This hotel cleverly provides for a range of holidaymakers. The main hotel is fairly typical of Mediterranean resorts, with blocks of rooms grouped around the main and children's pools. Alongside is a recreation of an old Greek village with individual rooms in buildings of a wide range of styles and a 'village square'. Great place with service-minded staff and beautiful rooms. Quiet and peaceful close to the ocean. The only drawback is its location close to the airport, but that didn't bother us very much when we were here in mid-June.

Such a perfect setting for this hotel. Friendly staff, lovely rooms and good food plus a swimming pool that's a proper size and depth. The best part is that you can just stroll onto the beach and relax all day. We had such a great week.

Had a wonderful two weeks here. Rooms are basic but very clean and better than many other hotels in Greece. Beds are comfortable and the staff are really friendly and helpful. Good pool and close to the sea with beds available. Twenty minute walk to Pythagorion is fine for dinner. Restaurant at the hotel if you don't feel like the walk but the hotel menu is a little limited. Quiet spot to relax at...

Hotel was very good, rooms very comfortable, may be beds are very high for someone. Refridgerator work good as air-condition. Beach is beautiful, pool nearby, sunbeds along pool is free, on beaches is paid.Food was brilliant, service too. We didn't stay at the hotel but we are locals and we made a visit there for swimming and lunch. The restaurant of the hotel is close to the beach and has a very nice view and friendly atmosphere. The service was great and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We had fresh fish, cooked very nice with wonderful taste, and a lovely Greek salad and tzatziki... Then we went to the beach and we had also...

The hotel is big and has a nice sea view but the rooms need improvement. The lighting was not well, the air conditioners were placed wrong and the room was full of ants. Our safe and room cards did not work well. Staff were friendly but will not visit again because the rooms were not comfortable.

It is a very nice place, clean with a very beautiful view. Some steps down and you can swim at the nice, clean and sandy beach where you can dine at its beach restaurant. Make sure to get a spacious room. If you wish you can use its beautiful swimming pool.

We stayed at the hotel as part of Richmond Holidays. The hotel staff were very welcoming and attentive, especially Vasilios - he has a brilliant sense of humour! Been here three times with Richmond Holidays, with two more booked. The hotel staff are very helpful and friendly and the rooms are very well cleaned. The Richmond team are amazing, and have put on the three best holidays I have ever been on, hence at least two more to come. They are also very understanding and supportive if, like me, you are neurodivergent.

Me and my girlfriend wanted to visit Samos island for cheap holidays so we booked at Zefiros hotel. The room at first sight was simple but it remind you of Greece. The mattresses were very good. The location was perfect. Very close to pythagorio and the airport. There is also a bus that takes you to Samos town and pythagorio complimentary. Or if you prefer to rent your own car the receptionist does it for you very fast. Overall the beds where good and I enjoyed my vacation and was able to rest because it was peaceful and quiet.

Lovely small beachfront hotel with very friendly staff. The rooms are small and have basic equipment, but the location is top. Even though it is right next to the airport, you don't hear the planes.

A nice modern hotel just one street away from the harbour. Clean comfortable rooms with their own balconies. Professional and friendly staff. Very good breakfast and eaten in a quiet secluded courtyard. Pythagorio is a great spot and especially if you want to visit Kusiadasi and Ephasis as all boats leave from here.

Very nice view from the hotel, but u’ll need to either rent a car or a motorbike because it’s not that central. You could take a taxi everywhere but it’s just not that convenient. Other than that, very nice view, very friendly staff, the pool is clean and big enough. The rooms could be a bit bigger but it isn’t that bad. All in all it was a very nice stay and I would totally come back.

This hotel is worth to book, the rooms are good but the service is the best. The view from the room is amazing. If you want an affordable hotel near Pythagorio this is really good, 20 min walk to the village or taxi for 8€. Thanks to the great staff, super fun and nice. I really recommend.

I liked everything og our stay. The hotel is located very closely to pythagor center and it s just near the sea. The sea was great. There are sunbeds on the beach of the hotel. We loved the room. Good location, friendly staff but the hotel is old and need some renovation. The AC in my parents room did not work and even after asking they could not get it to work. Breakfast isn't any good either, stale bread, not many choices.

