We went there 14th to 21st Oct 2025 , lovely hotel and staff but built on a hill which is ok if the lifts work as it’s like a maze with flights of steps to everywhere and some rooms don’t have lifts to them so you have to carry your very heavy cases to get there , lift out of action on arrival with promise of it’s going to be fixed , never fixed , lovely rooms and views , very clean but the breakfast is disgusting , cooked before 8 then laid out in the back of the bar , 8 to 10 so if you arrive at 10 you will be eating fried eggs etc that have sat on UNCOVERED food warmers for over 2 hours , nothing is cooked fresh for you , never known this before , do they think this is how we eat at home ! We personally like a cooked breakfast so we stuck to jam on toast , plenty of fruit and yoghurts etc , lovely location but woukd choose another hotel if we went back

We had a very unpleasant experience at a café called “Diamond Cafe Bar,” which is located in the hotel it belongs to. We stopped there, four adults and a baby, and ordered two drinks. From the very beginning, we noticed that the waiter was clearly serving us without any enthusiasm (it seemed he realized we were from Israel). After bringing the drinks we ordered, he rudely said to us: “You are five people and only ordered two drinks. I ask that you don’t come here again.” He said this without shame and in complete disregard for what it means to provide proper service to customers. Was it rude behavior? Was it dislike toward us as Israelis? It’s unclear, but what is very clear is that this is not how you treat paying customers and definitely not how you speak to people. We recommend avoiding this place and certainly not spending your hard-earned money there.

An ideal beach, especially for families with children. Inflatable boats in the sea cost 7 euros per hour or 12 euros for the whole day.

Excellent hotel with very good facilities. We felt very comfortable here, not least because of the hospitality of the owners. Also the location of the hotel is right on the seafront. I can only recommend it!

We stayed at Bali Diamond Hotel for four nights with two other groups of friends, drawn in by its adults-only policy. The location was lovely—right on the beachfront—but the beach had a large inflatable assault course for kids, which didn’t match the adult-only vibe. Luckily, a quieter and nicer beach was just a short drive away. The room was okay, but we had repeated issues with the electricity tripping, and the air conditioning was underwhelming—it never felt as cool as the set temperature, especially compared to other hotels we stayed in. The extractor fan in the bathroom was blocked with dust and didn’t function at all, so we had to leave the bathroom door open constantly. Linen changes only every three days also felt below par for this standard of hotel. Breakfast was very basic, but fine if you’re not a big breakfast eater—I just had a couple of espressos each morning. The bar was decent, although it was odd to see children running around in the evenings despite the hotel being advertised as adults-only—possibly relatives of staff.

Room 114 has a balcony big enough to accommodate about 10 loungers and a view that you won't tire of in a hurry, day or night, unfortunately it's 52 steps up from reception/bar. Because of the geography, the hotel is built on a slope and therefore consists of a series of levels connected by a series of confusing stairs and lifts. Also confusing is the absence of a pool bar (lovely pool). Psarapoula taverna is next door and Mambos taverna an easy stroll, anywhere else will require an uphill hike but that's Bali.

Bali Diamond is a fabulous hotel right on the beach. We had a sea view room with a stunning view, this did mean a lot of stairs to get there but it was worth it! There are lifts if you need them though. All staff were friendly and the hotel was spotless. Easy walking distance to either the port or the opposite direction to another beach. All local restaurants we tried were excellent with again lovely views. You can either have a really chilled quiet holiday here or there's access to water sports, boat trips and activities- we did a quad bike tour to see more of the area.

Had an excellent stay at the Bali Diamond. Nice welcome on arrival and helped with cases to our room. Nicos explained every part of the room and made sure we were settled in properly. The bar area was clean and well stocked with great food and beers. The room was kept clean and well maintained by the polite and helpful staff. All in all, our stay was brilliant and we had a great time. Thank you Nicos and all the staff.
