Got the senior villa and the view was not as good we thought of the caldera. The lack of view of caldera was a huge disappointment for the price. The villa was large and clean. The bathrooms and rooms were large. Full kitchen available except there is no microwave. It is not easy to get around or carry luggage around. There was a restaurant above us and it can get loud. The hotel is perched high up above Imerovigli with spectacular views. The rooms are beautiful, we stayed in the honeymoon suites and the staff are always happy to help. The massage from Yanis was excellent, I would recommend that especially as you should be prepared to go nowhere without going up and down huge steps, by the end of your stay your calves will be toned to perfection.

Property was stunning - be warned it’s a walk to the property on the walking route and you will get your stair workout - but it’s so worth it. Our junior suite was perfect, beautifully detailed and the view is incredible. Less crowded than Fira or Oia, quiet, lovely. Brand new hotel in Imerovigli, Santorini. Rooms are nice, modern, minimalist. It's a small hotel overlooking the Aegean. You need a car to visit other touristic parts of the island. The pool area is very nice. The included breakfast is quite good too. It seems it recently opened as most of the employees are not even wearing uniform. But everyone is very helpful and polite. We were impressed by the elegance and exclusivity of Kivotos Santorini. The volcanic-inspired design and panoramic caldera views are simply breathtaking. We stayed our last night in Santorini at On The Rocks. The room had a loft bedroom with a window view of the Aegean Sea. The cave pool was fun, and Linda had a facial that she described as the best she’s ever had. The staff was fantastic and accommodating. We had a 3:30 ferry to Crete and they allowed a late checkout and arranged for a taxi to the port. Expect to climb stairs and hills when visiting...

Great service from the time we got picked up from the airport until the time we left. Daily breakfast is a plus, esp the Freddo cappuccino. Walkable to restaurants and a 24 hour market where they serve hot foods to snacks- this was beneficial esp when dealing with jet lag. Quiet and safe area, which is a treat after visiting Oia or Fira. Would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Easy to get to from the parking and drop off area. The hotel staff and front desk were great and very helpful and most of all the Caldera view from here was amazing. IMO better than Fira and Oia.

Lovely! A lovely boutique hotel in an amazing setting. It has a cosy and laid-back vibe. Our room was great - large, simply but adequately furnished, with a private terrace to enjoy that view and sunset! Breakfasts were good, Eddy and the team were great. The pool is larger than most, and rarely busy. Location is quiet but close to the village centre. Highly recommended.

The staff was amazing, they let us know right away where to get drinks with them and also show us to the market.

Unbelievable view from the property, it will take your breath away and great quiet area in between Fira and Oia. Easy access to Fira and Oia from there, especially if you want to hike the path between. Plenty of restaurants and markets and coffee within easy walk. Pool area was great. You are really paying for the view, exterior, location here. The rooms themselves were dated, but comfortable...

It was amazing! The views were unbeatable, it’s right along the Fira to Oia trail, the staff went above and beyond, free breakfast with certain packages, I’ll definitely be back!

Great location if you’re looking for a room with the perfect view. Easy to reach the location from the airport. Though, got to walk a lot of steps down to reach the reception/rooms. Travelled with an infant baby and it was tough to climb up to visit the island. Service was sub standard. Nobody seems to enjoy working. Couple of times got the wrong breakfast delivered. Asked the server to replace it...

We stayed at the Tholos for 2 nights and our experience was fantastic The location is wonderful - in Imerovigli . It is close by to many cafés and bars , and also just 10-15 mins walk to Fira . The staff at Tholos is excellent , as soon as we arrived - Victor helped us with our luggage down to the room . Dimitris and Marianna who are at the reception are wonderful people . It’s an amazing one time life experience for everyone if you can afford. The resort and the facilities were excellent except you have to climb all the steep stairs to get into the road access. Less luggage will be better here. We had 3 baggage and were offered help to pick up them upon check in and check out. Check-in went smooth but nobody was seen for our early check out, my husband had to carry...

Absolutely amazing stay!! We had two kids ages 12/15 and two adults. We got the room with the indoor pool, it was a hit with our youngest son! The location was perfect- we could walk everywhere and it was not too busy with tourists!
