I was traveling alone, and the room size was enough for one person. The hotel is a bit old, so the facilities are a bit old, but relatively clean. The most important design of this hotel is the location, which is five minutes away from the central bus station, which is very convenient for travelers. The picture shows the hotel balcony.

The property was larger than I thought and had more amenities than I thought. There was a massage salon (who offered a 10% discount for hotel guests), it was on the ocean, there was a beach bar, a swimming pool, a restaurant, a bar, and ample parking. It satisfied all needs.

We have been here a few times and glad to say it hasn’t changed. Right by the sea, you can swim and use the hotel’s paddle boards. The rooms are very comfortable, and the food is freshly cooked and delicious. The hotel is all that is good about holidays in Greece. It is run by a lovely family who are very friendly and welcoming.

We had the most relaxing stay at Lido Hotel In Melissi, Xylokastro on the Corinthian Gulf. The staff were exceptional, always there to assist with our questions and offer recommendations. This was one of our favourite places we stayed during our trip around the Peloponnese. A minute walk to the beach, and lots of cafes, restaurants and shops. A great hotel with warm friendly staff, there is a gym with a running machine, bike and a weights machine, awesome food, 1min walk from the beach, excellent food at breakfast, its family run, its super family friendly if you have young kids, its a great base and amazing value for money, no stress at all. Staying at Hotel Ilion is very pleasant. The rooms are clean and tidy. The staff cleans them every day and they change the towels in the bathroom every other day.
