Sea Sun in Plomarion

I want to share with you this terrible experience.We arrived late in the evening only to find that we were given a room 10 min walking uphill from the actual hotel compound. The room was infested with mosquitos. When we realized that we cant stay (after 5 min) the owner disappeared and it was very difficult to get her, we waited half an hour for her to return. We asked to change rooms and she had no solution. We had to leave that same night and find another hotel. The land lady didn’t even consider to apologize or offer any refund. Even though I canceled the second night she charged me the full amount for no show. I have confirmetion from booking that I cancelld the second night at the same time that I returned the Key when we left in the first night. Nowhere in the booking process was I given the option of choosing which room we get and it was not mentioned at all that it is located far and separated from the hotel complex - as you can see in the pictures. It is misleading and even cheating!
Moreover, within 5 minutes of getting in the room we were bitten by mosquitoes. There was no possibility of spending the night there.
