Hotel Kamelo in Ermoupoli

A lovely little hotel right on the beach in a sheltered bay. The staff could not be kinder or more welcoming. We immediately felt relaxed and comfortable. The free sunbeds are a fantastic bonus.

The breakfast included is good but could do with better coffee and fresh fried eggs - but everything else was wonderful.

We got the bus from Ermoupouli which stops 50m from the hotel.

This was a wonderful place to stay. Family owned and run and the service was outstanding. Sofia and Alex are 2 of the people that have run this place and they are incredible. They will do anything to help you and make your stay as pleasant as possible. Food and room wete very very comfortable. A great place to stay if you want that authentic Greek experience.

Fantastic location. It's one of my favourite places in all Greece! The staff was great, chill and friendly. No shower curtain, but in the context, who cares? The sea-view room was awesome. The guy kept telling me, "Relax, no problem", and I actually did end up relaxing 😅

The hotel is family own. Sofia greeted us when we arrived. She welcomed us with so much love. She treated us like family, and she always had a smile. Beach towels provide for the beach. Highly recommend if you are in Syros and looking for somewhere clean and welcoming to stay.

Me and my friends had the BEST stay at Hotel Kamelo! All the staff were so amazing - Vasilis was so friendly and helpful while we laid by the beach on the complimentary sun lounges. That was an incredible perk of the hotel. We had the complimentary breakfast which was also amazing! The room was perfect and clean too. Loved our stay so much!

We were so lucky to spend a short 5 day vacation at this hotel. It is everything you want for your holidays!

Billy the boy in charge of the (FREE) sunbeds is the epitome of kindness.
Breakfast totally out of this world.
The hotel runs its own restaurant and the chef is an artist by all means.
During our stay they had live Greek music nights at the restaurant.
The rooms very clean and get cleaned daily by the room service team.
Wifi free with very strong signal within hotel and beach sunbeds.
Private parking.
Shower on the beach.
The (Vari) beach in front of the hotel is very beautiful with crystal clear waters and quite protected from the strong winds blowing during our stay.
Last but not least, very competitive prices in accomodation.
All of the above make your stay at Kamelo hotel a pleasant experience and a sweet memory to keep in heart!

Had a brilliant stay for a week wish it was longer really lovely family run hotel right on the beach comfy rooms with great views of the bay room cleaned every day also part of the hotel is Bolas restaurant which does great food sunbeds reserved for guests and free

This year was our third time that we spent our vacation in hotel Kamelo. Everything - accommodation, food, service, beach - is absolutely perfect. We would love to come back next year!
