Very nice place and very good hotel.the food was ok. Pleasant and helpful staff to all hotel but especially the girl of the reception that help us and change us the room. She is very sweet and kind but first of all she is professional because she has the most beautiful smile. Thank you for all her.

Just got back from 1 week's all inclusive trip to Xenios. The resort was lovely and staff especially the owner were very helpful and hospitable. Our return flight was later in the evening so we would have had to wait around 4/5 hours as check out was 12.00 as it normally is but we were allowed to have a lunch and vacate our room a little bit later, which was great seeing as we had 3 children with us.🙂 The area is very calm and safe and i would recommend it as a base into the busy parts of the 'Finger'. The food even if it's not my kind of taste was fresh and of a good variety , the staff were very helpful and allways had a smile on there faces.

It was my second time for me and my family that we visited xenios dolphin beach.We spented a very nice week as my first time the food was tasteful and big variety in every meal, the head chef was always in the restaurant helping us on everything. The staff was very friendly and helpful and everyoone make us to feel the greek hospitality.

I visited in July xenios dolphin beach for our family vacations. The experience was great, the head chef always welcoming us on the area of the restaurant and the food was tasty with all of choices in every meal, the stuff was smillie and very kindly, specially the two guys on the bar were happily and helpful and give us cooling drinks. Last the lactation of the hotel is front of the sea in a peaceful place.

One week in this place is not enough! The view during breakfast, lunch, and especially dinner is absolutely fabulous and truly stunning. The food is very good, and the bartender is extremely friendly – like a brother to you. All the staff are very nice, friendly, and caring. There are also two lovely and friendly dogs outside that you can pet and feed, which makes the place feel even cozier and more relaxing. You have a beautiful beach with a seating area, and you get your own towel, replaced every three days by the excellent and friendly room service. The sun hits you hard here, so if you want to get a tan, you can tan very quickly. The sea water is very clean, blue, and crystal clear. In summary, spending a week here is the best thing you can do and the best place to visit for a small amount of money. I’m extremely satisfied with this place It was great fun and very well-spent time. I loved it, and I’d love to spend another week here😁😁😁

Beautiful place for family. We really love this place and friendly Staff. The waiters are so great and they are kind. Big appreciation for the staff who made our stay healthy and happy 😊. Food is excellent and variety for everyone. The view from the balcony is breathtaking. Thumbs up for everyone who work in this hotel.

We were the first guests for the 2025 season, the staff was really nice, the food delicious, the restaurant is pretty small so it is great that you can eat outside on their terrace by the sea, the rooms were clean (a bit old to be honest, but all functional so that’s fine for me). The beach is with small rocks and sand, perfect for children, the water was clean. Once you are in the water there are some rocks and bricks but a bit further the water is super clean and you feel the sand underneath.
The housekeeping ladies changed and tidied up our room the next day, even though we stayed for only 2 nights.

TERRIBLE hotel, far from a 3 star service. BAD food and drinks: very limited choice, nothing for children (no fries, no pizza). You have to pay extra on top of the all-inclusive price if you want pizza. SMALL room and TINY bathroom: old furniture, cracking sounds, old shower, toilet and sink, bearly space to turn around. NO RUNNING WATER before 22:00 hrs. Very now and then few water drops coming out of the sink at daytime. SMALL swimming pool: the pictures on the hotel’s website are totally misleading. SMALL beach, mix of sand and stones. Sunbeds are included in the all-inclusive price but they are covered with people’s towels 24 hour. NO reaction from the hotel’s staff on this. Moderately helpful staff, far from a 3 star service. They are not much of a help on major issues, such as water shortage. WASTE OF MONEY vacation.

Arrived at hotel around midday, to a very unprofessional receptionist, during my-check in process a very rude staff member was demanding payment for tourist tax even before checked into the room, there was very little information on activities timings of meals. We booked All Inclusive package which stated when booking all food and drinks where readily available throughout the day with only ice cream for the children being changed from unlimited to set meal times, There was very Basic food available with specific foods ie chips pizza and gyros & burgers all requiring additional cost starting from €9 for gyros / burgers & €5 for 1 portion of chips. I have a Austistic child who has very specific needs and with the basic food available lead us to purchase food every meal to ensure he has had something to eat. The food on offer wasn’t to a all inclusive standard fruit wasn’t eatable , most of pasta dishes were from the day before, When speaking to the hotel management to request little variety changes they point blank said no ! It stated in the brochure plenty of variety of food & drink this wasn’t the case only 6 drinks available on the inclusive package this consisted of Cola , lemonade , orange , beer , coffee and rose wine additional water was required to be purchased at €2 per bottle. The service from the bar staff was somewhat unsatisfactory with them concentrating more on the paying customers ie passers by. There isn’t any entertainment at all . This was stated in the brochure that there was. The hotel facilities around the grounds were very dated and damaged and this included the umbrellas and sun loungers. In addition to this the clothes hanger attached to external of the room being broke, shower facilities being no more than a trickle of water and the shower curtain being held up with fishing wire. For the cost of this 7 day Holiday for 2 adults & 3 children was £3750 to which is very overpriced given the facilities on offer I would advise anybody thinking of booking this venue to serious think twice before paying for it as there are plenty of other places with better value for money. After travelling to Greece before I am truly aware of there traditional hotel standards but for an all inclusive they are very overpriced and very false advertised. I will not be returning to this location.
