The breakfast and lunch at the hotel were superb. Staff were incredibly friendly, professional and helpful at all times, I cannot praise them enough. The whole experience was fabulous.

This has been one of the best places I have visited recently. The rooms were great and spacious. The staff and the owner were wonderful people and very friendly. Stayed there last summer, Alex and staff are very friendly and helpful, fantastic beach, very clean water, town is a 15 minutes easy walk away for restaurants, shops, etc. We had a nice duplex apartment, they have a beach bar open all day, and guest have free sunbeds and parasols, really enjoyed our two weeks here.

Lovely place, with great attention to details and very well maintained. Nice views, direct access to a beautiful beach, which is somewhat private due to lack of public parking. The area has a village feeling. Great hospitality as well, highly profesional and friendly.

Pros: great private beach, nice and spatious rooms with balcony and pool. Cons: not so intimate, you share a lots of spaces with the neighbours, far from the city center by walk.

Despite the perfect location and breathtaking views the rooms were run down , squeaky bed , toilet that was not functioning good and a tiny bathroom . Hotel does not offer dinner restaurant but there are lots of nice places to eat in the harbour me. Lots of sunbeds and umbrellas by the pool and by the sea.

Very Nice hotel excelent breakfast . The wiew is fantastic. But the bed is not good. You need to change the bed in room 218. In the right side of the bed is a noise every time you turn around. All staff is very kind We will come back

Lovely hotel with friendly staff and good food. Large rooms where street noise is not heard when the sliding door is closed. The town is a small tourist town as we know it in Greece. Next time I'll bring my fishing rod and rent a boat at the harbor. We would love to come again.

We have been here four times now and have always felt welcomed and looked after. The view from the rooms, pool and breakfast area are simply amazing. The hotel has undergone some renovations over the winter months and the new rooms are very comfortable and clean. The double beds are very large and could easily fit 4 people. Modest family-run hotel, that needs serious refurbishment in the rooms, it felt like I was traveled decades ago... On the plus side the family is kind and eager to help, keeping all the Covid protocols and the view is beautiful. Sorry just got around to posting some photos of a WONDERFUL trip to Greece in June 2016. The Arilla Beach Hotel welcomed us with open arms at 2:30am after traveling through the darkness on a motorcycle. The photos show what we woke up to. This is a hotel which management have abandoned their duties. There are many signs of poor to zero maintenance. The AC filter in our room had not been cleaned and the room therefore stunk of old cigarette smoke. Difficult to find with GPS but once there it is a secret paradise. Lovely and very clean swimming pool with a very beautiful beach at 50 meters walk. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We stayed four days in this hotel overlooking a beautiful bay in Perdika. The rooms are big and clean, we had a room on the top floor with lateral sea view. The price of the room includes sun beds and umbrellas at the beach. The owners were extremely kind and helpful. The restaurant offered good Greek food and they have a nice pool. Free parking on site. The food here is amazing, 10/10 best place to eat in karavostasi. The staff is super friendly, they gave us lotion for sunburns as they saw that we were burned from the sun, all from their initiative. Would recommend to anyone. I dont know about the accomodation as we stayed in the airbnb near them.

The room was big and comfortable. Upon arrival, we were asked to let them know when we wanted them to clean our room due to COVID restrictions, which was nice.

Great (small) hotel; you get the golf-car to take you up-down ... During the stay we had some BAD smell - they've explained it's from the neighbors (problems with canalisation) .... Swimming pool is great for kids; chairs by the see and by the pool are great (especially if you get those under the olive trees by the pool)... Breakfast is more-less the same everyday, but they add something different...
