Great little hotel with super friendly and easy going staff, close to the beach, restaurants,... Bus stop right outside the hotel to get to Fira and beyond.
We really enjoyed our stay and hope to back soon!

My husband and I loved staying at Tristhenia! We arrived shortly after a dust storm and the owner ensured that the pool and jacuzzi were all clean before we arrived. The room was also great and really clean. We loved the location right next to the beach and small shops. The owner also gave us a map and his key recommendations for while we were in Santorini, which was really useful!

Quite a decent experience for 3 nights in Perissa
Nice room, good bed. Very nice staff. Found ants in the room after we had been out for dinner. Was offered a new room right away until they cleaned the room, but found ants in the new room too. Otherwise the pool area was smaller than we thought and the pressure in the shower was very poor.

Residence with swimming pool a stone's throw from the sea: excellent location to enjoy a few days at the sea in Santorini and visit the island. The apartments are all renovated and very nice: ours was not too bright but still comfortable and clean. Nearby you can find everything, from places for breakfast to bathrooms on the beach with a thousand services to restaurants by the sea. The staff is also very kind, always available for everything.

Great little hotel. Good for a weekend stay. The room was small, but it had AC. The shower and bathroom were nice. The best part though was the location. The hotel was just minutes from the beach. I would recommend this hotel just for the location alone.

It was great in terms of location and convenience. Right next to multiple bus stops, had restaurants, shopping, and mini marts within walking distance, and right next to a beach. The hotel itself though was just average. Service is just adequate, not really above and beyond, which is something I feel like you should get even for a 3 star hotel seeing as to how I have gotten exceptional service at other 3 star hotels. Front desk person not really helpful with being knowledgable for travelers. Sometimes the bathroom would reek of sewage. Gets the job done of providing a place to stay with working AC, beds, and a kitchen, so really it was ok. Biggest complaint is just the service itself.

Tristhenia hotel is in a good location for Perissa beach, as well as being opposite the bus stop and within a short walk of the beginning of the hike to Ancient Thera. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the pool area is clean. We didn't use the pool much, but this was only because we were so close to the beach! We may have been more inclined to use the pool area if the poolside bar was open or more inviting, however this was a minor gripe and certainly wouldn't put us off returning here. The staff here were helpful and friendly.
