Love holidays is where we booked and the transfer bus left us off at the side of the road, we had to call the hotel to come get us. This is no big deal if when booking you were informed of this, its understandable as a big coach would not make it up the 2km of winding Road. The Hotel was lovely staff amazing. Views great. Food good. All good except for gross bathroom and stranded at side of the road. Lovely location too.
The staff were exceptional – especially the lady at the reception, who was incredibly kind, friendly, and always ready to help. Thanks to her, everything went smoothly and with a smile 😊
The food was delicious – fresh, varied, and full of local flavors. The drinks at the bar were excellent as well, perfect for enjoying by the pool in the evening.
Overall, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. It’s truly a place I would love to return to. I highly recommend Filion Suites & Resort to anyone looking for a peaceful holiday on Crete, surrounded by stunning scenery and great service! 🌺🇬🇷
Dimitri at the front desk was great. helped us when we forgot our key and when we couldn’t work out how to use the air conditioning in the room came down to the room to show us even though it was late in the evening, Aleks at the bar made the best cocktails and brought the party vibes. During the day make sure you go to Maria for the best iced coffees at the bar!
