clean and with good sized balconies. We will be back!

I have just returned from a 1 week stay in Elpis with my 3 teenage daughters and I would highly recommend. Poppy, her sons, the bar staff and house keepers are the loveliest of people are really make you feel welcome. I like to travel to different places and have never went back to the same place twice however this is the first time and place I would be tempted to return to again! We shared a room...

Very good services and the host very welcoming, pool is clean and nice, except the rooms which are 2* how they say but can have more because it s clean and they give their best to have a nice holiday! They have a nice doberman, also you can rent cars but from what i saw it s quite expensive compared with others.

Beautiful place within walking distance from the sea! We felt like home thanks to the hospitable owners. The outdoor area is great for relaxing moments!
