Mine and my partner’s stay at the Luxme white was absolutely fantastic from the location to the food and facilities were amazing. Everyday there was always something to do with amazing evening activities for everyone to get involved with the rooms were superb with amazing air conditioning. The hotel was unprepared as neither of our two rooms were ready and instead we were put in a different room which was barely up to standard. The next day we were supposed to get our rooms after 10:00 but they have pushed back the time every time we asked. Just choose a different hotel.

It was our first trip to Crete and Ariadne Hotel was a very good host. My son and I stayed here for 4 nights. When we arrived we were shown our room, but there was an issue with the door. We reported it to reception and the maintenance chap came straight away. He wasn't able to fix it so we were given another room, nothing was too much trouble. The food was nice, a limited choice, but this isn't a huge hotel. We stay 1 week ,the rooms are small, we have some issues wit the air conditioning in the room. The food was great 👍 The pull was turning green,after we came home my kids body came itchy and they catch some infection because off the pull water. The staff is wery kind and helpful. No music ,wery quite environment. No kids activities.

Was good to have an Air Conditioner and to have the beach near by the Hotel. Staff was very friendly and ready to help.

Perfect location for beach and restaurants. Pinelopi was very helpful and spoke excellent English. We loved our room with the 2 balconies, which kept the room cool at night. It was a very relaxing place to stay.

I stayed in these apartments for two weeks at the beginning of June this year. I had never stayed here before but, as a regular visitor to Platanes, I had seen them in passing and thought they looked lovely. Best decision I ever made. The apartments are in a good quiet location in Platanias, very close to the beach and many restaurants. A bus stop is near by with a regular service to Rethymno. The apartments themselves fairly basic in terms of kitchen space and equipment but exceptionally clean . Surprisingly although not advertised breakfast is included! We stayed in this hotel for 10 days. The hotel very friendly to families with children. Rooms very clean, cleaned daily every day. Change of towels with new ones every day. Very friendly, polite and helpful staff. Breakfast tasty and the products are fresh. Every now and then you can listen to live music in the bar, we had a great rock band. I highly recommend

Thank you Axos team! We had a fantastic 5 days right at the start of the summer season. From the moment we arrived we were welcomed with open arms. Whilst it’s definitely the people who make the place so fantastic, the rooms were bright and clean with everything you could want for a self-catered holiday. Breakfast included was also a very welcome addition!

Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast was great. The pool area was awesome. The location was near to the beach and there were plenty of shops and eating places nearby. After checkout I was able to use the pool area and there was a complimentary change area to use before we went to the airport.

The hotel is nice, new renovated and lies beside the sea, where the view is amazing. You can see the sunrise and the sunset from your balcony. The breakfast is good, the bar is fairly priced. The location of the hotel is also really good, there is a bus station 30m from the main door. The hotel is newly renovated, the room is clean. Bathroom poorly designed, without storage shelves. The staff is great! Food at the hotel terrible, little choice, tasteless food. Offering fruit very poor, offering vegetables fine. Beach in front of the hotel dirty and untidy. The hotel accommodates a maximum of 3 stars.

Amazing place! Quite small compared to other places, what makes this place unique. You feel like a family member. Hotel is just about 2 years old. I wish the hotel management will take care and keep the hotel as nice as it is today. Simple design, but with some art decorations. Nice pool area and reasonable sea entrance. Excellent rooms, large swimming pool in site, laundry, kitchenette and refrigerator. Air conditioned. Lovely hostess, Maria, always there to help. Rooms are clean and all amenities are present. Wi-Fi is only on pool area but they are working on it for every room.
