Quiet place with nice breakfast. Professional staff and helpful. The weather was great. The location is amazing. Will be back.

A memorable fortnight!
We have just returned from two wonderful weeks at the Troulis Aparthotel.
We had a one bedroom apartment with a spectacular sea view (No.37) From the moment we arrived we were made to feel most welcome and throughout our stay every member of the reception staff were cheerful and helpful in answering any questions and had good recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. The apartment had everything we needed with a very comfy bed and was cleaned daily with towels and sheets changed every three days.
The pools although small were a nice temperature and we never struggled to find a sun bed. A huge shout out to the catering staff who provided a wonderful breakfast every morning. We had read previous reviews of people saying they lacked variety but considering we were there for two weeks we were highly impressed with both the variety and the quality of the food.
There are so many wonderful restaurants within walking distance, one of our favourites being only one minutes walk away.
The Troulis is in an ideal position between the two bays with plenty of restaurants on either side. However, this would not be an ideal location for anybody with mobility issues because of the steep hills and plentiful steps.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend it.

We had a wonderful stay at Troulis Apartment. The hotel itself is stylish, cozy, and very conveniently located. The hotel staff deserves a special mention – they are really friendly and attentive. A huge thanks to Nick at the reception , who was always open, welcoming, and ready to help with any question we had. It really made our stay feel even more comfortable. Breakfast was tasty and filling – nothing too fancy, but definitely enough to start the day right. The room was spacious, very clean, and well-maintained, which made us feel right at home. It’s just about a 20-minute walk to a truly beautiful beach , but if you don’t feel like walking, there’s another beach literally a minute down the road – super convenient! Right nearby we also discovered a great café we fell in love with, Psaropoúla – highly recommend checking it out. Overall, Troulis Apartment felt like the perfect balance of style, comfort, and authentic Cretan hospitality. I would happily stay here again and absolutely recommend it to anyone planning a trip to Crete!

Great stay, great view. Stuff is a highlight: Konstantinos and Nicolas from the reception were really helpful with everything! If you have a late flight you can use hotel facilities like bathroom, shower, pool with no problem.

Beautiful hotel. It was clean, tidy and the staff couldn’t do enough for us. There was plenty to do at the hotel with 3 pools to choose from or the cove to swim in.

Nice hotel for couples. The pools are clean and quiet. The breakfast has big variety. The hotel staff is really professional. We didn’t have the chance to visit the wellness spot. A good reason to come back😉

We just visited here and stayed for one week , the location was amazing, just 2 minute from the most nice beach from Bali .The service was amazing , people were so warm and caring, we felt like it as home ..so delicious buffet breakfast and two beautiful pools with fresh clear blue water....if you are in Crete, this can be your perfect holiday home we definetely recommend this place for your stay
