Brilliant stay in Kokkari. Such a lovely place to stay in surrounded by beauty of the garden grown by the owners - such an effort to make the hotel that cozy and cute. Felt love and happiness around. We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We particularly liked the beautiful hotel complex, where you can calm down very well. The breakfast is perfectly adequate. The rooms are not the most modern, but contain everything you need for a vacation stay. The only thing we would have liked is a double bed instead of two single beds, which sometimes made the night a bit uncomfortable. But that's not so...

Love this place and all the people who work there. So kind and helpful. The hotel is small and simple. But clean and with a wonderful atmosphere. The loaction is also very nice. 2 years ago we stayed at the " sister hotel" ; Olympia Village wich I can highly recommend. We will return next year - cant wait:-)

Nice hotel on the beach, nice breakfast and lovely people

Room smaller and less ornate than advertised, breakfast unfortunately also rather mediocre with artificially tasting jam and artificial orange juice. However, the view of the beach was great and the hotel owner was very warm and friendly.

The hotel is right on the beach in the heart of Kokkari so the location couldn't be better! Rooms and other areas of the hotel are clean and staff are very friendly and helpful. A tasty continental breakfast is served every morning in a room overlooking the sea. Highly recommended!

Calm and nice apartment hotell with a lovely flower garden and very nice and positive owners and staf. Second time we visit this place. There are a lot of good restaurants in the surounding areas. We can recomend this hotel.

Vila Maria is a simple but delightful location. A very friendly owner who is happy to tell you about his island. In the evening before you go out for dinner, he likes to invite you for a cozy home-brewed drink. You feel at home.

Comfortable, clean and well equipped. We had apartment 1 on the ground floor and felt very, very comfortable there. Manos gave us a warm welcome and looked after us the whole time. He was always open to questions and a little chat without being intrusive. We would be happy to come back!

Superb location everything at hand.

The room is absolutely spotless (never seeing one like that in Greece)and the views are amazing from the balcony. the room doesn't have a kettle but the lady in reception put one in the room with two cups. she was very helpful. Absolutely recommend it.

Simple hotel for those who do not request so much. Nice staff, clean rooms, wifi and canon location near both bath and center. Cons are hard beds and no AC. If you prioritize location in front of luxury, this is a good alternative.

Great service, super friendly staff and a dreamlike location in Kokkari barely 20m from the beach. The rooms are cleaned every day except wednesdays and the rest of the hotel is well maintained. The beds arent the most comfortable in the world but then again you arent exactly paying Hilton-rates here either. Breakfast is simple but adequate. The airconditioning extra is a bit pricey at 7 euro/day....

Nothing to complain about, nice and friendly familiar hotel

Cleopatra is an amazing host. so glad to meet her and her family. they have been super helpful. our room had an incredible sea view and we were looking forward to each sunsets to enjoy the view. the room is overall very comfortable with an a/c and a fan. nearby beach is just 3 mins away.

The hotel was nice and clean and the staff were excellent, the room was nice and comfortable and very clean. The only drawback was that the shower is very small with a plastic curtain that doesn't prevent the shower from going all over the bathroom.

Had a great stay at Emily Hotel . The staff is very friendly and helped me a lot to get to know great places in the town . The hotel is not far from Vathy Port only 5 minutes walk away . The closest nice beach is Paralia Gaggou and it is 15 minutes walk away . The bus stop for travelling around the island is 5 minutes walk away. Strongly recommended to stay.

During our vacation in Samos, we stayed at Pythais Hotel for two nights. We were very pleased with the cleanliness of the hotel and the spaciousness of the rooms. Additionally, the location is quite close to the center, and there is the opportunity to swim in the sea at the beach right across the street. We thank the hotel owner family for their sweet and sincere hospitality.

Hotel’s location is very good. 5minutes to walk to the center and 10minutes walk to the port. Owner is a kind lady and she welcomes you with big smiling. Hotel has a good garden, you can relax there. Room was clean and big enough. We had a great time there. If you rent a car there’s a free car parking across the steeet.

