Very good services and really kind staff

We've just arrived and we felt in love with the place. It's bit far away from everything but if you want just to relax and having good time by the pool I highly recommend it. Also you have free shuttle to the beach.

FANTASTIC view, but I cannot rate the hotel or restaurant as I only went for a massage. Massage was good, nothing surprising.

Bungalows were unbelievable in combination with the view of ionean sea, the food and the service were outstanding. Probably one the best hotels in West Greece!!!!

Some 2,5 km from the Hotel there is a local beach Mega Ammos with free sunbeds and nice restaurant serving fresh fish. Try the restaurant Mega Ammos that have tables and service very close to the sea with a view

Great beach friendly stuff the food was excellent even the cocktails were fire all in all it was a great experience so far definitely coming again.

Best place to stay in Sivota!!

The beach was just beautiful, private and right in front of the hotel. The pool is new and it has a bar where you can grab a drink while cooling in the water. I could walk out of my room straight into the pool

Stayed there last summer, Alex and staff are very friendly and helpful, fantastic beach, very clean water, town is a 15 minutes easy walk away for restaurants, shops, etc

We had a nice duplex apartment, they have a beach bar open all day, and guest have free sunbeds and parasols, really enjoyed our two weeks here

Lovely place, with great attention to details and very well maintained. Nice views, direct access to a beautiful beach, which is somewhat private due to lack of public parking. The area has a village feeling

Amazing views, great sea, helpful and polite staff. Rooms are clean and the views are amazing. They can do a bit of a renovation but for the cost of the room, including breakfast, I think it’s not worth worrying over it

We had one of the higher ones, overlooking the gardens and sea at the rear. Very well appointed rooms, freshened daily, access to its own beach and selection of pools. There's a beach bar at the rear

The staff were excellent and the view was spectacular! Sophia took extra care of us as we arrived too early because our excursion was cancelled !

Despite the perfect location and breathtaking views the rooms were run down , squeaky bed , toilet that was not functioning good and a tiny bathroom. Unable to reach the front desk at any given time

The balcony was well furnished, with an airing rack complete with pegs. The views from the balcony are outstanding - boating activity, and islands on the horizon (Corfu, Paxos, Antipaxos and Lefkada)

Great location close to the beach and the port of Sivota. The rooms were really clean and staff was nice. Good breakfast and nice selection of meals in the pool bar

Our stay (2 weeks, our honeymoon) at Costa Smerelda was wonderful. We chose the hotel for its peaceful location, and charming town, and it was just what we wanted

At the bar coffee was served in paper cups and there were no wine glasses! All broken they said. Only nice thing of the room was the big balcony

We loved our stay we had room a room at the back of the hotel which was nice and quiet. The room was kept spotless ,breakfast was good plenty of choice

It is not close to any beach by foot (closest is a 15-20 min walk away) which might be a consideration for those wanting to be close to the water. Otherwise, we had no complaints whatsoever

The doors to the corridor let in quite a lot of noise which is not great as loud guests tended to bang their doors frequently regardless of the time of day

You can get cold and good drinks whenever, but you can't bring your own drink to the pool. So instead of soda from the supermarket at 90 cents, it's 3. 50 euros at the poolside bar, so this brings the rating down

The receptionists we found were friendly and helpful,always polite and smiling. We hope to return again next year

Thanasis is the owner and does a great job of making you feel at home. All the food is home made including the jams and is delicious. Breakfast includes a good variety of cooked food, cereals and pastries

Prices are very reasonable so overall it is good value for money

Sorry just got around to posting some photos of a WONDERFUL trip to Greece in June 2016. The Arilla Beach Hotel welcomed us with open arms at 2:30am after traveling through the darkness on a motorcycle

The hotel has undergone some renovations over the winter months and the new rooms are very comfortable and clean. The double beds are very large and could easily fit 4 people

The photos show what we woke up to. Everyone there showed us their warmest hospitality. Everything from the room, to the views to the magnificent food

We have been here four times now and have always felt welcomed and looked after. The view from the rooms, pool and breakfast area are simply amazing

Very close to the beach. Big rooms and clean, food very good and staff friendly. They even have an animator for kids which has a lot of games for them to play. But also organize trips around for the customers.

The food was excellent, all the meal ( breakfast, lunch & dinner ). Free parking, free sunbeds and free drinks. I will come back for sure with my family and friends

There is no shortage of pasta at any lunch. Live evening music, of course Italian. The share of tourists is Italian, Greek, few Germans

When you are looking for paradise , one word come to me Olivia aqua resort, we made a last minute booking and we’re not sure what to expect, we booked on night coming from the ferry at Igumentia and what a surprise we had !! The hotel is clean , modern and settled in nature with a beach that is amazing

All in all the hotel is in a great position and has the potential to be a good family hotel but there is a lot of work and commitment required by management before it will be rated a descent resort hotel

The food here is amazing, 10/10 best place to eat in karavostasi. The staff is super friendly, they gave us lotion for sunburns as they saw that we were burned from the sun, all from their initiative
