Another lovely stay at Filoxenia sea view. Christina and vassiles are lovely hosts and make sure you have a lovely holiday with their hospitality . Beautiful view, very quiet environment, great hospitality.

Cozy outside the center of Ioannina Clean room, although there was a lot of furniture packed in there. Mattress was a little worn down and soft, but it was comfortable and I slept well since it was a very quiet location. Close to the city center and getting to the sights of Ioannina was very easy. The small breakfast had nice offerings and was a nice way to start the day.

We had to travel from New Zealand to Ioannina as my father was in Corfu by himself and had been flown to the Ioannina University Hospital after a serious heart attack. Nice rooms, although a bit old. The double rooms have a great big balcony. The quadruple room is not huge but fits 4 kids (low ceiling as it's basically the attic floor). Big supermarket (My Market) just next door so it's very convenient.

Nice place. Small, cute but as well as cold. In the rainy days there is really cold and you can't stay with a thin-jacket. Perhaps, it may about climate conditions. Lastly, employees doesn't smile, they was looking as if doesn't want us.

The new section was very nice.. very up market compared to the other half of the hotel we stayed in room No 612 ...breakfast was the basic..ie cake.. meat.. bread..good location..noisey outside...we had a problem there ... room No 613 was at it like bunnies at 3am...not that we cared only until the couple were houling attended reception who said the had nothing to offer...as it was getting heated...

Not a 4 star spa hotel. No insulation. Next room when they were booking in were so loud I had to go out to the hallway to inform them. They were polite and tried to remain quiet. It is a nice hotel that is family type to serve parents with children. The location is ideal in the green with an amazing beach for children with shallow water, service from the beach bar, with a lifeguard and a perfect sunset. We stayed here for only one night, but we wish it was more. The rooms are very luxurious, clean and modern and Dionysis (the owner) and his family made us very welcome. There is a lovely pool area and plenty of space to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings, the Greek hospitality and weather. It's only a short walk (3/4 minutes) to the beach. Friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is modern and very clean. The rooms are suites, great to have a separate living and sleeping area with a balcony. I arrived at the Hotel a little late but Alex, the receptionist, was very helpful and kind to me. He got me checked in quickly and showed me to my room. He even offered to help me with my bags. I had a room reserved for two nights but my flight in Athens was delayed, so only stayed one night November 2024. My room was on the third floor with a great view of the lake and mountains. The room was comfortable but we could hear the noise from the people walking in the corridor. Our room was labelled lake view which may be true in winter where trees do not have leaves but not in summer. There is a parking in the hotel. The reception is only open until 4pm, so we had to call to get the pin to check in and access our room.

The service here is just amazing, the bartenders, owners are great and very positive. The breakfast meal is just incredible and it deserves its own 5 star spot too. We have been here four times now and have always felt welcomed and looked after. The view from the rooms, pool and breakfast area are simply amazing. The hotel has undergone some renovations over the winter months and the new rooms are very comfortable and clean. The double beds are very large and could easily fit 4 people. Modest family-run hotel, that needs serious refurbishment in the rooms, it felt like I was traveled decades ago... On the plus side the family is kind and eager to help, keeping all the Covid protocols and the view is beautiful. Sorry just got around to posting some photos of a WONDERFUL trip to Greece in June 2016. The Arilla Beach Hotel welcomed us with open arms at 2:30am after traveling through the darkness on a motorcycle. The photos show what we woke up to.
