Our stay at Sivota Seascape Luxury Villas was absolutely amazing. We had the three room villa and it was everything we could have hoped for spacious, modern, and beautifully designed with all the comforts you’d want for a relaxing holiday. The private pool and outdoor space were perfect for unwinding, and the views of the sea and sunset were simply breathtaking. 🌅
The location is quiet and peaceful, yet close enough to explore the area. Everything felt very private, giving us a true sense of luxury and relaxation. The beach was also quite good, clean, and easily accessible, which made the whole experience even better.
The staff were outstanding attentive, professional, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Their warm hospitality made our experience even more special.
Overall, this place exceeded expectations in every way. Highly recommend Sivota Seascape for anyone looking for a luxurious, serene, and unforgettable escape.

Amazing Complex, Amazing Sea, Amazing Staff (5+ for my albanians working there). The place is so quite, clean, and very cozy. Staff is there 24h in 24h, helping you even when your toddler gets fever. The sea? It is not like in the pics, way more beutiful. No loud music, only relax. Big up for the team, manager and all the guys who manage the property.

This is a little gem of a property. The apartment we stayed in was spacious, comfy and tastefully furnished. It was spotless with some lovely little touches made it feel special. The staff were welcoming and more than helpful. Perfect location, a few steps from the beach with views of the islands. This is a such a peaceful retreat and I would definitely recommend a stay.

Very good overall, nice villas friendly staff. Just fix the breakfast its not up to the luxury of the villas and thats it. Parents with kids make sure to get the villas closer to the sea. Filakia Kleo, Eleni & Dimitris.

**Deceptive Practices and Poor Customer Service**
We were informed by our resort that after 7 PM, sun loungers were free on the beach. At 8 PM, my family and I were walking along the beach, and I confirmed with an employee at the entrance of the bar of Sivota Seascape Luxury Villas that we didn't have to pay. He confirmed that after 7 PM, it was free of charge. We settled on the beach, but the same person later told us we had to pay $20 for two sets of umbrellas. Not wanting to argue, we paid.
Another family member later told us we shouldn't have paid because it was indeed free. I spoke with the manager/barman, explaining the situation and what other resorts and other people had informed us. He rudely responded that they didn't care about what others said and insisted on the charge.
We ended up paying $20 for just 30 minutes, whereas all the other resorts don’t charge after 7 PM. Our group of eight could have easily spent much more than €20 on drinks. They lure you in by claiming it's free, but once you’re settled, they demand money. Very disappointed—not because of the money but because of their deceptive practices to make some extra €€.

Beautiful property next to a quaint beach. Staff wonderful and helpful. Villa very well equipped. Truly felt spoiled.

Fantastic villas perfectly situated overlooking the cutest beach and clear water, excellent view, great beach. Very clean place, we had everything we needed. Thank you Eleni for being so wonderful, accommodating and helpful during our stay!

This is not a hotel with rooms but individual apartments for two or more people. The apartment we stayed at had its own pool overseeing a magnificent view of the sea. The sea itself is a few paces away and its water are crystal clear and inviting. The lone hotelier, Eleni, was very obliging and very helpful.
