Panorama Oia in Oia

We LOVED our stay at Panorama Apartments!! The room was very spacious and had all the facilities we needed (small stove, plates/bowls, cutlery). The view outside was amazing, it was a 200 degree view of the island and the water, so beautiful. It was so relaxing sitting outside in the afternoon and watching the sunset, way better than going into Oia to watch it. It was a 20 minute walk from the centre of Oia, downhill on the way there but uphill on the way back. Such a wonderful location. It is on the walking track from Fira to Oia. We absolutely loved our stay and definitely recommend staying here!!!

We booked this apartment through booking.com and had excellent communication with the owner. However, once we got there, we realized that the steps would not be agreeable with my mother (limited mobility). The owner took great pains in helping me find alternative accommodation right then and there, cancelled my booking for a full refund, escorted me to the new location and personally endorsed us to the front desk.

He went over and beyond and I am extremely grateful and thoroughly amazed at the helpfulness he displayed.

This place is one of the highlights of our travel in Greece! Finikia is a fantastic little town, close to Oia (30 minutes walk) but without the resort vibe that oïa has (therefore, if it is the vibe that you are looking for, you won’t find it here!).
The view from the private balconies is stunning. The hosts are very welcoming, they made us feel at home. Moreover, it is a 5 minutes walk to the Fira-Oïa walk, which is a must do in Santorini.
I recommend this place very warmly!

Very cute and clean little apartments , fresh towels and cleaning everyday. Great view to Oia and the sunsets are amazing. Only 3km before Oia . Only pity is there is now transport possibility from Oia back to the apartment. Only if you do the long trip to Fira back to Oia. The bus if you ask will the stop by . But we had a great relaxing week there.

We had a lovely stay here! The view from the hotel is absolutely stunning - you have a great view of Oia and the ocean from your balcony. We loved sitting in the little private pool on the balcony and looking out. There was even a very friendly cat that stopped by while we drank our coffee out there. The hotel is right by the Finikia bus stop so you can easily get there by bus from the airport. It is a fairly easy 20-30 minute walk into Oia on the path people use to hike between Fira and Oia and you get a gorgeous view while you do so. There are several restaurants near the hotel. Our favorite was Lefke's. Nectario was great and booked us a taxi to the airport for our early morning flight. Definitely recommend staying here!

Excellent location close to Oia. The owner, Nectarinos, is a great person very attentive and he is always there in the property ready to solve any problems. Great recommendable

I recommend the stay 100% I give it 10 of 10 =============== • *Location* is very very perfect.. It’s up on a hill that give amazing view (panoramic) to the see, down direct to it is the bus station which go to the center of Oia,, then goes to Fira. • *Services* Many many thanks to -*Nectarios*- Words cannot describe my thanks to him. If I know that I will be so happy and comfortable on the stay, I would reserve more days to stay, because of that good Man. He provided us with everything we need. • *Food* Attached kitchenette with all cooking utensils and accessories. all you have to do is bring your food and cook.
