Despite the perfect location and breathtaking views the rooms were run down , squeaky bed , toilet that was not functioning good and a tiny bathroom . Unable to reach the front desk at any given time. At the bar coffee was served in paper cups and there were no wine glasses! All broken they said. Only nice thing of the room was the big balcony

STUNNING sea views from apartments. Best views in the whole of Sivota. Big infinity pool with amazing sea view. Private decking by the sea with sun loungers and umbrellas. Great location close to the beach and the port of Sivota. The rooms were really clean and staff was nice. Good breakfast and nice selection of meals in the pool bar. Hotel does not offer dinner restaurant but there are lots of nice places to eat in the harbour me. Lots of sunbeds and umbrellas by the pool and by the sea.
Very Nice hotel excelent breakfast . The wiew is fantastic. But the bed is not good. You need to change the bed in room 218. In the right side of the bed is a noise every time you turn around. All staff is very kind We will come back

This is a hotel which management have abandoned their duties. There are many signs of poor to zero maintenance. The AC filter in our room had not been cleaned and the room therefore stunk of old cigarette smoke. Difficult to find with GPS but once there it is a secret paradise. Lovely and very clean swimming pool with a very beautiful beach at 50 meters walk. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room very spacious with very comfy beds. It is so quite the surrounding that you can sleep for ever with no disturbances

Stayed there last summer, Alex and staff are very friendly and helpful, fantastic beach, very clean water, town is a 15 minutes easy walk away for restaurants, shops, etc. We had a nice duplex apartment, they have a beach bar open all day, and guest have free sunbeds and parasols, really enjoyed our two weeks here.

We stayed four days in this hotel overlooking a beautiful bay in Perdika. The rooms are big and clean, we had a room on the top floor with lateral sea view. The price of the room includes sun beds and umbrellas at the beach. The owners were extremely kind and helpful. The restaurant offered good Greek food and they have a nice pool. Free parking on site. The food here is amazing, 10/10 best place to eat in karavostasi. The staff is super friendly, they gave us lotion for sunburns as they saw that we were burned from the sun, all from their initiative. Would recommend to anyone. I dont know about the accomodation as we stayed in the airbnb near them.
Very spacious and clean room, balcony with an excellent sea-view. Nice staff (owner, wife Mary - great cook, Nico and Irene, all so friendly). "Pied dans l'éau" position, marvelous sunsets, very good services on the beach. Great cuisine. Definitely, a place to return to.
Comfortable modern rooms. Right next to one of the best beaches in the area. Clean room and common areas. Convenient parking. With a breakfast that left you satisfied. Although we went off season it was quite functional.

Lovely hotel with friendly staff and good food. Large rooms where street noise is not heard when the sliding door is closed. The town is a small tourist town as we know it in Greece. Next time I'll bring my fishing rod and rent a boat at the harbor. We would love to come again.