Lovely, family run business close enough to the town to walk easily in, and far enough to avoid the noise. Big, wooden shutters kept the rooms cool, and double glazing shut any noise from the road out. The host was attentive and available (via email/text if not around the hotel). Nothing was too much trouble. The beach was a short walk across the car park.

I could only wish all the little hotels were like the hotel Belvedere - charming, almost historic, well maintained and very clean. We were spoiled with the view over Pythagoreio town and the sea from our balcony. It was always a pleasure to exchange few words with mr Manolis. Would absolutely stay here again.

A few hundred metres back from the seafront, so quiet and peaceful. Petros was incredibly friendly and helpful. He and his wife provide a fantastic breakfast, with lots of home made food. İnstead of sea view, Hotel Mariona gives you a mountain view and a very beautiful sunset in summer time. The rooms are a little worn out but being so central and reasonable prices covers all that up.

Very nice hotel with friendly and helpful staff, both at the reception and in the cleaning service. The only downside is that the breakfast is quite simple and served outside, which sometimes attracts ants near the food area. This small hotel is fairly new with nice (but small) rooms, and comfy beds. The location is the challenge…it is only about a half mile from Pythagoreio, but you’ll walk on a treacherous road and descend and climb long, dangerous stairs to get there. If you are not fit, don’t stay here. Breakfast is outdoors at the pool. You have to go to town for dinner and there are no available taxis waiting

Our check-in process took at most 3 minutes. We were greeted very nicely. Our rooms were spotlessly clean. They had thought of every convenience, including a USB port on our bedside for charging. My boyfriend and I stayed at Lithos for a week. We had a fantastic stay, the hotel were newly renovated and the cleaning was top fresh! Everyone in the staff was super friendly and service minded, the ladies at the pool bar prepared my glutenfree bread every morning when they saw us coming for breakfast and the hotel manager made sure to suprise me with fruit and bubbles in our room for my 30th birthday...

Pegasus Hotel is a beautiful, boutique hotel. The quality of the design, furnishings and facilities is very high for this price point. Breakfast was more than sufficient. Our top floor room had a huge balcony/patio furnished with a sofa and armchairs. The bathroom, too, was large. The hotel was spotlessly clean and staff were a pleasure to speak to.

This is definitely our place on Samos. The hotel is perfectly located close to the harbour. The rooms are very neat, and works perfectly for us. What takes Stratos to the next level, is undoutably the staff. They have become our second family in Greece. This was our third stay here, and it will not be our last

Decent hotel with a simple standard, and a simple breakfast 😀 it is kept impeccably clean, and there are very nice staff who don't speak much English, but it's still good 😀. The hotel is very close to the harbor and the nightlife, but still a little secluded and sheltered from noise.

Cozy small hotel in the center, approx. 100 meters to the beach. OK breakfast, coffee/tea, juice, bread, butter, cheese, ham, yogurt. I miss either a kettle in the room, alternatively that thermoses with hot water are set up, for those of us who wake up at 05 and have to wait until 7:30 for the coffee in time to get abstinence.

Very nice view from the hotel, but u’ll need to either rent a car or a motorbike because it’s not that central. You could take a taxi everywhere but it’s just not that convenient. Other than that, very nice view, very friendly staff, the pool is clean and big enough. The rooms could be a bit bigger but it isn’t that bad. All in all it was a very nice stay and I would totally come back.

This hotel is worth to book, the rooms are good but the service is the best. The view from the room is amazing. If you want an affordable hotel near Pythagorio this is really good, 20 min walk to the village or taxi for 8€. Thanks to the great staff, super fun and nice. I really recommend.

Good location, friendly staff but the hotel is old and need some renovation. The AC in my parents room did not work and even after asking they could not get it to work. Breakfast isn't any good either, stale bread, not many choices.

Host are very friendly, it' clean, they are changig sheets and towels every Day and clean the room. There is one beach Just infront of the gaude (50 m) but the main beach is 400 m faraway.

This Hotel is located on the one of the best possible location in Pythagorion. It is in quiet street, only 50m from the very cute beach, 50m from promenade and waterfront, 100m from the local fortress and church were you can find attractive view. Hotel stuff is very hospitable and nice.
