One possible improvement, the private pools are not heated. When we stayed this resulted in the water being very cold. Looked beautiful but not enjoyable to actually go in.

The highlight of Santorini was this hotel/spa. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, we were treated with absolute royalty. I can’t say I’ve ever had better service anywhere and I’ve traveled quite a bit. Santorini is a beautiful island, and this place is absolutely worth it. Additionally, the food and cocktails were amazing. 10/10 I’d highly recommend.

Was even better in person than we could have imagined! The highlight was how attentive the staff was, especially Maria! She is an absolute gem of a human and took care of all of our needs. This property is so serene and the manager went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of our trip was taken care of. Since this property is away from the main town transportation was always easy to arrange and when we can back to our place it felt like we are retreating back into our sanctuary. Our private plunge pool and our spectacular views were in matched.

I had mixed feelings about Santorini, but the staff at this hotel completely changed my mind. Fragiskos was extremely helpful and polite, and Ivan welcomed us every morning with a smile while serving breakfast. Spotless rooms, excellent service — truly 10/10. Lovely property in an idyllic location. Access is not suitable for those with mobility issues, a lot of steps to climb to finally reach, but well worth the climb. A wonderful place but with a little effort could make a whole world of difference! Situated in the nicest part of Pyrgos. Different, kind of exotic. Our roof top lacked a nice sail to shade the patio (the neighbour had one). Lack of coffee pucks (nespresso). We're promised more, but they never showed up. Overall accommodation was ok Hot tub was lovely and as long as you didn't look down, the view was great. At night the view was lovely. Room was very small ..toilet door didn't close and the shower overflowed into the room, we had to make a barricade of towels to stop the flooding ... we were only staying there 3 days before moving to Oia, so we made it work.

Nice stay, compact suite with open plan shower. Lovely views from the terrace but unfortunately we didn’t use the hot tub as the weather was too cold during our stay. Good location with plenty of nice places to eat within walking distance. We used the public bus to travel around the island which was easy from the village square.

Had the greatest experience in this hotel, room was huge, private pool was big, overlooking the airstrip on the island. They brought us complimentary drinks, snacks. Breakfast was amazing everyday. Property was very clean, and overlooked a vineyard where we could watch the sunrise. The owner Manos was extremely hospitable and kind to us, giving us various snacks and drinks, as well as recommendations and tips for travelling on the island. He is very responsive on WhatsApp as well, and responded instantly to any questions. Would highly recommend booking this place.

Our family enjoyed our stay very much, and would definitely book again when we come to Santorini next time.

Amazing property with super view Our host Mr Manos was exceptional. Right from the beginning, he explained the full apartment and guided us so nicely on the attractions around Santorini. The home was very nicely done and comfortable. There was cake, bread, fruits and many more things to make us feel comfortable straight away. Highly recommend this property.

The stay was lovely, convenient to get to and from the airport, easy to park and walk into the house. The house provided us snacks and a bottle of wine. The manager was super nice and friendly, he recommended many spots for us to sightsee and dine, also accommodating us everyday and making sure we had the best experience. Wonderful service.
