There are nuances like no hair dryer in the room, but I am a spoiled child by Turkey hotels, which are just different, so probably for Europe 4 star they have all that is needed

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful and comfortable family-run hotel. The staff were always polite, friendly, and eager to assist every guest with a genuine smile

Our experience here was wonderful. The food is amazing, we ate a lot every day, desserts were great too. There is an open bar + ice cream bar as well. The weather was so nice, even in October, very sunny and warm

I highly recommeend even with kids, they have animators and activities, pool, anything you might want or need. And the massage was the best I have ever had

This is the second time I have been here and both times we loved it. The people here are extremely kind, friendly and helpful, the rooms are great and well situated and the food is amazing a d very varied

Great beach resort with restaurants and local shops on your doorstep. The breakfast was varied and good quality. Ideal if you don't intend to travel around, otherwise you'll need a car rental (plenty of free parking)

This is the best hotel I’ve ever visited. We arrived at 6:00 AM and personnel gave us a room at 9:00 AM, but usually it’s after 2:00 PM. They also gave us better room than we booked

Our room was always cleaned, the food at the restaurant was good and fresh. As for the staff, only words of praise

It's the 2nd year I spend my summer holidays in bali and Xdas garden and,honestly,I wouldn't stay anywhere else! The location of the hotel is simply perfect ,close to the main beach and services but in a very quiet place,just what I needed and searched for

The hotel atmosphere is very cosy and relaxed and the hosts are definitely very friendly and kind ,which I appreciated so much! The hotel rooms are very clean and everything is taken good care of

One of the absolute highlights is the terrace: huge, perfect for enjoying the evening breeze or as a sunbathing area (essentially a second room with deck chairs and a table with chairs)

The extractor fan in the bathroom was blocked with dust and didn’t function at all, so we had to leave the bathroom door open constantly. Linen changes only every three days also felt below par for this standard of hotel

Room 114 has a balcony big enough to accommodate about 10 loungers and a view that you won't tire of in a hurry, day or night, unfortunately it's 52 steps up from reception/bar

The room was okay, but we had repeated issues with the electricity tripping, and the air conditioning was underwhelming—it never felt as cool as the set temperature, especially compared to other hotels we stayed in

The location was lovely—right on the beachfront—but the beach had a large inflatable assault course for kids, which didn’t match the adult-only vibe. Luckily, a quieter and nicer beach was just a short drive away

The bar was decent, although it was odd to see children running around in the evenings despite the hotel being advertised as adults-only—possibly relatives of staff

Because of the geography, the hotel is built on a slope and therefore consists of a series of levels connected by a series of confusing stairs and lifts. Also confusing is the absence of a pool bar (lovely pool)

Thanks to her, everything went smoothly and with a smile 😊 The food was delicious – fresh, varied, and full of local flavors. The drinks at the bar were excellent as well, perfect for enjoying by the pool in the evening

During the day make sure you go to Maria for the best iced coffees at the bar! Thank you to the whole team at filion, a fantastic service and 10/10 evening entertainment

All good except for gross bathroom and stranded at side of the road

helped us when we forgot our key and when we couldn’t work out how to use the air conditioning in the room came down to the room to show us even though it was late in the evening, Aleks at the bar made the best cocktails and brought the party vibes

Our stay at Filion Suites Resort & Spa was absolutely wonderful! The hotel is located in a beautiful, peaceful area with breathtaking views of the mountains — a perfect place to relax and unwind away from the crowds

We definitely feel like this place is our second home, and we are already planning to return next year! Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful and welcoming experience

The manager stelios speaks excellent English and is very welcoming and helpful and was always going out of his way to help us when we asked. His son worked in the bar and restaurant and was equally kind and helpful

The food quality was good but being a smaller hotel the selection was smaller than other hotel buffets. However there was always at least two choices of meat dish, plus a fish or seafood dish

Overall a very good experience. Stelios is always helpful and looking after the guests. Is a relaxed atmosphere compared to bigger hotels

Pool was nice and no sun lounger fights! Used the partner hotel fillion for the gym and 3 additional pools which was a 10 min drive up the hill, imagine walking it would have been pretty strenuous but there was a minibus which I think you could use if you didn't have a car

Pasta dish with every meal plus side dishes and salads. With fruit ice cream and cake for dessert. We found something enjoyable to eat every meal but did eat out several days too as the choices were quite repetitive

There is a fridge, cooking hob, kettle, iron, microwave, hairdryer in them. Kitchen also contained sets of glasses, plates and so on. Our upper floor room had two balconies

Yogurt, cereal, grains and honey. Breads and an English breakfast, fried egg, bacon, beans, sausages, sautéed potatoes with omelettes and scrambled eggs as an option. Choice of fruit juices or tea & coffee to accompany

I used to go here when I was younger and eat Ice Cream at Theo's bar. He'd throw us into the water and we used to dance on the podium and stuff. Good times.

This year for the first time they have included breakfast with the room rate. The breakfast offering is so good, huge selection, something for everyone. Continental breakfast, cold meats & cheeses

We were staying for 7 nights and we were satisfied with everything - properly working conditioner, everyday cleaning, fridge and kitchenware that allowed us to make breakfast, as well as the soundproof walls that provided us with good sleep

Very good services and the host very welcoming, pool is clean and nice, except the rooms which are 2* how they say but can have more because it s clean and they give their best to have a nice holiday! They have a nice doberman, also you can rent cars but from what i saw it s quite expensive compared with others

The studio has a large and comfortable bed, the soundproofing is very good, so we slept very well. You can rent a safe in the studio for 2 EUR per day. We had a spacious terrace overlooking the pool and bar

Nice sized balcony overlooking the pool. The outside space is beautiful with lots of sweet smelling flowers! The pool is a good size and my teenagers had a great time playing on the water and lounging by the pool side

Popi, Stellios, Georgos and Mary were superb hosts and always willing offer advice on where to see and visit when asked. A real family business and all of our rooms were clean and with good sized balconies

I like to travel to different places and have never went back to the same place twice however this is the first time and place I would be tempted to return to again! We shared a room for 4 and found there was plenty of space and the room was immaculately clean

I have just returned from a 1 week stay in Elpis with my 3 teenage daughters and I would highly recommend. Poppy, her sons, the bar staff and house keepers are the loveliest of people are really make you feel welcome

Meal is excellent, great choice every day, various menu, the chef is so hard working and dedicated to his job. The beach is rather small, but lots of bars and restaurants makes it less unbearable

Hotel is located at the beach, no need to go far. Swimming pool right in front of your balcony, hotel staff is doing the best all the time to meet your requirements, very pleasant people

Nice clean rooms (basic), lovely location overlooking the beach. Simple breakfast with limited items, but no toast making facilities! Good lunch and dinner, but no butter with the bread

Hosts (a local family) are very responsive and the boss Georgos is the best. The reality is better than their pics. They also will arrange a car for you, very well priced

100 m to the beach, with its own parking, which is vital in Bali. Beds are great and they offer different pillows which is a 5-star level. Breakfast are included in their rest and they provide 10% discount on other meal

It is steep and difficult to navigate, so better park your car dow the hill at the local parking for the taverna of the same name and run by the same owner. More about the 5* owner in the review about the taverna

Careful when you come by car: you can come directly to the hotel and park there, but in the evening the road is almost always blocked by locals' cars, so you'd have to go a circle to get back to the main street
