Potokaki Beachfront Hotel in Pythagorio

A Perfect Vacation! After discovering Potakaki Beachfront Hotel for the first time last year, it didn’t take me long to book another stay this year and once again, it exceeded my expectations. The staff are absolutely wonderful: warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything you need. One of the highlights is how close the sea is just about 15 steps from my room and I'm in the water enjoying a refreshing swim. The views are breathtaking, and the charming town of Pythagorio is only a five-minute drive away. If you feel like walking, that’s definitely doable too, or the reception can easily arrange a taxi for you. Despite being near the airport, there’s no disturbance at all. All in all, this place is a true gem and I’ll absolutely be coming back again!

Small, cute and quiet place. Studios are great, with few steps to the beach. Airport is near but there is no night flights. Good location for sleeping and you can walk to Pythagorio centre (about 15 minutes of slow walking).

We spent two weeks here and couldn't rate it enough. High levels of cleanliness, friendly attentive and multilingual staff, great value with breakfast and air conditioning included in the room place, and brilliant location with free sunbeds on the beach. Highly recommend to anyone wanting to stay in this area of Samos.
Yes, there are cats outside who will try to join you at breakfast (as with anywhere you stay on the island!), but they are friendly and happy to move on if you don't want them around your table.
The Hotel is very close to the airport, so you do get the sounds of flights coming in and out, but that isn't too much of a distraction, and quite interesting to watch. Flights aren't over night, so no bother when you are in a room.
Rooms are basic to needs: cooker hob, fridge with ice box, kitchen sink, bathroom with 'stand up' shower. Suited a family with two young children nicely.

Had a wonderful stay here! Nice and clean rooms and can’t beat the view. Also a lovely breakfast with very friendly staff.

Excellent location at the beach, walking distance to Pitagorion. Free sunbeds and parasols, more than a decent breakfast. New management are very helpful and kind, same as other stuff. Special regards for kiria Irini!

Lovely small beachfront hotel with very friendly staff.
The rooms are small and have basic equipment, but the location is top. Even though it is right next to the airport, you don't hear the planes.
