The hotel is built on a steep hill so you need to be in good shape to get to the main building and back a few times a day or indeed the swimming and sun bathing area down by the beach

This hotel cleverly provides for a range of holidaymakers. The main hotel is fairly typical of Mediterranean resorts, with blocks of rooms grouped around the main and children's pools

Better suited to adults than children. Only €5 to pythagario in a taxi. Lunchtime snacks near the pool. Fish restaurant and pizzeria in the evenings

Absolutely perfect… Me and my wife stay 4 nights on September. Breakfast various and delicious. If we’ll come Samos we prefer Dorryssa again

Alongside is a recreation of an old Greek village with individual rooms in buildings of a wide range of styles and a 'village square'

There are 5 restaurants, including the main hotel one for people on full-board packages, plus a pool bar

I have only used the beach bar and sunbeds several times. One of my favourite places on Earth

The beach area was meticulously maintained; sun beds were clean and comfy, with umbrellas and a white-wood walkway. The Aegean at Fito is crystal clear, calm, cool

The beachside restaurant and snack bar had limited menus, but the servings were delicious with typical, Fito-friendly service until 11pm (later than many places)

We enjoyed our little ground floor balcony, and appreciated the device for hanging swimsuits and towels to dry

After we checked out of Fito and were waiting at the airport, someone from the hotel appeared with a power adapter that we had forgotten in our room. Family-friendly has real meaning at Fito

Fantastic hotel which is set in a breathtaking bay with its own sandy beach and swimming pool area. Family owned and run to a 5 star standard

What made it stand out was its unique character: greener in the north, drier in the south, diverse in landscape, far less touristy than other Greek islands, yet rich in cultural and religious sites

Amazing location on Samos, the bay is protected and the waters are clear and clean, a awesome for swimming , it’s not over crowded, the beach lounges are good quality, you even have a choice to seat on lounges in an elevated grassed area, the service is excellent, with a smile

I could go on about the island, but what I really want to highlight here is our hotel – and take a moment to remember it with fondness

We didn't stay at the hotel but we are locals and we made a visit there for swimming and lunch. The restaurant of the hotel is close to the beach and has a very nice view and friendly atmosphere

It’s hard to say what made the greater impression: the genuinely kind staff (at reception, on the beach, during breakfast and dinner – always with a smile) or the hotel itself

The hotel staff were very welcoming and attentive, especially Vasilios - he has a brilliant sense of humour! Our bedroom was cleaned with towels/bedding replaced daily (apart from Sunday)

Make sure to do some stargazing on the beach sunbeds! WiFi isn't amazing and depends how close your room is to the reception area. We were room 103 and it was quite intermittent

50 for a sunbed on the beach (free at hotel pool), €1. 50 for 1l bottle of water from the Pool Bar. Evening games at the Pool Bar varied and fun

Our lower-level room (cheapest option) didn't feel disadvantaged at all - perfect view of the sunset over the mountain in the distance. Doors have 3 options - mosquito new, see-through door, and black-out door

The hotel is next to the very quiet beach where you can enjoy the sunshine on free sunbeds. On the beach you can usually see gests of the hotel and is not crowded

Lunch wasn't included (half-board) but there was a good selection at the Pool Bar. Our favs were cheese toasties with fries and the watermelon salad. Complimentary slices of melon after each meal

The location of the hotel is great, you are directly by the beach. Very nice and clean swimming pool, the rooms are clean and you have everything you need (including a small make-up mirror with built-in light)

All as it should be, clean and new room, rich breakfeast, pool bar, beach service, well maintained, helpful staff, we cannot find weak spots. Medium size hotel, family touch

The prices of the beach bar and pool bar are reasonable, you don't pay more than you would in Pythagorio centrum

Stayed for 3 days. Everything was good I recommend an upgrade in the facilities of the breakfast and in the beach, beds etc Other than that very good

The rooms, the receptionists (all 4 of them were so nice and helpful), the pool, the beach. I generally liked the concept of this hotel which reminded me good old 90s styles.

This beautiful place is literally nothing short of spectacular if I could give it 10 stars I would the hotel is spotless the room super clean and comfortable and the breakfast was unbelievably amazing with so much variety and last but certainly not least the staff and hospitality was superb we were made to feel so welcome our first stop in Greece is such a memorable one due to this beautiful hotel

First time me and my husbond is together here in Samos - we stay here at Mykali Hotel - this is a beautyfull hotel with great hospitality - everyone working her are so Nice - we are on our 15 year anniversery trip - and the Staff in Mykali made our trip so Nice (thanks again Penny) the restaurant serve good food - and the service here is better than expensive places in the city of Pythagorion - we...

Great hotel, great people! Excellent location at 1. 5 Km from Pythagorion, simple and quality breakfast. All rooms with a view, clean areas

The hotel is placed conveniently close to the city, and a taxi costs 8€ single trip. The rooms are OK, and the general area with the pool is amazing. The bar is welcoming, and the price is more than ok

After spending a few days in the hotel, we felt like at home. The family running the hotel is sincerely putting the guests on nr1. Nothing is to much to ask and they are always happy to help

As we are welcomed in the hotel by Penny, we found out that hospitality is key in this hotel, although we are visiting for the first time, we where welcomed as regular customers/friends

Try to stay one night drinking cocktails and you will all become a lovely comoany all together. Calm and peaceful with a view of the waters of the Aegean

I liked everything og our stay. The hotel is located very closely to pythagor center and it s just near the sea. There are sunbeds on the beach of the hotel. It was big enough for 2 people

Fantastic family hotel right on the nice and clear beach. Near to the city center, near to the airport. We booked sea view room on the 2- nd floor, we can highly recommend this accomodation

Super nice, friendly and approachable staff. Small complex gives off family like vibes, location is great, with the beach right in front of the door.

Understanding & very approachable staff..

It's not a five-star hotel, but a very cozy one! Incredibly friendly personnel, beautifully situated directly at the sea. Prices are also very fair, and the included breakfast wasn't scanty either.

Fine place at the sea coast with fresh fish and good prices

In the center a very nice garden space with palm trees , rosebush, prickly pear cactus , build in a kind of hemicycle surrounding the swimming people and the sunbeds space

Nice open air bar with umbrellas, nice seats and seaview hold by a discreet and nice lady who is providing the swimming towels

We came with 3 girlfriends. The place was above my expectations. We were very pleased. I would especially like to thank Ms. Rania Anassi for her interest. Very clean, good breakfast, location is close to everywhere

The Naftilos is close to some nice walks to the Samos Marina (and bar !) from where you can walk along the seacoast to the beautiful Pythagoreion town (Mathemacian Pythagoras lived there !)

Great Samos local wines among them the legendary Vakakis domain with his wonderful "Theorem " dry white wine with the taste of Samos Muscat. among others "Pythagorean" wine names

The break fast is full of options also à la greek and open from 7:30 to 10:00 and is providing also nice authentic greek sweet pastries with few sugar and almost no fat
