We sadly have missed reviews on this hotel. Positives are nice, clean hotel with great staff and food. Negatives are extremely confusing on the 'Comfort' package. This was sold to us as an all inclusive, however there was lots of restrictions i.e. no food around the pool was ever part of the package. Such a lovely spot! The space itself is gorgeous and very clean. I felt completely pampered. Anna was incredibly skilled and friendly — my hair turned out fantastic. They only use top-quality haircare products too. I’ll be back for sure next time I’m here!

Lovely hotel, let down by 2 silly things. Firstly, nobody was allowed to use the pool until 10.30am. Unclear why as breakfast was at 7.30 so most people were out by 9.30am. The entire staff of this hotel needs to be commended. Friendly, helpful, courteous and most of all went out of their way to assure we had everything we needed. The breakfast buffet was amazing. Lovely property with a private beach and within walking distance to many restaurants and cafes in Reythmno town. Everything is superbly clean and comfortable. It was a very luxery and nice complex. The Hotel have luxe rooms, all the things works, luxe ligthing system etc. Also to have a balcony is nice. Every day the rooms are cleaned and the water and coffee cups are filled. I would really recommend this Hotel to others!

The room is large, the terrace pool and the view are very good, the pool is very clean, and the hotel's private beach is better than the beach next to it. The restaurant is very good, the five-course dinner is impeccable and worth the money. The snacks provided by the beach bar are also very delicious. The only drawback is that the double bed is not ideal and the bedding is not comfortable enough.

The stay in the hotel was amazing and I really enjoyed getting a massage in the hotel spa. Evdokia is very friendly and helpen us with the booking. Dina did the massage and made me feel relaxed. Excellent trip! We were 7 days in paradise! The SPA was unbelievable, with Evdokia- the friendly , beautiful face at the reception, Dina and Constantinos at the massages...We had very clean and tidy rooms, the mediterranean views are from another world and all the personnell was exceptionaly profesional and friendly! A fantastic location with an expansive patio/pool complex, good restaurant/bar, and a friendly, knowledgeable staff that speak English.

It was about a 5-minute taxi ride from the bus station, we could use the beach in front, and our room was spacious and open, so we were able to relax. There was a pool inside the hotel, so we went for a swim to relax instead of getting a massage.

We had a fantastic family Reunion here. The staff are super accommodating. The spa was a great treat, the pool fun to hang out and the food was delicious and varied.

The stay at Plaza Beach was a fantastic experience. The staff were polite and the room was cleaned regularly. The staff were approachable and provided a professional service. The hotel was unprepared as neither of our two rooms were ready and instead we were put in a different room which was barely up to standard. The next day we were supposed to get our rooms after 10:00 but they have pushed back the time every time we asked. Just choose a different hotel.

I stayed in this hotel for a week mid-August and it was one of the best vacations I’ve ever had! Obviously, the rooms have everything you need and are very clean and modern. We stayed in June in this hotel. Hotel is on excellent location, 5km to town Retimno. Renovated and nice looking hotel. Little minus is rooms, they are little spaced bud still manageable. Was here 3 years ago and it was amazing unfortunately on return this year we have found the evening meal to have gone down hill rapidly , not much choice , doesn't taste of much. We are half board and seriously would not do this again as we've found it a waste of money. The place is clean and staff friendly and the facilities are good . We stayed in this hotel for 10 days. The hotel very friendly to families with children. Rooms very clean, cleaned daily every day. Change of towels with new ones every day. Very friendly, polite and helpful staff. Breakfast tasty and the products are fresh. Every now and then you can listen to live music in the bar, we had a great rock band. I highly recommend

Thank you Axos team! We had a fantastic 5 days right at the start of the summer season. From the moment we arrived we were welcomed with open arms. Whilst it’s definitely the people who make the place so fantastic, the rooms were bright and clean with everything you could want for a self-catered holiday. Breakfast included was also a very welcome addition!

Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast was great. The pool area was awesome. The location was near to the beach and there were plenty of shops and eating places nearby. After checkout I was able to use the pool area and there was a complimentary change area to use before we went to the airport.

We stayed at this hotel for two nights while visiting Rethymnon town. It's located right in front of Koumbes Beach, alongside other holiday homes. The suite was very new and well-maintained. Sea front suite in Rethymno I booked a Jr. suite and it is very nicely appointed. The air conditioning works perfectly. The room is maintained nicely and I had a loft bedroom facing the sea with a small balcony overlooking the sea. The decor was very nice with a living area with sofa, cocktail table. We just stayed there for the last 4 days and it was wonderful. Georgios is a great host and we felt like home at Olympia. The location is perfect, 2 min by feet to the sea and to many nice restaurants. The pool and pool bar are very cozy. The beds were also very comfortable and the A/C is working perfectly, we could sleep very well with 35 degrees outside. Thank you for having us!
