Hotel Bakos in Loutraki

Myself and several members of the Australian Women’s Masters Basketball teams stayed at Hotel Bakos for the duration of our tournament held in and around Loutraki in July 2026. Hotel Bakos was great for us - clean, comfortable beds, hot showers, value for money and family run by cousins (both named Vassilis). They were both very helpful and friendly. The location of the hotel is fantastic - only a couple of blocks from the beach, close to a small and large supermarkets, a car hire place, any eateries you want, coffee shops and also has a lovely little pool! The continental breakfast suited our needs and was always plentiful. The air conditioning in the rooms is good - do note that it was centrally set at 22 degs while we were there in July, which was fine. We were all able to afford our own rooms due to reasonable pricing and all agreed we were very happy with our stay. Note this is not a 5 star hotel - it’s a great 2-3 star hotel. We would recommend Hotel Bakos to anyone looking for a great value, comfortable, clean, well located, well run 3 star hotel in Loutraki!

Small and cosy family hotel, near the beach but in a quet area. Forest of all, great hosts who make you fer like home. Hotel Is managed by two cousins , botj named Vassilis Bakos, which are alwaus helpfull. Breakfast Is basic continental, but regularly reffiled, the air condition is working fine. There is a very nice garden with a pool where you can refresh and feel comfortable. Maitrecess should be changed, but everything other Is just fine. The Best moment of the place od hospitality and teze devotion of owners to keep a family tradition and to be nice and kind to their guests.

Small, but cosy hotel in the center of Loutraki. The staff is kind, and the owners are very friendly. In walking distance from a large super market and the beach, which has a variaty of shops, bars and restaurants. The hotel offers breakfast. The small pool area is situated in cosy garden

Nice and clean, near the beach and restaurants. The rooms are spacy with a balcony, cleaning is every day and well working A/C. Very little noise though it is just near the main road. The family runs the hotel and are very friendly. The breakfast is simple but will do.

We had a great stay in this hotel. It is located really close to the sea. The rooms are quiet and clean. Towels are changed every day. Moreover, the staff is very friendly and will resolve any issue you might have. You just need to ask. Highly recommend!
