Hotel Scorpios in Nydri

A review is only one persons thought on their own visit but as a visitor to Greece more than 30 times I can assure you this is one of the best.
Accommodation is spacious and greek. The food is better than any of the restaurants in Nidri itself. With a little notice they will do their best to cook you anything, from local fish and traditional Greek dishes. You will never have a better pork shop.
The views are incredible all round. The family who looks after you make you welcome and In greek style treet you as a freind.
I spent 2 weeks their in june and loved every second of it.
Just perfect.

What an unforgettable experience... It begins with an extremely friendly, very attentive staff (family business), delicious, rich breakfast ("home kitchen"), very comfortable facility, outstanding view, free hotel parking, wonderful swimming pool, and most importantly: great location (4 min. drive to Nidry ( it's a walkable distance), and 20 min drive to Lefkada City.

We spent a week at this hotel and everything was wonderful: the rooms are cleaned daily, the bed linen is changed, and the towels are replaced every two days. You have access to the pool and the restaurant from 8 AM to 10 PM, and you can enjoy a meal at any time, with both breakfast and traditional Greek dishes available. Most importantly, the rooms offer a stunning view at any time of the day, and the hospitality is truly outstanding. Thank you, Hotel Scorpios!

Absolutely 0 complaints. one of the best places i have ever stayed at, the views are beautiful, i never had to fight for a sunlounger ,the food at the restaurant was beautiful, rooms were perfect but the best part was the family who run it, they are the sweetest people ever and put so much effort into making your stay amazing, i honestly think this hotel would suit everyone and anyone. i recommend highly and have had such a great time here

This was the best family holiday in Greece 🩵 we have had. It was absolutely perfect due to the family that run the hotel. They are so friendly and kind and will do anything for you. It's a peaceful perfect place. You can get a lounger any time of the day. The views are the best I've seen over many Greek small islands. The rooms are clean and have a hairdryer and TV. Absolutely lovely resort and great boat trips. About 10 mins to a mile long stretch of sea and restaurants. Stunning Hotel 🛏️ Beautiful family.

I only have good things to say, beautiful views and lovely sunsets , all the food was brilliant. The family who works here is so caring and wants your stay to be as good as possible, The maids come everyday so you always come home to a clean room. Never have to fight for a sunbed and it’s always so peaceful and quiet. You will always feel so welcome and everyone is so friendly. The room is perfect and the air con is so nice to cool you down after a warm day and was completely free. My favourite holiday yet everything about it is perfect. Loved this stay.

Amazing hotel ran by a beautiful family. We have just returned from a weeks stay and didn’t want to leave. We were greeted by Antonis who took our bags to our room for us. The room was basic but had everything you needed and a well stocked mini supermarket very close by down a lot of steps. The food at the hotel was delicious best we had and we ate out a few times. Antonis and his family were so welcoming, friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. We had great banter with Antonis. We would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone. Hopefully we will return one day. Well where to start. We were greeted off the coach by antonis in his car to take the 6 of us to the hotel as its set within a hill and in his words 'its too hot to walk up there'. It took him 2 trips to get us to the hotel with our bags. He gave us information of how to walk into nidri safely and advised about not doing at certain times. His aunt greeted us and showed us to our rooms whilst antonis took our bags for us. The hotel is basic but the staff and food make it exceptional. Food is available all day apart from 4-6 where staff have a well deserved rest. The bar service is open throughout. The pool is fab and enough sunbeds for everyone. We had breakfast at the hotel which was 10 euros each and it was a buffet style which you could help yourself too. The snack menu was available from 11 including the evening times. Food was better than in nidri and much better value. Antonis could not do more for us and as a group of 6 women we felt very safe and in good hands. The beach closest was shingle and the sea was cold. The beach in nidri was about 40 mins walk as is the port and restaurants and shops. Overall the service was 5* and the staff were fantastic. Don't bother buying bread for toast as you get that at breakfast and there is no toaster in the room but you do have a kettle and fridge freezer. Will definitely recommend this hotel you won't be disappointed but take some sensible shoes for walking in.
