It was a very luxery and nice complex. The Hotel have luxe rooms, all the things works, luxe ligthing system etc. Also to have a balcony is nice. Every day the rooms are cleaned and the water and coffee cups are filled. I would really recommend this Hotel to others!

The room is large, the terrace pool and the view are very good, the pool is very clean, and the hotel's private beach is better than the beach next to it. A fantastic location with an expansive patio/pool complex, good restaurant/bar, and a friendly, knowledgeable staff that speak English.

It was about a 5-minute taxi ride from the bus station, we could use the beach in front, and our room was spacious and open, so we were able to relax. There was a pool inside the hotel, so we went for a swim to relax instead of getting a massage.

Excellent trip! We were 7 days in paradise! What an absolute gem. There is nothing bad about this place. Centrally located in the old town, an abundance of restaurants and shops at your fingertips. Overlooking the fortress. This is a fantastic hotel right on the edge of the old town and within spitting distance of the Fortezza. The pool has a fairly small area around it and I can imagine during the height of summer it gets a bit more difficult to find a sun lounger in the sun but it wasn't a problem mid July.

The hotel was unprepared as neither of our two rooms were ready and instead we were put in a different room which was barely up to standard. The next day we were supposed to get our rooms after 10:00 but they have pushed back the time every time we asked. Just choose a different hotel.

I stayed in this hotel for a week mid-August and it was one of the best vacations I’ve ever had! Obviously, the rooms have everything you need and are very clean and modern. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast was great. The pool area was awesome. The location was near to the beach and there were plenty of shops and eating places nearby. After checkout I was able to use the pool area and there was a complimentary change area to use before we went to the airport.

A beautiful location by the sea, 30 minutes' walk from the old town of Rethymno. We booked 2 rooms for 4 people, but their system showed only 2 people. It was a Booking error, and they weren't very cooperative, charging us for breakfast for the 'extra' guests. We had to resolve it with Booking. Our room near the street was noisy. The Cretan breakfast omelette was watery, and the bread soaked it up...

We stayed at this hotel for two nights while visiting Rethymnon town. It's located right in front of Koumbes Beach, alongside other holiday homes. The suite was very new and well-maintained. We had a room on a higher floor facing the main road, which could be a bit noisy with the balcony door open. The property has a lift, making it easy to move our luggage. This is a beautiful hotel with excellent, comfy beds, great staff and it's on the sea! The beach nearby is pebbly and it's a 25 minute walk to the old town - not a huge amount to do in the immediate area, but the hotel itself more than makes up for that!

Wonderful oceanfront hotel, with a decent restaurant and fantastic breakfast. Spacious and very comfortable rooms with high ceilings and loft bedrooms. Sea front suite in Rethymno I booked a Jr. suite and it is very nicely appointed. The air conditioning works perfectly. The room is maintained nicely and I had a loft bedroom facing the sea with a small balcony overlooking the sea. The decor was very nice with a living area with sofa, cocktail table. The in room safe was not bolted very odd and concerning they need to correct that. I had two bathrooms...

View to die for!!! Excellent place, amazing boutique hotel with incredible view, sea had to many waves, so we used the little pool, which was great and had an awesome time. Restaurant was top tier, food was great, service was great, seafood moussaka not so much, order anything else, you will thank me for it, will stay here again next year. Great couples place.
