Superb elegant rooms, very spacious with great views

Felt teary as I left because it was so so wonderful. Best breakfast I’ve ever had at any hotel. The staff are the best in Greece! Honestly such a wonderful experience. Huge thank you to Yannis, the manager, Katerina, and Thanasis in particular; all the staff were incredible. Rooms cleaned to perfection - the house keeping team deserve a special mention. Pool was gorgeous. Room service food - the burgers better than NYC! Delicious. Such a relaxing fun stay. I read on here that this hotel is the best on the island. Completely true. Visit Kithnos for the hotel alone! Also, Yannis organised a boat trip for us with Rent a boat - Nicole and George… made our holiday. Really advise taking a boat for an afternoon if you can. Thank you team for looking after us so well. We will never forget you!

Everything was fantastic

Excellent accommodation with high amenities and very kind staff. It is located in a quite privileged location, just 3 minutes by car from the island's port, which makes it ideal for walks without much movement. The rooms are spacious, new and very well-maintained with a view that compensates you. The breakfast consisted of many choices that satisfied even the most demanding. I highly recommend it for those who decide to visit Kythnos!

Great place, spacefull suites, exactly as presented in the site. Nice view to the golf of Merichas. The staff was polite and helpful.

I have only good things to remember and comment upon. Even without us staying in another hotel, I would imagine that it would be extremely difficult to find a better place to stay in Kythnos. The owner is very personable and helpful. The staff is friendly and professional. The facilities are super modern, clean and functional. The location, overseeing the port of Merichas, is excellent; I am glad I was not discouraged by our friends who visit Kythnos every year and were very skeptical about our choice of accommodation in Merichas. The breakfast has a very good variety for a facility with only 16 rooms. Check-in and -out were fast and smooth. We will happily return!

A special accommodation in an exceptional (unique) place with an incredible view of the port of Merichas. The suite is excellent, spacious, luxurious, fully functional, with automation that you don't find in hotels in the Cyclades. With a luxurious bathroom, spotlessly clean and cleverly arranged with a bedroom on a higher level than the living room and a huge glass window, so that you can enjoy the superb sea view, whether you are in your bed or in the living room of the suite. Besides, you don't even have to get out of bed in the morning to open your curtains and enjoy the magnificent sea view. All you have to do is use the remote control next to you. An excellent stay in an excellent hotel with excellent hosts.

We have been visiting Kythnos for years and we would undoubtedly classify EmGard suites as the best place to stay in the island, not only for the excellent accommodation, but also for the people who manage it as well as the philosophy that characterizes them. From the first moment one realizes that the space has been taken care of with special love and attention, from the highly aesthetic furniture, the lighting, the details of the pool, to the beautiful garden and the breathtaking view, everything is so meticulous down to the last detail in order to ensure a high quality and luxury accommodation for guests. The suite is sparkling clean and comfortable with spectacular view and fully equipped with high-tech appliances. The staff is more than helpful, discreet and willing. They did everything to ensure an excellent and relaxing stay and they gave us a broad knowledge about the highlights of the island. Therefore, you can draw from them the best tips for Kythnos. We sincerely thank you them for everything they did! Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and we definitely recommend EmGard suites! We are looking forward to come back in the near future.

This is a super clean and contemporary hotel. It has a wonderful pool and the staff go the extra mile to ensure a great stay. Internet was excellent as was breakfast and dining in the restaurant. We arrived by ferry and the hotel arranged pick up and drop off free of charge.