Host are very friendly, it' clean, they are changig sheets and towels every Day and clean the room. There is one beach Just infront of the gaude (50 m) but the main beach is 400 m faraway.

This Hotel is located on the one of the best possible location in Pythagorion. It is in quiet street, only 50m from the very cute beach, 50m from promenade and waterfront, 100m from the local fortress and church were you can find attractive view. Hotel stuff is very hospitable and nice.

Lovely people, everything was petfect! After the fire here, everything is the same as been in the beggining. Beautiful beaches and near the hotel was a great restaurant and breathtaking view. We really enjoy our time here and I am sure that we are going to visit Maritsa again.

We booked a sea view room with Petro at Samaina and absolutely loved everything including perfect location for walking around the town (we got fit pretty quick with the ups and downs!), driving to beaches around Samos, port and airport. A few hundred metres back from the seafront, so quiet and peaceful. Petros was incredibly friendly and helpful. He and his wife provide a fantastic breakfast, with lots of home made food. There is parking nearby, but don't believe Google maps for directions - would have had us driving down a flight of steps! Comfortable room with a balcony and a partial sea view.

Very nice hotel with friendly and helpful staff, both at the reception and in the cleaning service. The only downside is that the breakfast is quite simple and served outside, which sometimes attracts ants near the food area. If you go late, there were moments when drinks had run out or refills took a while. The location is great, and if you’re up for a little exercise after dinner, the walk back up...

This small hotel is fairly new with nice (but small) rooms, and comfy beds. The location is the challenge…it is only about a half mile from Pythagoreio, but you’ll walk on a treacherous road and descend and climb long, dangerous stairs to get there. If you are not fit, don’t stay here. Breakfast is outdoors at the pool. You have to go to town for dinner and there are no available taxis waiting

Our check-in process took at most 3 minutes. We were greeted very nicely. Our rooms were spotlessly clean. They had thought of every convenience, including a USB port on our bedside for charging. My boyfriend and I stayed at Lithos for a week. We had a fantastic stay, the hotel were newly renovated and the cleaning was top fresh! Everyone in the staff was super friendly and service minded, the ladies at the pool bar prepared my glutenfree bread every morning when they saw us coming for breakfast and the hotel manager made sure to suprise me with fruit and bubbles in our room for my 30th birthday...

The location was good, not far away from the center (10 minutes walk) and with a good view. The rooms are cute, simple but good. The bed was a bit hard but for a couple of days it's good. Pegasus Hotel is a beautiful, boutique hotel. The quality of the design, furnishings and facilities is very high for this price point. Breakfast was more than sufficient. Our top floor room had a huge balcony/patio furnished with a sofa and armchairs. The bathroom, too, was large. The hotel was spotlessly clean and staff were a pleasure to speak to.

During our vacation in Samos, we stayed at Pythais Hotel for two nights. We were very pleased with the cleanliness of the hotel and the spaciousness of the rooms. Additionally, the location is quite close to the center, and there is the opportunity to swim in the sea at the beach right across the street. Hotel’s location is very good. 5minutes to walk to the center and 10minutes walk to the port. Owner is a kind lady and she welcomes you with big smiling. Hotel has a good garden, you can relax there. Room was clean and big enough. We had a great time there. If you rent a car there’s a free car parking across the steeet.

Lovely, family run business close enough to the town to walk easily in, and far enough to avoid the noise. Big, wooden shutters kept the rooms cool, and double glazing shut any noise from the road out. The host was attentive and available (via email/text if not around the hotel). Nothing was too much trouble. The beach was a short walk across the car park.

Decent hotel with a simple standard, and a simple breakfast 😀 it is kept impeccably clean, and there are very nice staff who don't speak much English, but it's still good 😀. The hotel is very close to the harbor and the nightlife, but still a little secluded and sheltered from noise.

Cozy small hotel in the center, approx. 100 meters to the beach. OK breakfast, coffee/tea, juice, bread, butter, cheese, ham, yogurt. I miss either a kettle in the room, alternatively that thermoses with hot water are set up, for those of us who wake up at 05 and have to wait until 7:30 for the coffee in time to get abstinence.
