Where to stay in Sivota

Very nice resort on the hill above Sivota, lots of pools, good sauna and steam room. Does require some steps no matter where you go. The staff were excellent taking all the bags to the room

Perfect magical hotel with unbelievable views as it almost taken from the White Lotus show.. But please invaste a bit more in your kids club and breakfast because they don't comply with a 5* standard

The breakfast and lunch at the hotel were superb. Staff were incredibly friendly, professional and helpful at all times, I cannot praise them enough. The whole experience was fabulous.

Despite the perfect location and breathtaking views the rooms were run down , squeaky bed , toilet that was not functioning good and a tiny bathroom . Unable to reach the front desk at any given time. At the bar coffee was served in paper cups and there were no wine glasses! All broken they said. Only nice thing of the room was the big balcony

Great location close to the beach and the port of Sivota. The rooms were really clean and staff was nice. Good breakfast and nice selection of meals in the pool bar. Hotel does not offer dinner restaurant but there are lots of nice places to eat in the harbour me. Lots of sunbeds and umbrellas by the pool and by the sea.

Very Nice hotel excelent breakfast . The wiew is fantastic. But the bed is not good. You need to change the bed in room 218. In the right side of the bed is a noise every time you turn around. All staff is very kind We will come back

This is a hotel which management have abandoned their duties. There are many signs of poor to zero maintenance. The AC filter in our room had not been cleaned and the room therefore stunk of old cigarette smoke. The grassed areas surrounding the walkways were long and unkept, the pools, notwithstanding numerous complaints on this platform, although sparkling clear the walls and side tiles where covered...

Need to Hire more people to improve services and hygienic rules. Kind and helpful personnel, constantly running after customers to fulfill their needs. Poor management, looks like they don't care too much for their investment. Stunning and quiet landscape ideal for calm and easy vacations

Difficult to find with GPS but once there it is a secret paradise. Lovely and very clean swimming pool with a very beautiful beach at 50 meters walk. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room very spacious with very comfy beds. It is so quite the surrounding that you can sleep for ever with no disturbances

Stayed there last summer, Alex and staff are very friendly and helpful, fantastic beach, very clean water, town is a 15 minutes easy walk away for restaurants, shops, etc. We had a nice duplex apartment, they have a beach bar open all day, and guest have free sunbeds and parasols, really enjoyed our two weeks here.

We stayed four days in this hotel overlooking a beautiful bay in Perdika. The rooms are big and clean, we had a room on the top floor with lateral sea view. The price of the room includes sun beds and umbrellas at the beach. The owners were extremely kind and helpful. The restaurant offered good Greek food and they have a nice pool. Free parking on site. The food here is amazing, 10/10 best place to eat in karavostasi. The staff is super friendly, they gave us lotion for sunburns as they saw that we were burned from the sun, all from their initiative. Would recommend to anyone. I dont know about the accomodation as we stayed in the airbnb near them.

What a lovely place to stay! I stayed there for a week with my family and it was really good. The staff is extremely sweet, helpful and serviceminded. The location is even better as it is close to the center of Sivota (5 min by car) and the ocean is your neighbour (and what a lovely ocean to swim in).

We spent 3 nights at the hotel. The facilities were great. The hotel is located right above the beach, which gives you the opportunity to choose between the pool and the sea. The room was big and comfortable. Upon arrival, we were asked to let them know when we wanted them to clean our room due to COVID restrictions, which was nice.

Amazing Complex, Amazing Sea, Amazing Staff (5+ for my albanians working there). The place is so quite, clean, and very cozy. Staff is there 24h in 24h, helping you even when your toddler gets fever. The sea? It is not like in the pics, way more beutiful. No loud music, only relax. Big up for the team, manager and all the guys who manage the property.

This is a little gem of a property. The apartment we stayed in was spacious, comfy and tastefully furnished. It was spotless with some lovely little touches made it feel special. The staff were welcoming and more than helpful. Perfect location, a few steps from the beach with views of the islands. This is a such a peaceful retreat and I would definitely recommend a stay.

We stayed here in early September for a couple of nights. Hotel was clean and well located with good room and bathroom size. Kyria Panoreia (Ms Panoria) was very warm and welcoming. It’s a shame we live in Australia because we would like to visit again sooner than later.

One of the best accommodations in Sivota. Family business with spacious apartments, SUPER CLEAN, with Parking (which is a necessity) and the best part is that this is just for adults, so no waking up from crying babies! Major Kudos!

A newly renovated resort with nice views and pet friendly with nice private beach (shared with another hotel)… Nothing much, in high season the property is unfortunately understaffed, parking is a bit difficult as well… It has one area for breakfast, one restaurant and a beach bar. The place is definitely worth a go. Beach is small but clean. If you go in peak season, you do need to go early in the am if you want a beach side bed. Pool beds always had plenty available. Prima Vista is a pure gem. We arrived late at night and were met by a lovely young lady from reception who assisted us with parking and our luggage. The room was just perfect, the service was incredible in all areas, the food was SPECTACULAR and the view and beach was picturesque. We loved it so much we booked to stay again. You’re missing out if you don’t stay here.
