We loved our first holiday abroad with our two boys. The hotel was beautiful, the staff helpful and the food delicious!! Such a big range on offer and didn't feel too busy. The beach was very close to the hotel and pools were nice. So convenient having towels and sun loungers in good supply! My boys particularly loved the kids club, the staff really went the extra mile. We stayed for a week here recently and had a great time, great location with just short walk into town. Staff are friendly and happy to answer any questions. We had bed and breakfast only but this was more than enough. Plenty to choose from. Would stay here again

Beautiful place! Staff was very friendly! Rooms were cleaned everyday, and at night house keeping would come in and see if you needed more waters or towels. The staff was very friendly and the yoga teacher was excellent. The property is beautiful and the restaurant is very good. We were disappointed in the private outdoor hot tub because it really wasn't private. Also, the shower in our room only had a 1/2 wall enclosure so the floor was very wet when we used the shower. The hotel could use a bit of renovation, but its location—and above all, the kind and attentive staff—more than make up for any shortcomings. I can't thank the team enough for always being there to help with beach recommendations depending on the wind, transportation tips, and any questions we had.

The location of the hotel is very good, the food is good (not many choices but still good), however the rooms are not the best (kinda old, the roof is damaged) and the towels comes dirty, changed every 3 days.

This is already my fourth stay at this hotel, and once again, everything has been perfect. A heartfelt thank you to the hotel staff for always considering my preferences and making sure I feel welcome. Hotel staff are friendly. Food is delicious and I can't wait to come again! The hotel is also 5 minutes from the beach. The only thing that I can comply is on the loud street noice that comes from the outside, late at night and on earling morning hours.

Very basic for an all guys trip. Somewhat run down. Parking is a challenge. But if you don’t plan to spend time in your room or in the hotel, it is ok. Centrally located.

Summer Dream was literally that! The hotel is beautiful and the staff are all very friendly and helpful. It was a great experience to stay here, the hotel is located on a beautiful hill with a lovely view, surrounded by forest. Within 10 minutes you are downtown in Rethymnon. The rooms were always clean and the staff was really helpful during our stay. We would recommend this hotel for all couples.

First off the staff is absolutely wonderful!! The view is AMAZING! The rooms are clean and beautifully decorated. Beds are comfy, the fridge has ample space for leftovers and lots of drinks and even enough room in the freezer for a bag of ice! The hotel is great regarding the pool, the views, the beach access. The bedroom have a great dimension but the structure do not block the noise - namely during the night. So, the night experience wasn't the best. Avoid the rooms in the reception floor.

We enjoyed our few nights here. The service was exceptional.Ina kept our room beautifully and everyone at the desk was friendly and helpful. Special recognition to our evening host, Joanna. She even recognized us as we came and went.

Wanted to give a special thank you to Sofia and Gogone at our hotel. Sofia was always pleasant and friendly and a joy to be around. Gogone at the front desk went out of her way to help us when my husband needed help. Both ladies have wonderful English and German language skills. They are a true asset to this lovely hotel

Quiet property. No front desk but the owner is accessible via text. Location is great, in the old town but on a quiet street.

Great hotel, lovely room with nice bathroom, lovely courtyard with a pool which is often protected from the sun for a drink, a rooftop with chairs for sunbathing, a kitchen well stocked and lovely staff. No negatives. Incredibly central and clean

We stayed at this hotel with my girlfriend for a couple days. We had a great time! Location is amazing, right in the old city with great romantic atmosphere of narrow streets and cozy places. It has a parking nearby so it's also not an issue if you come with a car and plan to do some road trips. Lovely hotel in the historic centre of town. The room was historic and was quiet at night. Hotel staff were helpful in providing a few parking options and we were lucky to get a spot quite nearby.
