Lovely guest house in a great spot in Kokkari ouzing with Greek charm. The family are lovely and very welcoming. We had an air conditioned double room. Brilliant stay in Kokkari. Such a lovely place to stay in surrounded by beauty of the garden grown by the owners - such an effort to make the hotel that cozy and cute. Felt love and happiness around. We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We particularly liked the beautiful hotel complex, where you can calm down very well. The breakfast is perfectly adequate. The rooms are not the most modern, but contain everything you need for a vacation stay. The only thing we would have liked is a double bed instead of two single beds, which sometimes made the night a bit uncomfortable. But that's not so...

Extremely clean and smiling staff

Everything was so fine! Upstairs apartments would be easier to walk if they had handrails in stairs.

Neat, large room, cleaned every day, only a pity that you can't stay in the room longer than 10 hours if you have an evening flight

The room was very hot even with AC on all day. The owner was notified and he bought a new AC! GREAT service and location. The room is very clean and staff friendly

Superb location everything at hand.

The room is absolutely spotless (never seeing one like that in Greece)and the views are amazing from the balcony. the room doesn't have a kettle but the lady in reception put one in the room with two cups. she was very helpful. Absolutely recommend it.

A nice little hotel at a perfect location, great for a relaxing holiday. Family-run, very friendly. Simple, clean rooms; Wi-Fi was not much to talk about (didn’t bother us though). Spent most of our days at two beach clubs, practically cross the street: Kokkari Social Club and Sailing, both very nice, with great service.

The hotel is simple and quaint, family run and clean. The athmosthphere, location and cleanliness made our experience at the hotel alot better.

Perfect spot to be close to Kokkari and the beach. Exactly what you need!

The hotel was very clean and has amazing location. Just few steps to the beach. Maria was very helpful and kind. I recommend this hotel who wants to enjoy Kokkari and stay somewhere clean.

Ideal location: close to everything by foot but still quiet during the night. The room was meticulously clean and contained everything we needed. Loved the little terrace. Very friendly owner who suggested we could take a taxi instead of dragging our luggage to the port to take the ferry. He was right. Would give 6 stars for service if possible. Would recommend to anyone staying in Pythagoreio.

We had a lovely one-night stay at Belvedere. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The location is great, peaceful yet close to everything, with public parking not far away. Very nice view from the hotel, but u’ll need to either rent a car or a motorbike because it’s not that central. You could take a taxi everywhere but it’s just not that convenient. Other than that, very nice view, very friendly staff, the pool is clean and big enough. The rooms could be a bit bigger but it isn’t that bad. All in all it was a very nice stay and I would totally come back.

This hotel is worth to book, the rooms are good but the service is the best. The view from the room is amazing. If you want an affordable hotel near Pythagorio this is really good, 20 min walk to the village or taxi for 8€. Thanks to the great staff, super fun and nice. I really recommend.

Just a 5 minute downhill stroll to lemonakia beach, where you will find two beach restaurants and sun loungers with umbrella to rent for 5-10€ for the day. A little further to the next beach tsamadou you will find navagos beach bar where the sun loungers are slightly more expensive 15-20€ and you will get food & drinks...

A very clean hotel. Its location overlooking Kokkari is also magnificent. It has a pool. The only downside is that it doesn't have a contracted beach. I strongly recommend it.
