Shortly - BEST hotel I have been in.
Service was top top notch, they cared and wanted so much for us to have the best time we could. Amazing view where the private pool oversees. Large terrace with sun beds.
Spacious rooms, beautiful interior design. Showers could maybe have a stronger current but that's really a tiny thing in a mountain of amazingness.

A.M.A.Z.I.N.G! From beginning to end with all written aswell as physical contact. The warm welcome with a refreshing lemonade made it a great start. You get a thorough map with the least amount of touristy restaurant suggestions which we tried most of them and in deed they were authentic. The jacuzzi was heated and definitely a bonus as the breeze in the evening make it chilly. Great view from above looking towards Fira/Oia. Breakfast is served in the room, each day you can let them know what you'd like to eat & the time for serving. Glutenfree crackers & biscuits available upon request + the possibility of soy, almond or oat milk. Our room had the following: shampoo, conditioner, shower gel in full size, 2x soap bars. Kitchen has dolce gusto coffee machine + kettle, a stocked (paid) mini bar with wines, chips etc., dishwashing liquid, sponge + rack. Bathroom has a rain shower + hand shower & hair dryer.

With whatever you needed help with you can ask them. Every day when you pass the reception they'll come and greet you and ask if you need any assistance with road mapping or inquire how your night was, same applies to when you've returned from your day trip.

You can book massages to the suite and have food delivered too. If you're interested in a sunset cruise they're happy to inform you & can help book the trip.

This was a memorable stay and we wished all hotels would be this amazing! THANK YOU ALL!!!

The staff went above and beyond for us and we weren’t even guests. They helped us solve our tour issue and gave us water and a cool place to wait while the issue was being resolved. Definitely would recommend this place.

Probably one of the best view on the island. The suites are beautiful, spacious, comfortable with a great terrace equipped with a private jacuzzi or a private swimming pool. On top of this, the whole staff makes everything he can to arrange excursions, car rental, provide you with good adresses to go and give you valuable advice to allow you to live great moments on the island.

On top of the highest hill of Santoríni you can find a lovely suites hotel, our room had jacuzzi with an incredible view on the see, the service was excellent: breakfast ordered the day before and served in the room, staff super friendly and helpful. Rooms clean and very large, bit pricy but definitely worth it. The location is sometimes a bit windy but during the hot nights you will love the refreshing breeze.

These guys are doing almost everything right. The service is world class. I have stayed in some of the best and most highly regarded hotels in London (often referred to as some of the best in the world), and I compare this service to what I've paid thousands more for in the past. I really hope they can keep it up in the future.

There are however, a few things that I don't think are quite up to my "luxury" expectations...

Firstly the food: the continental breakfast isn't very good at all (two star at best), but to be honest you can go and get this elsewhere. The locally-sourced evening meals are not much better either. I recommend a local restaurant in Pyrgos, about 5-10 minutes walk up the hill called Cava Alta - these guys are doing it right too - traditional and delicious Greek food. Not quite Michelin, but not far off!

The other not-so-great issue is the quality of the building and its equipment - it's all fairly basic and quite out of date, a bit of refurbishment and this place could dominate the island. The showers are very weak and don't look great, the paint in the rooms is also coming off, the doors and windows are old, some broken seals and if it's windy you can hear the wind howling all night. The TV has probably seen better days too and the furniture unfortunately also seems quite old, but again I'm comparing to the likes of Claridges and The Ritz.

Things you will love about your suite: the view, the Jacuzzi, the service and the location.

For around 50 EUR/day you can hire a small car and drive around the island: the guys at the reception can sort this out for you. You'll just need your license (or a picture of it) to get the keys. - Beware though, many idiots are on the road and many ATVs and scooters are driving dangerously too, so just stick to the speed limits and drive carefully around the bends and corners. The roads are very windy on the island, especially around this area.

Bottom line, the service was so good, it outperformed many five star experiences I've had in the past. Unfortunately I'd put everything else at closer to four star than five, and even though the quality is good, it's not the best, and you can do better on the island, but I doubt you can get the same service anywhere else. This really was impressive. They went to the extra length of putting together birthday cake for my girlfriend and singing Happy Birthday with me. It was an incredible gesture.

An amazing place to stay! The service is incredible and the stated super friendly. The breakfast is lovely and changes every morning. The staff can help arrange all kinds for you - car rentals, spa treatments, reservations at beach clubs and all with no hassle. The room was turned out very well each day, the bed is very comfortable and the bathroom with the jauzzi is perfect! Would definitely recommend!

A different perspective! Great location to watch the light reflect on most of the white buildings on santorini. A few minutes walk away and u can even see the entire airport.
