Very poorly equipped for a self catering apt. Toilet/shower room in complete need of a refurb. Window and shutter in bedroom banging in the wind. Couldn’t secure it as all latches broken. Very tired furniture although bed looked ok. Very tight around the pool area, also the bar. Being an easyJet holiday we complained and were told that this apt met all the requirements for its Greek accommodation classification. We sought alternative accommodation at our cost of course. Having had poor accommodation on another Greek island 35 years ago we were hoping for better, but sadly nothing has improved apart from the apts now having air conditioning. This holiday cost us £400 more than we normally pay in Spain, Tenerife etc where the accommodation is far superior. How they justify it is a mystery. BE WARNED.

This is a great apartment complex in a perfect location for exploring Kamari. The hosts are friendly and helpful. The apartment was fine. It was clean with a comfortable bed and the shower was terrific! Slight drawback was the sofa wasn’t comfortable for lounging on. The balcony was a lovely spot for a quiet read. The kitchen is basic with no toaster or microwave but a handy fridge, kettle and a table and chairs. We would have no hesitation in staying here again. Kamari itself if wonderful. Full of bars, restaurants, shops and great views. This hotel was a fabulous location for all of those things!

This is a lovely hotel in a fantastic location with such friendly people as owners! They helped us wherever needed, gave recommendations and provided all that we needed. The apartments are spacious and comfortable, but the decoration could probably do with a bit of an update. This didn’t really affect our stay at all. Definitely would stay here again

My family and I stood here for 40 nights this past July to August 2025. I can’t thank our host Dimitris enough — he was always available for whatever we needed or requested. His incredible BBQ evening is an absolute MUST: great food and company. He made us feel like part of the family. The location is excellent, just a few minutes walk to the beach. Make sure to enjoy one of Patti’s fabulous cocktails by the pool! Everyone at Sellada was wonderful. Big thanks to everyone, we look forward to seeing you again next summer.

Ava ok purely amazing stay. Very family friendly. I stayed with my three year old daughter for three nights. We have been to Kamari several times and this is by far my favorite accommodation. Dimitri is absolutely amazing. I felt like I was sitting home with my family. He hangs out with his patrons and the place has a really relaxing, family vibe. We were so sad to go and cannot wait to go back. Thank you Dimitri!!

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights with a small group of friends whilst attending a wedding. We knew from previous reviews it was going to be a good hotel but it totally exceeded all our expectations. From our arrival to departure, Dimitris and Fortini could not have made us feel more welcome! The apartments whilst basic have everything you need for your stay, were clean and well equipped. The location is perfect, a minutes walk to the beach, promenade and a mini market. Our only regret was that we didn’t stay longer! We would not hesitate to return, and in fact are looking at coming back with our children for a family holiday. Thank you Dimitris & Fortini for everything ⭐️

Highly recommend this hotel! It is right by beach and close to everything you need. The owner and his staff are very helpful and I felt very safe as a single female traveller. I loved that there was a kitchen and shops near by.

We loved our stay here, it is in a fantastic location surrounded by plenty of bars and restaurants, and also really close to the beach. Our host Dimitris couldn't have been more accommodating, he helped us organise a day trip and checked in with us when we came back. Unfortunately we were unable to attend his BBQ which he hosts weekly, but did speak to other guests who attended and they had a great time!

We have just had an amazing week here. It's so chilled & lovely. Rooms are very spacious everything you need very clean. Pool area was so chilled and clean. We were well looked after . Food and drink were really good. We will definitely be back, maybe a longer stay next time.

Wow amazing small friendly hotel run by dimitri with amazing help from pati and her sister great food stayed self catering but pati will cook you anything you need off their snack menu really clean rooms thanks to pati’s sister great location cannot do enough for you all amenities close by
