One possible improvement, the private pools are not heated. When we stayed this resulted in the water being very cold. Looked beautiful but not enjoyable to actually go in.

The highlight of Santorini was this hotel/spa. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, we were treated with absolute royalty. I can’t say I’ve ever had better service anywhere and I’ve traveled quite a bit. Santorini is a beautiful island, and this place is absolutely worth it. Additionally, the food and cocktails were amazing. 10/10 I’d highly recommend.

My stay at the Santorini Sky was amazing. The views were breathtaking and the staff were very kind, welcoming and friendly. My room was very clean and the cleaners came every morning to clean the room and hot tub. The food was great and the pastries were delicious. I would definitely recommend staying at the Santorini Sky and will definitely be visiting there again.

The staff was kind, warm, welcoming and wonderful! I can’t say enough good things about them! My only criticism is the pool was not heated, as advertised and the hot tub was cool. However, the incredible staff and location are beyond amazing!!! Trip and hotel of a lifetime!!!

Amazing place, so quiet and peaceful, with amazing views. Our suite was lovely. You need a car to get there, it’s around 17 minutes from the airport (not 7 as per *******). We rented a car - the villa is on a cliff top.

The worst hotel that I’ve been in my life! Our room was so far from the hotel, we needed take the car and drive 10 min to get there. Also the room was dirty and around had a lot of constructions and masons. The breakfast was very poor.

I had mixed feelings about Santorini, but the staff at this hotel completely changed my mind. The receptionist was really nice and helpful. I forgot his name. We went to all the recommendations the guy said and it didn’t disappoint. The place was phenomenal. We will definitely stay longer when we go back.

Lovely property in an idyllic location. Access is not suitable for those with mobility issues, a lot of steps to climb to finally reach, but well worth the climb. Would book again Host didn’t tell us we needed to contact them before hand to arrange a meeting point - so we arrived and were totally lost for an hour! Hot tub didn’t work on first day. A wonderful place but with a little effort could make a whole world of difference! Situated in the nicest part of Pyrgos. Different, kind of exotic. Our roof top lacked a nice sail to shade the patio (the neighbour had one). Lack of coffee pucks (nespresso). We're promised more, but they never showed up. Our SPA bath on the patio were cold but fixed rather quickly. Great response there. Keep thinking...

The view is fantastic and we had a top service thanks to Konstantina. Catamaran tour in semi private is the top! The JoJo beach & Bar at Perivolos is a very good place to go ;) For sure, Fira and Oia are must see.

Overall accommodation was ok Hot tub was lovely and as long as you didn't look down, the view was great. At night the view was lovely. Room was very small ..toilet door didn't close and the shower overflowed into the room, we had to make a barricade of towels to stop the flooding ... we were only staying there 3 days before moving to Oia, so we made it work.

Nice stay, compact suite with open plan shower. Lovely views from the terrace but unfortunately we didn’t use the hot tub as the weather was too cold during our stay. Good location with plenty of nice places to eat within walking distance. We used the public bus to travel around the island which was easy from the village square.

Costas met us on arrival, created the most amazing itinerary for our time on Santorini, organised a hire car for us and gave us lots of helpful tips on timings for going into Oia and Fira. Hospitality at a whole new level, never experienced such outstanding service! Ion was incredible, arranged out transfer, gave us so many tips for the island and made sure everything was perfect for us. The rooms were large and comfortable! A truly amazing stay!

I wanted to give the hotel a 4.5 star only because our room (Junior Suite) was a bit tight. Ultimately decided on 5 because it was newly renovated in 2016, clean, washroom was spacious, it's a quick walk to Pyrgos (so beautiful) and the manager, Christos, was extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast was just okay but enough for us. Overall I would be back but I would book a bigger room.

Amazing staff, beautiful space and very spacious. Great location, technically you can drive from the here to any directions in less than 20 min! No crowd around and less than 20 steps to take to get in the room. The best place to watch sunrise and have super delicious breakfast served in your room or front balcony! Shortly - BEST hotel I have been in. Service was top top notch, they cared and wanted so much for us to have the best time we could. Amazing view where the private pool oversees. Large terrace with sun beds. Spacious rooms, beautiful interior design. Showers could maybe have a stronger current but that's really a tiny thing in a mountain of amazingness.

The staff went above and beyond for us and we weren’t even guests. They helped us solve our tour issue and gave us water and a cool place to wait while the issue was being resolved. Definitely would recommend this place.

Probably one of the best view on the island. The suites are beautiful, spacious, comfortable with a great terrace equipped with a private jacuzzi or a private swimming pool. On top of this, the whole staff makes everything he can to arrange excursions, car rental, provide you with good adresses to go and give you valuable advice to allow you to live great moments on the island.

I would have given it a five but despite being the luxury suite with Pvt pool we weren't able to enjoy it as it didn't have temperature control and the wind was quite chilly. The place is not for people who want to be near the hustle and bustle of the main parts. Although it's just 10-15min from there by cab. Service wish excellent.
