Floria Suites in Karterados

An amazing stay in very comfortable suite.

Okay I don’t even know where to start, this was the most lovely place to stay! Me and my partner came here for a 3 night stay, and wished we booked it for longer! The host of this place Fotini is the sweetest, kindest and most helpful person. You’ll want to take her with you for the rest of your trip! As for the actual place it’s lovely, you walk in and you’re hit with lovely aromas, the perfect temperature and a tidy and well looked after inside and a lovely outdoor jacuzzi. Everything about it has so much charm and character. The location is also great, you’ve got everything you need close by so if you want to avoid the busy areas you can just stay local. Or if you want to head into Fira it’s only a 15-20 minute walk (and a really nice one) or a 5 min drive. Some highlights are the shower and bathroom design, the lovely details of the cactus’s hanging up. The lights in the tub that come on, making it the most beautiful little outdoor area. I Highly recommend staying here on your trip to Santorini! It feels like your own private spa.

Our host, Ms Forini was great.
The transportation crew that picked us and dropped us were excellent, very hospitable, friendly and punctual when picking and dropping us off as scheduled on schedule.
We were very impressed with the genuine friendliness and hospitality by their entire crew.

The hotel room was terrific and very clean with 2 unique steam saunas which my kid and newphews thoroughly enjoyed.
We really enjoyed our stay and a memorable experience.
Highly recommended!!!

Wonderful Stay
We had a wonderful stay, Nikos was an amazing host, welcoming us on arrival and booking taxis and excursions for us. The room with the private hot tub was beautiful. We would highly recommend Floria Suites.

Floria Suites was the best place we have ever stayed. Outdoor pool. Spacious property. 2 toilets and showers. And most importantly.... The next to the bedroom jacuzzi. Unbelievable.

I would recommend taking advantage of the hosts knowledge of island for 10 minutes. He gave us tips galore and it really did help.

Couldn't recommend this place enough. Only a 25ish minute walk to Fira too so it's not even worth waiting for buses.

I'm giving it a 5/5 but would have been even more if the Netflix username was sorted.

Floria Suites: A Hidden Gem in Karteradhos

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Floria Suites in Karteradhos, Santorini, and I was absolutely blown away. But what really makes Floria Suites special is the staff. Nick was incredibly friendly and helpful, and went out of his way to make sure that your stay is as perfect as possible & Poppy does an excellent job of keeping the suite clean!

I particularly appreciated the fact that Nick was so knowledgeable about the island and could recommend the best places to eat, drink, and explore. - He has an amazing tried and tested list of Bars, Restaurants, Sunset Watching Spots & Beach Clubs!

Overall, I had an amazing stay at Floria Suites. The suites are beautiful, the staff is wonderful, and the location is perfect. I would highly recommend Floria Suites to anyone looking for a truly unforgettable experience in Santorini.

Walking distance to Fira 20mins.

I’ve taken a star off the location but if you’re not on the cliff this is the best place to stay! Nikolas takes care of you and has the best recommendations on where to go sightseeing and eat! Some very closeby to the suites. The suites are fab and we had the 2 room suite for the Girls and us and we had this magical jacuzzi in the room! It was super comfortable and very little light gets in so we slept like babies! Fabulous and just a few minutes bus ride to Fira!

The best place I’ve ever stayed! Don’t hesitate, book ASAP. We stayed in the deluxe cave suite, it was absolutely perfect for myself and my partner. The room was spotless - you can tell that Ms Fotini and the women’s who clean really take pride in their work! I remember walking into the suite and was welcomed by the most beautiful smell, it was pomegranate, my absolute favourite! The suite had fantastic facilities and the kitchen was perfect for cooking. My overall favourite was the hot tub. The hot tub was perfect temperature and added special character to the room. The outdoor pool was fantastic and cleaned everyday. The two ladies who cleaned and maintained the property were so kind - not to mention the amazing breakfast we had before we checked out! I wish I ordered this breakfast sooner as it was the nicest food I had and they are so generous with their portions - I wish I could have ate more :) I would like to make a special mention to the lady (I am unsure of the women’s name) who cleaned our room every day. She was very kind and always chatted to myself and my partner - this made our stay even more pleasurable. We even shared a fizzy drink every afternoon and said cheers (ya mas) to each other - it’s these little things that made our stay so perfect. I cannot fault Ms Fotini as a host as everything was perfect from start to finish. Ms Fotini helped with everything from recommending restaurants to booking taxis whenever we needed. Ms Fotini is very kind, welcoming and has the bubbliest personality. Ms Fontini really is an exceptional hostess. You and your staff are a credit to Floria Suites! Thank you so much for our stay, we really didn’t want to leave! we will be back some day soon :) Leah :)

The place is stunning. The decor is beautiful. I loved the private hot tub, it lights up at night. The room has all essential toiletries in case you forgot something. Very easy to communicate, any questions you may have is just a simple text away.
