Lagada Beach Hotel in Adamas

We booked this hotel through our travel office 18-24 travel from 18 to 25 August 2016. What can I say! The office is unacceptable and the hotel sucks. I had booked a triple room and what they gave us originally was a miserable old double room with two κτιστα beds and a bit rusty with a mattress that was 2 inches around, and this debt if for a normal bed! The room was a mess with cut out sockets, καμενες lamps, in the bathroom the pipes exterior, generally the room was construction around 70 without having done any renovation! As soon as we saw it was quite a shock! From the front desk they told us that this is the room that give the travel agency with which we booked and that if we want better and ανακαινησμενο had to pay 315€ extra! Of course the office told us that this is the room and if you like us! Necessarily we paid the extra amount to go to the best room with three regular beds! The new room was good and big but the beds were very poor quality mattresses and just sitting or were you going to go back ετριζαν incredibly! The breakfast miserable! Try with two of the staff have served all over the world, something that can't be! The area where breakfast is served is κακογουστος like you're in camp and the breakfast has the bare essentials. Must on your own to get back the disk that you have eaten and the tables there is nothing that needs to eat!
The only good thing about this hotel is the environmental space and the pool. It is also in a good location close to the port.
I won't go back and not recommend it to anyone! Also to say that upon leaving, we were told at reception that they had made a mistake in the charge and had to pay 60€! Are not professional and have no idea how to treat customers! Unacceptable!

The worst hotel I ever stayed in (and I am 60 years old), I asked sea view and Wifi internet (I made clear that without these two I would never go), no sea view, no internet, no phone to communicate with the reception (1,000 meters from my room, I had to contact them though my cell phone), no cleanliness, and the director told me that what they promised was only "gifts" and if I didn't have them, I didn't have any right to ask them", but the 200 euros per night were only for "the room", no other facilities!!! DO NOT GO!

If I could, I' d rate this hotel with MINUS five stars!
I' ve never seen so rude and disrespectable staff and owners in my life!
What the hotel offers (apart from the pool) is what only the cheapest hotels offer. The prices were a sure kill, while another near hotel where we moved to was a bit cheaper, but by far more human.
Also, they didn't tell us they would put us to another place (not in the central hotel with the pool) which is 300m away and we had to climb up on the stairs 50m above sea level without anybody to help with our luggage. That place had nobody behind the reception counter and we had to call every time we needed something, but most times they were unresponsive. When we asked to move us to another room, they made us wait for 1 hour and a half, only to tell us that they are very busy at the moment and if we like, we can go to another hotel (what we did of course, but we were lucky to find an available room).
