Amazing view, great hotel, awesome staff, cool decoration. we loved this hotel. Pretty sure it is one of the best hotels in Kokkari. It is really close to Kokkari town. It has two Wonderfull beaches just a few minutes to walk(Tsamadou and Lemonakia beach). Good breakfast. Very friendly staff. We will be back for sure.

Vila Maria is a simple but delightful location. A very friendly owner who is happy to tell you about his island. In the evening before you go out for dinner, he likes to invite you for a cozy home-brewed drink. You feel at home.

Comfortable, clean and well equipped. We had apartment 1 on the ground floor and felt very, very comfortable there. Manos gave us a warm welcome and looked after us the whole time. He was always open to questions and a little chat without being intrusive. We would be happy to come back!

Superb. About 20 minutes walk into town it is a quiet haven with beautiful views. Our host Nansy was wonderful and gave excellent advice on where to go and what to see. We had 4 days there and I just wished it was longer. I hope my husband and I can manage a trip again next year.

Beautiful room with sea view balcony and tea/coffee making facilities. The room was also equipped with a fridge and small freezer, a TV and AC. It was immaculately clean as was the whole complex. The breakfast was served at the pool area. Parking on site is included. Very quiet and peaceful. The nearest beach is about a 20 minute walk back towards the town of Samos.

Amazing views from the room. Rooms were clean though are certainly feeling a little tired, but for the price, can't complain. Will say, the beds are quite firm. Excellent service. Location is so calm and quiet at nice, made for a really peaceful stay.

I stayed at the hotel for two days. Its location is very very good, close to city center and a good beach. Our room was at the uppest floor with a great Island view. Disadvantages; rooms are so old, bath has bad condition, just one or two sockets are working. So crowdes at Breakfast time, you must be fast for finding an egg or cake.

Rooms are totally new and well decorated. Plus their views are stunning! It is close to Gagou beach which has a restaurant and it is >5 mins distance. It is run by a family, who are the most sympathetic and kind people in the whole island!

Providing great comfort with good service, large and clean rooms, rich selection of breakfast and amazing staff always smiling and very friendly. Location is a little far from center to walk 8-10 minutes but it's also acceptable as it makes the atmosphere is very peaceful and relaxing. A nice hotel with a clean room. The location is good. My room was on the first floor with a view of the inner courtyard, which was good because the sun didn’t heat the room during the day. For this reason, I didn’t need air conditioning, which is available for an additional fee of about 10€ per day. Daily cleaning was also an extra charge. Probably the best you can get at this price point, 5 minutes walking from the beach with a great swimming pool. Rooms were spacious, great beds and a rainfall shower! The service from Yannis and the others was great, will definitely recommend this in the future!

Friendly, family run, well maintained apartments, problems dealt with quickly and efficiently. All staff very helpful and accommodating. Pool area exceptionally clean with plenty of shade and sunbeds. Well stocked bar with good food. Ten minutes from nice beach and twenty five minutes walk to harbour or taxis available. Villa Anna was very nice, the room was like new, nice size shower, hot water all the time, air con unit was new, but you get charged for it, Samoa is the only place in Greece I have paid for air con, the cleaner was very good best cleaner. Nice pool bar but opened to late in the morning 1030am should be open around 8am in my opinion, but saying that it is a nice bar good drinks, nice and friendly staff...

İnstead of sea view, Hotel Mariona gives you a mountain view and a very beautiful sunset in summer time. The rooms are a little worn out but being so central and reasonable prices covers all that up.

This is definitely our place on Samos. The hotel is perfectly located close to the harbour. The rooms are very neat, and works perfectly for us. What takes Stratos to the next level, is undoutably the staff. They have become our second family in Greece. This was our third stay here, and it will not be our last

Decent hotel with a simple standard, and a simple breakfast 😀 it is kept impeccably clean, and there are very nice staff who don't speak much English, but it's still good 😀. The hotel is very close to the harbor and the nightlife, but still a little secluded and sheltered from noise.

Cozy small hotel in the center, approx. 100 meters to the beach. OK breakfast, coffee/tea, juice, bread, butter, cheese, ham, yogurt. I miss either a kettle in the room, alternatively that thermoses with hot water are set up, for those of us who wake up at 05 and have to wait until 7:30 for the coffee in time to get abstinence.
