The buffet was also incredible, one of the best with really fresh and high quality food, though I truly prefer the restaurants. The beach was also gorgeous and they offered various water sports and the pool relaxing

Food was epic and the service around the pool really great. Just make sure to download the group app and book your restaurants as soon as you are confirmed. Got upgraded to a swim up room too so that was pretty special

It's a 4 star at best and there's nothing luxury about it aside from the one pool and the sunsets

Rooms/decor feels dated, a little weathered but mostly well maintained. Getting a lounge chair in the one cool pool is like the Hunger Games - families occupy the space from 8am

Eva, Dimitri and the extended family made me very welcome from Day 1. Returning after a year’s break it felt like visiting family again. The hotel is always clean and tidy and nothing is too much trouble for the staff

The room we had was large and spacious, with tea making facilities and a fridge, whilst the pool area was incredibly clean and tidy and we never had a problem finding a sunbed, and the poolside bar open from 10

Food is not your regular all inclusive buffet; its all freshly made to order; choice of a dozen options for lunch, and three or four for dinner served in the taverna which is 300 m away on the private beach

Eva, Demitri and all the Staff make you feel like family. For a 3 star hotel this place is 1st class. My wife and I run our own catering business and understand food and the food here is outstanding

Dimitri runs the restaurant and is passionate about his food, as well as being immensely proud of its source (quite often his own farm) and the fact that it is traditional Greek recipes

Eva runs the hotel, and is a font of knowledge, if she does not have the answer immediately she will find it for you, and if she does not have the appropriate map she will draw you one

The hotel has exceptional service, the waiters work great, the food was beyond praise, the pool is clean, the sea is clean, the entry into the water is smooth, the water is blue, the sandy beach is clean

You can swim in the sea and in the pool whenever you want, you don’t have to choose one of them. Also, we really enjoyed playing table tennis (to balance the new kilos due to the buffet)

I truly recomand this hotel! The food is really tasty, especially the sweets. The rooms have AC and the towels are changed daily. The pool is near to the beach, also it includes a bar

Not a 5 star! The hot Food was Cold, And not much selection. Staff seemed grumpy except a few waiting staff. Lacked communication. Tatty sunbeds. The only thing good about this hotel was the beach and clean rooms.

The hotel is located right by the sea and it is a good location as it is not far from popular tourist attractions. The woman who cleaned the rooms every morning, was always smiling and she was nice to us

Lovely big room, amazing bathroom, great swimming pool. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly and the snacks and drinks were a reasonable price. Drive out to some lovely beaches with amazing tavernas for food

Very good accomodation in the middle of Crete. Clean rooms and a very nice pool and bar. Cleaning and fresh towels every other day. Rethymnon is only 10 mins away by car. You really need a rental car.

We've been for two years running. Good for children with pool shallow area and pool toys. Cot and high chair provided on request. Kitchette size better than most aparthotels. Basic equipment but everything you need
