We stayed four days in this hotel overlooking a beautiful bay in Perdika. The rooms are big and clean, we had a room on the top floor with lateral sea view. The price of the room includes sun beds and umbrellas at the beach. The owners were extremely kind and helpful. The restaurant offered good Greek food and they have a nice pool. Free parking on site. Recommended!

The food here is amazing, 10/10 best place to eat in karavostasi. The staff is super friendly, they gave us lotion for sunburns as they saw that we were burned from the sun, all from their initiative. Would recommend to anyone. I dont know about the accomodation as we stayed in the airbnb near them.

Very spacious and clean room, balcony with an excellent sea-view. Nice staff (owner, wife Mary - great cook, Nico and Irene, all so friendly). "Pied dans l'éau" position, marvelous sunsets, very good services on the beach. Great cuisine. Definitely, a place to return to.

Comfortable modern rooms. Right next to one of the best beaches in the area. Clean room and common areas. Convenient parking. With a breakfast that left you satisfied. Although we went off season it was quite functional.

Excellent hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Panoramic Seaview room has exceptional views overlooking Valtos beach and olive groves. Good breakfast choices Shuttle bus service available. Hotel fab. 10 mins walk (downhill) to Voltos beach but has hotel bus to take you there and pick you up. Will take you to town. Lots of lovely restaurants and bars. We stayed early September and we are so pleased with everything. Although we booked superior suite which is smaller than deluxe, our room was packed with everything we needed. Cozy outside the center of Ioannina Clean room, although there was a lot of furniture packed in there. Mattress was a little worn down and soft, but it was comfortable and I slept well since it was a very quiet location. Close to the city center and getting to the sights of Ioannina was very easy. The small breakfast had nice offerings and was a nice way to start the day.

I have just recently returned from a two and a half week stay at Krikonis hotel. We had to travel from New Zealand to Ioannina as my father was in Corfu by himself and had been flown to the Ioannina University Hospital after a serious heart attack. Nice rooms, although a bit old. The double rooms have a great big balcony. The quadruple room is not huge but fits 4 kids (low ceiling as it's basically the attic floor). Breakfast is simple but decent. Pool is very nice addition, the kids loved it. Receptionist (Georgina) is very very kind and attentive for any request. Big supermarket (My Market) just next door so it's very convenient.

Set in the historic part of Ioannina, this hotel is clean and comfortable. Easy walking access to the lake and popular eating areas. The streets surrounding are local and look a bit run down, but the people are warm and friendly. Found a couple of good coffee bars and some bakeries tucked away in the side streets.

We asked for a double bed, instead we got 3 single beds inside the room, two of them connected with a little gap in between. Amazing Complex, Amazing Sea, Amazing Staff (5+ for my albanians working there). The place is so quite, clean, and very cozy. Staff is there 24h in 24h, helping you even when your toddler gets fever. The sea? It is not like in the pics, way more beutiful. No loud music, only relax. Big up for the team, manager and all the guys who manage the property.

This is a little gem of a property. The apartment we stayed in was spacious, comfy and tastefully furnished. It was spotless with some lovely little touches made it feel special. The staff were welcoming and more than helpful. Perfect location, a few steps from the beach with views of the islands. This is a such a peaceful retreat and I would definitely recommend a stay.

We stayed as a family with three children and had a great experience at this hotel. Everything was very clean, and the breakfast was fresh and varied — perfect for starting the day. The view is stunning and creates a peaceful vibe. The road gets a bit narrow at the end, but it’s a small detail compared to what the hotel offers. Ideal for a quiet family getaway

This is a beautiful gem of a place with absolutely stunning views that calm the soul. The owners are wonderful, very friendly and attentive. Breakfast was super yummy too! Roads uphill are a bit tricky but this is very common in Greece, especially if you want views. Well worth it!

All in all a great hotel. Very comfortable clean bedroom. Very good breakfast with decent coffee & plenty of choices. The only negative would be the small area around the pool for sunbeds. The beds are very close together & there are not sufficient beds for the number of rooms.

Unfortunately, on the 1st day one of the staff members informed us that our original room wasn’t available for the night. Absolutely wonderful time in Parga and this hotel. Very welcoming and all the staff are friendly professional and work tirelessly. Had a fabulous back neck and shoulder massage for 40€. The hill walk is not bad at all we did it 4 times a day! Depends on the individual. Would definitely stay here again and it was very relaxing.

We have just had a very good 2 week holiday at the Hotel Alfa. We couldn't find any fault with the hotel, or the hotel staff. We had a double room, which was quite spacious, with a modern en-suite, including big walk in shower. I had a room reserved for two nights but my flight in Athens was delayed, so only stayed one night November 2024. My room was on the third floor with a great view of the lake and mountains. Loft room furniture not positioned pratically. Bed under roof window making it hotter and uncomfortable during 38 degree days. Air con not cooling enough. However nice and clean and staff lovely.

The room was comfortable but we could hear the noise from the people walking in the corridor. Our room was labelled lake view which may be true in winter where trees do not have leaves but not in summer. There is a parking in the hotel. The reception is only open until 4pm, so we had to call to get the pin to check in and access our room.

The service here is just amazing, the bartenders, owners are great and very positive. The breakfast meal is just incredible and it deserves its own 5 star spot too. The staff are extremely friendly towards dogs and they always are ready to help you. The location is a bit packed up but its not an issue, u should just pay attention to parking.

We had a villa with private pool for a week. Given what we paid, we would have expected better. The villa was nice but poorly equipped. Pots and pans but no utensils. Nothing to dry washing up with. This hotel in in the city centre, has parking and cheap prices. But it is old, needs urgent refurnished, it does not have a hairdryer and has problems du to its age.

We came here without a previous reservation. We were lucky and were offered a room (even a small discount because we are young), we really appreciated this gesture from the gentleman at the reception. Excellent Airbnb with amazing landlords. We had a room on the top floor with one of the balconies with a seaview. Very quiet neighborhood and close to the port and the restaurants.

We spent 14 wonderful days at Hotel Maistrali in Parga, staying in a superior room with a small terrace and a lovely sea view — we truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Although we were three people (two adults and a child) in a room designed for two, which made it a bit snug, our stay was still exceptionally enjoyable. The room was well-equipped with wardrobes, drawers, a safe, a fridge...

The best Hotel in Parga, the lady at the reception and her husband are so kind and helpful they helped us with our car problem also and they made sure everything was ok. Highly recommend! Very grateful to the couple for their kindness.

Wonderful hotel provided a fabulous stay in centre of Parga. Costas and Zoe were excellent hosts and the staff are a credit to them. The hotel is spotless and bright and airy. Good choice of hot and cold breakfast. Comfy beds with fresh linen and daily towel change.

This is a very nice family owned hotel with perfect location in Parga. The hotel's entrance is just about the small street heading to the village centre, harbour and to the beaches. Only a 5 minutes walk. The street is quiet but some scooters and trucks are passing ofcourse. The majority of the rooms seems to have a large balcony. Ours was on the second floor with partly sea view with no extra charge...

Cafe bar ok, locatiın ok and there is a private car park for guests.
