The hotel is big and has a nice sea view but the rooms need improvement. The lighting was not well, the air conditioners were placed wrong and the room was full of ants. Our safe and room cards did not work well. Staff were friendly but will not visit again because the rooms were not comfortable.

This property was ideally located above the port of pythagorion. Service was super friendly, staff charming with wonderful breakfasts by the pool included. They work hard to keep the property spotless and we'll maintained. Highly recommend.

Very nice and clean hotell with excellent service. The breakfast is wealthy and pool area is wonderful, although the pool guard is somewhat harsh. I have two things that could though be improved. Include two bedblankets (instead of one for two persons) and one water kettle. To prepare your own coffee or tea when needed is comfy.

Been here three times with Richmond Holidays, with two more booked. The hotel staff are very helpful and friendly and the rooms are very well cleaned. The Richmond team are amazing, and have put on the three best holidays I have ever been on, hence at least two more to come. Very nice view from the hotel, but u’ll need to either rent a car or a motorbike because it’s not that central. You could take a taxi everywhere but it’s just not that convenient. Other than that, very nice view, very friendly staff, the pool is clean and big enough. The rooms could be a bit bigger but it isn’t that bad. All in all it was a very nice stay and I would totally come back.

I liked everything og our stay. The hotel is located very closely to pythagor center and it s just near the sea. The sea was great. There are sunbeds on the beach of the hotel. We loved the room. Ideal location: close to everything by foot but still quiet during the night. The room was meticulously clean and contained everything we needed. Loved the little terrace. Very friendly owner who suggested we could take a taxi instead of dragging our luggage to the port to take the ferry. He was right. Would give 6 stars for service if possible. Would recommend to anyone staying in Pythagoreio.

We had a lovely one-night stay at Belvedere. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The location is great, peaceful yet close to everything, with public parking not far away. Great place to stay! Fantastic view and Manolis is super helpful! We stayed one week. There is a shortcut down to the city and beaches. Not suitable for people with knee injuries because a lot of stairs.

İnstead of sea view, Hotel Mariona gives you a mountain view and a very beautiful sunset in summer time. The rooms are a little worn out but being so central and reasonable prices covers all that up.

A nice modern hotel just one street away from the harbour. Clean comfortable rooms with their own balconies. Professional and friendly staff. Very good breakfast and eaten in a quiet secluded courtyard. Pythagorio is a great spot and especially if you want to visit Kusiadasi and Ephasis as all boats leave from here.

Second visit to Anna Studios this year, as great as always. Fabulously clean room with regular linen and towel changes, brilliant atmosphere and great friendly family owners Yannis and Aspa. Walk in to Pythagoria flat and takes around 20 minutes. Beautiful harbour, lots of nice bars and restaurants.

We booked 2 rooms in Anna Suites, only to find on arrival that we had been allocated to rooms down the lane in the derelict looking Jasmine Apartments. When we queried this with the owner he said there was only one room available in Anna. So, how was it possible that i had booked 2? Jasmine Apartments are really the poor cousin of Anna Suites, and we were disappointed at the lack of amenities....

Do not believe the false reviews for this property. We have been coming here for the last 9 years. This was our second visit this year. It is spotless, beautiful. Rooms have everything you need. The maids work so hard, Sheets changed every other day. Towels frequently. If you put them by the shower they will be changed. The breakfast is good. The pools are beautiful and cleaned with electric pool...

Just returned from a 2 week stay at the Anna Studios, we found that the rooms pool area, bar area and the facilities around the pool area, were very clean plenty of of sun beds that were comfortable as they had additional cushions. Although there was parasols they do not give much shade, you really have to move from the pool area if you want this. Leaving the bar area the only place to go for shade...

Just returned home after spending 2 fantastic weeks at Studio Anna. It was exactly what I wanted relaxing around the pool. Very clean and good studio apartment with balcony very friendly family run business. Had booked to go back next September for 2 weeks, may even book in another week in June.
