Really nice place to stay, lovely clean nodern rooms. Nice pool with modern sun loungers. Perfect location 1 minute walk from the beach and restaurants. The team running the place were really nice and super helpful, probably the best customer service I have ever had.

I will definitely stay there again if in the area.

It was one of the best family apartments we have ever had. Everything was perfect. The hosts, Catherina and her family did everything to make us feel at home. Fast communication, also in English. Everything was comfortable, the rooms and the hotel are spotlessly clean, daily cleaning. Towels are also provided for the pool, sunbeds, terraces, luggage store. The house is almost on the beach and all facilities are within 200 meters. restaurants, breakfast or dinner, groceries, bakery, car rental, pharmacy, parking, public transport, organizing transport. If we were in Santorini, we would only choose them, again. Thank you for everything.

Excellent property owned by a lovely friendly family. Location is superb, withing easy walking distance (2 mins) of the beach, taverna, shops, bus stop etc. Spotlessly clean with maid service everyday. Always beds & seats around the pool. Couldn't have asked for anything more.

Such a beautiful hotel with such friendly people, the pool was lovely and quiet and the location along the beach with some lovely bars & restaurants, plus the watersports & quad bikes nearby, was the ideal place to be. Buses were available often between Perissa and Fira too. Overall, a really wonderful week in Santorini.

Everything was amazing. Special thanks to Katerina for arranging transportation from/to airport and a boat tour for us. The hotel is 2 minutes from the Beach, they have a locker for luggage and showers you can use after check out. Everyone was super kind and friendly. If ever back in Santorini I’ll stay there again absolutely.

We had a wonderful stay at these small, independent, family-run apartments. The location is ideal—just a short walk to the beach—and the on-site pool is perfect for relaxing. The apartment was beautiful, spotless, and very comfortable.

Katerina and her family were absolutely lovely—welcoming, helpful, and always ready with a smile. Their warm hospitality made our stay even more special. We felt right at home and would definitely return. Highly recommend!

This hotel exceeded our expectation, the room is simple but well decorated. Very comfortable, a lot of storage place. Under 5 minutes walking to the beach. More importantly the staff is very friendly and helped us with booking tour and arranged the best for us.

I will probably rate it as best budget hotel in Santorini!

Stelios Place - 5 stars!
We had an amazing time at Stelios Place. The staff were very welcoming and accommodating and the rooms were kept nice and clean and tidy. The hotel was also great value for money and very affordable by Santorini standards.

We stayed at Stelios Place for 3 nights during our time in Santorini, and loved it! You are very close to the beach, but the hotel pool is also a great place to relax. There is a free parking lot close by, which was great since we explored the island via car. Katerina and her family make you feel right at home. We would recommend to stay here!
