Staying here was absolutely amazing. Got the private pool room, you basically could enjoy the sea from the comfort of your own place
A very nice hotel ,în perfect position ,near the beach and many shops. The personal is very attentive,the rooms are clean,the food is very nice and always fresh,plenty of choices
We also loved the Mambo restaurant and their beach and comfortable sunbeds. We would come back to Bali Star anytime!
Our stay was 7 nights and the room number we stayed in was 203. From the moment we checked in we were greeted by a friendly, hospitable, prompt and helpful staff. We had nothing to complain about this wonderful hotel
Great beach resort with restaurants and local shops on your doorstep. The breakfast was varied and good quality. Ideal if you don't intend to travel around, otherwise you'll need a car rental (plenty of free parking)
We came with our 8-month-old baby and were so touched by how child-friendly and caring everyone was. To our surprise, we even received an upgrade to a room with a private pool, which made our stay extra special

Bali Diamond is a fabulous hotel right on the beach. We had a sea view room with a stunning view, this did mean a lot of stairs to get there but it was worth it! There are lifts if you need them though
Because of the geography, the hotel is built on a slope and therefore consists of a series of levels connected by a series of confusing stairs and lifts. Also confusing is the absence of a pool bar (lovely pool)
The location was lovely—right on the beachfront—but the beach had a large inflatable assault course for kids, which didn’t match the adult-only vibe. Luckily, a quieter and nicer beach was just a short drive away
Room 114 has a balcony big enough to accommodate about 10 loungers and a view that you won't tire of in a hurry, day or night, unfortunately it's 52 steps up from reception/bar
Psarapoula taverna is next door and Mambos taverna an easy stroll, anywhere else will require an uphill hike but that's Bali
The extractor fan in the bathroom was blocked with dust and didn’t function at all, so we had to leave the bathroom door open constantly. Linen changes only every three days also felt below par for this standard of hotel

We stayed for 3 wonderful nights, it was a pleasure. Amazing views, great breakfast, rooms are big and well decorated. The pool and the jacuzzi was perfect, in breezy day we loved getting into the jacuzzi
The view is amazing, amazing, amazing!!! I spent most of the day on sunbeds on the cliff. The descent into the water was a bit challenging for me (my knees 🙃) but I didn't give up
Also the kayak and the paddle is free to use. The location is perfect- close to restaurants, to the beaches. The hotel is very lively and the hosts are super friendly and helpful
The roof-top pool is showered with sunshine from morning until night and the private rock area is equipped with plenty of loungers, so you never struggle to find the right spot

Not a lot to do in the area, and little to no entertainment in the hotel, and you have to pay for the sunbeds on the very small part of the beach for the hotel
Excellent place with so amazing views and fantastic food and drinks . The staff is so helpful like nowhere else in Europe. We thank you the management and each member of the people working here. Nice location in Bali

There is a bar next to the pool where you can order delicious snacks. It is only a few minutes walk to the first beach. There are restaurants and food and souvenir shops nearby. This was our second time in Bali
Nice sized balcony overlooking the pool. The outside space is beautiful with lots of sweet smelling flowers! The pool is a good size and my teenagers had a great time playing on the water and lounging by the pool side
The studio has a large and comfortable bed, the soundproofing is very good, so we slept very well. You can rent a safe in the studio for 2 EUR per day. We had a spacious terrace overlooking the pool and bar
The people of Crete are very friendly and helpful and the island itself is beautiful! Elpis may be a 2 star but it feels like it should be more. Location, staff, rooms, pool are all brilliant!
From the minute we arrived the family were attentive and always on hand. A great location only 10 minute sot one of the beaches and a 15 minute walk to the port

The pools although small were a nice temperature and we never struggled to find a sun bed. A huge shout out to the catering staff who provided a wonderful breakfast every morning

There are so many wonderful restaurants within walking distance, one of our favourites being only one minutes walk away. The Troulis is in an ideal position between the two bays with plenty of restaurants on either side
We had a wonderful stay at Troulis Apartment. The hotel itself is stylish, cozy, and very conveniently located. The hotel staff deserves a special mention – they are really friendly and attentive
However, this would not be an ideal location for anybody with mobility issues because of the steep hills and plentiful steps. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend it
We had read previous reviews of people saying they lacked variety but considering we were there for two weeks we were highly impressed with both the variety and the quality of the food

Really amazing hotel, 2 swimming pools and really good place right next to the sea. There is not so much to explore around that area
However, for a 4 star hotel in this price range, we are a bit disappointed with the sea access/beach which is for additional fee and always full (or closed) already early morning, which means if you are lucky enough to catch a spot, you spend a day in an overcrowded beach with lots of kids making noise

Hotel is located at the beach, no need to go far. Swimming pool right in front of your balcony, hotel staff is doing the best all the time to meet your requirements, very pleasant people
Meal is excellent, great choice every day, various menu, the chef is so hard working and dedicated to his job. The beach is rather small, but lots of bars and restaurants makes it less unbearable
