2floor houses from the street to the backyard. Breakfast up to 9:30 with roasted bread, cheese, ham, and daily changing extras as boiled eggs, pancakes ,. Distance to the Church/centre/harbour round 400m

Next to the hotel many taverns and restaurants. One stay will not reach to test them all. And for windy days with big waves at the beach front you may use the swimming pool of ATHENA s backarea

Your perfect location in the small village of Kokkari, just opposite the long beach and just separted by the small village street. Nice owners (speaking greek/german), kind staff

The walk back up is steep hill and takes about 15 minutes. If you are in any way immobile a cheap taxi is also an option. Kokkari town is only 4-5 minutes per €7 taxi, or take the hotels shuttle bus service

The town is beautiful and has so many great restaurants with friendly staff. The hotel staff were angels, incredibly kind and helpful, the were happy to help with anything we needed, we really felt at home

A little further to the next beach tsamadou you will find navagos beach bar where the sun loungers are slightly more expensive 15-20€ and you will get food & drinks service to the bed

On our first evening we came back from dinner to find extra chilled water and a fruit platter. Breakfast was gorgeous with plenty of choice both cooked and cold/continental style

This island has the clearest water I have ever seen, recommend to get snorkles. The hotel offers shuttle busses for free to and from these beaches at set times during the day

The room was clean and modern with plenty of storage place for our belongings, a big shower with great toiletries, and a Beautiful balcony overlooking the ocean

Great service in a unique setting. Pool and the bar are also very good. We rented a car, so didnt walk up and down, although short hike comes good after eating too much in the hotel restaurant

We always like having a good greek dinner in a traditional taverna: Kokkari offers everything we needed. If we would come back to Samos in the future we would ensure to sleep at Christina Pansion again!

The restaurants on the beach are all good and especially for the evening the choice of tavernas in the other side of Kokkari is very big

We could not have wished for anything better! The sea view from our room on the top floor was simply amazing. We were the only ones having breakfast every morning in the large terrace, therefore very relaxing

Nice room, and just a few steps away from the Beach and the city center. You got everything you need and even stuff to make coffee in the room. The service is really nice and we will come back in the future.

Nearby the pansion there are two mini markets, that offer everything you need for breakfast or for planning your excursion around the island. The host is very kind and the rooms were always very clean

There are no private parkings if you have a rented car, but we could easily find a place at the end of the street (the two main parking areas in the village are distant and often busy)

Nancy who gave us excellent tips to visit the island, to the lovely accomodation, super clean & smelling good room, the nice views and the pool/bar area with a cosy feeling thanks to the smooth music, everything was superb

About 20 minutes walk into town it is a quiet haven with beautiful views. Our host Nansy was wonderful and gave excellent advice on where to go and what to see. We had 4 days there and I just wished it was longer

Rooms are totally new and well decorated. Plus their views are stunning! It is close to Gagou beach which has a restaurant and it is >5 mins distance

It's clean, and the service is good. Apparently they don't have double rooms so we ended up in two separate rooms, which was unexpected, but in our case it was fine

If we had small children I wouldn't want them in a separate room though. The breakfast is a bit lacking, but if you just pop next door you'll find a great place to eat breakfast

This a nice budget option with friendly staff. Sevi, from the frontdesk, is the best of all. She treated us like family, answering all our inquiries and providing us with great tips

Had a beautiful stay at Paradise Hotel. Location is close to the water and shops - an easy walk from the port even with luggage. Surrounding gardens are very beautiful and with great views from most rooms

Rooms are very clean, service very good, place very quiet and The Owner is great! He is very helpful and his hints about interesting places (including car rental office, restaurants and beaches) on Samos was priceless.

The distance to the center is only a 5min walk and there was enough space to park our car. Samos is a beautiful town with good restaurants

The pool is a bit small on the roof (reasonable for a city hotel) but it rewards you with the view of the city from above as well as for a cool dip when it's 40 degrees outside. I would definitely recommend it

Better suited to adults than children. Only €5 to pythagario in a taxi. Lunchtime snacks near the pool. Fish restaurant and pizzeria in the evenings

Pythagorio is a great spot and especially if you want to visit Kusiadasi and Ephasis as all boats leave from here

Collaboration with Nisea has always been a joy! They offer true hospitality in a wonderful location. The beach just in front of the hotel is such a calm and beautiful spot to spend the day, or host a wedding ceremony!

Pathagorio was a 30 min walk into town if you want to brave the busy windy road that has almost no pedestrian pavements. The alternative is to take a taxi which reception will organise for you at €8 each way

We were given an upgraded room to a chalet with a reasonable veranda which had sun shine the whole day. The room was simply but modernly furnished although the shower wets the whoke of the bathroom floor

What made it stand out was its unique character: greener in the north, drier in the south, diverse in landscape, far less touristy than other Greek islands, yet rich in cultural and religious sites

The friendly staff are exceptional and provide drinks, snacks and meals during the day ( waiter/ress service to your sunbed) and an excellent daytime and evening restaurant service - with live entertainment some evenings

The food was excellent and the rooms were comfortable and clean! If you like waking up every morning from an excellent night sleep to an incredible view of the Aegean Sea, this is the hotel to book!

The Richmond team are amazing, and have put on the three best holidays I have ever been on, hence at least two more to come. They are also very understanding and supportive if, like me, you are neurodivergent

Our lower-level room (cheapest option) didn't feel disadvantaged at all - perfect view of the sunset over the mountain in the distance. Doors have 3 options - mosquito new, see-through door, and black-out door

Staff were very accommodating to my AuDHD needs - staff set up our own table away from the main dining area so we could still enjoy our meal but just not with so many other people

Some days I'd feel able to eat in the main area and speak to new people and staff were able to lend the table out to other guests instead. Would recommend rash vests for the watersports

Lunch wasn't included (half-board) but there was a good selection at the Pool Bar. Our favs were cheese toasties with fries and the watermelon salad. Complimentary slices of melon after each meal
