Although it is not centrally located at the heart of the old town, it still only minutes from the waterfront. The facility is new and well designed with minimalist but luxurious look and feel. And I really love the smell of the blanket, I had a great sleep there. I will definitely come back again if I ever visit Naxos in the future.

Our experience at Alenor City Hotel was exceptional, largely thanks to Diana's incredible warmth and thoughtfulness. From the very beginning, she handled all my messages with genuine kindness. She took it upon herself to organize the room for our anniversary and my birthday with beautiful, heartwarming details that made us feel truly special. It is rare to find such personalized and attentive service; it truly made all the difference in our trip. The images do not do justice to the beauty and cleanliness of the facilities. Highly recommended, and we will definitely come back every time we stay in Naxos!

Service is good, the lady owner tries her best to help us. However issue is there is no 24/7 reception so that is an issue because we sometimes cannot locate the owner. But she is friendly.

Room is clean and view is great and location is good, near to the port. However be careful of the taxi scams.. good to have the owner call one for you.

We cannot say more about alenor city and Diana. My husband and I were on our honeymoon and unfortunately had originally booked a stay somewhere else. We were very uncomfortable with our first place and needed a new place to stay. We found Alenor City had a place to stay so we drove over at 11 pm hoping to secure a room. Diana was there; we explained our situation and said she had a room available. She showed us our room first before booking and it was very clean and comfortable. We left to go get our bags and when we returned, Diana had told us we had a new room. She had upgraded our room to a room with the hot tub and when we entered she had decorated the room with rose pedals and a bottle of wine. What she did for us was so above and beyond - she turned our honeymoon around after many tears about our other place. Her hotel is so cute and only a 10 min walk to the city center. We loved the walking after dinner and felt very safe. We definitely will be back and will stay here again. Thank you Diana for saving our honeymoon!

The staff is very kind. The hotel overall is very clean and looks beautiful! I loved that it was very quiet and in a safe neighborhood. Didn’t hear much outside noise. Very walkable towards the main areas. Highly recommend!

So glad we chose this hotel for our stay in Naxos! Everything was perfect- the room, the pool, the service and the location. The room and pool area were stunning and had everything you needed. The location was a quick ten minute walk into the port area and just a few doors down from an amazing coffee shop Barcode that we frequented during our stay. Finally, the service was amazing by the owner Diana and of course the cute resident cat Agapi. We would definitely stay there again if we return to Naxos!

Had an amazing stay at Alenor City Hotel! We were welcomed with open arms, and treated like royalty! 10/15 mins walk to the port district, excellent parking available, safe and clean rooms! And the rooftop pool area is absolutely stunning!!!

5/5 hotel. Great location. 10 minute walk to the city. Beach nearby & great rooftop pool as well. Great breakfast place nearby. Diana extremely helpful in renting ATV. Would highly recommend to everyone!

Stunning hotel and friendly staff
The stay was amazing the lady who runs it was just so so lovely and very helpful. The hotel was beautiful and they had a roof top
Pool which was stunning and we did not expect. Ideal location to walk to the port and main town. Could not recommend this hotel more. Honestly the nicest hotel with the most friendliest staff and very helpful. The hot tub room was great and perfect to end our days. Exceeded our expectations and made our holiday even better
