Nice family driven hotel with a pretty pool with warm water. Clean, good breakfast, free sun loungers at the beach that is only a 2 minute walk away. I would recommend, no doubts

Abundant and varied breakfast. Very polite and helpful staff, clean and comfortable. Very good food and very fresh fish. Everything was perfect. We will come back again with great pleasure. Only 1 piece of advice for the part of the beach that needs to be cleaned of large rocks so that children can also bathe there.

What a lovely place to stay! I stayed there for a week with my family and it was really good. The staff is extremely sweet, helpful and serviceminded. The location is even better as it is close to the center of Sivota (5 min by car) and the ocean is your neighbour (and what a lovely ocean to swim in).

Super peaceful and beautiful location. The gardens were so pretty and well looked after. The room was modern, comfy bed, lovely bathroom and kept immaculately clean by the housekeeping staff. We spent 3 nights at the hotel. The facilities were great. The hotel is located right above the beach, which gives you the opportunity to choose between the pool and the sea. The room was big and comfortable. Upon arrival, we were asked to let them know when we wanted them to clean our room due to COVID restrictions, which was nice.

Our stay at Sivota Seascape Luxury Villas was absolutely amazing. We had the three room villa and it was everything we could have hoped for spacious, modern, and beautifully designed with all the comforts you’d want for a relaxing holiday. Amazing Complex, Amazing Sea, Amazing Staff (5+ for my albanians working there). The place is so quite, clean, and very cozy. Staff is there 24h in 24h, helping you even when your toddler gets fever. The sea? It is not like in the pics, way more beutiful. No loud music, only relax. Big up for the team, manager and all the guys who manage the property.

This is a little gem of a property. The apartment we stayed in was spacious, comfy and tastefully furnished. It was spotless with some lovely little touches made it feel special. The staff were welcoming and more than helpful. Perfect location, a few steps from the beach with views of the islands. This is a such a peaceful retreat and I would definitely recommend a stay.

Very good overall, nice villas friendly staff. Just fix the breakfast its not up to the luxury of the villas and thats it. Parents with kids make sure to get the villas closer to the sea. Filakia Kleo, Eleni & Dimitris.
