Hotels with pool in Portaria

Swimming pool and fitness room cost an extra charge of 15,- EUR per day and sauna another 10,- EUR per person on top. Therefore we never saw people using it and this seems to be intended

The hotel is divided into several houses with no central hallway. Therefore you have to walk along the parking site in front of the hotel in order to access the wellness area

We had a spacious junior suite with our own fire place. But when we lit the fire, the whole room was full of smoke despite a closed glas fire door

Different people were not very helpful and we always had the impression that they were glad when we did not bother them with questions

The personnel at the reception seems not be prepared for foreigners even though they spoke English quite reasonably

It seemed that others had the same problem since the room smelled already smoky on the day of our arrival

When we asked about it they said its because the other room was at a different category! The pool should have been heated due to low temperatures

The hotel’s design is old fashioned. We ordered a room with a mountain and pool views, there aren’t rooms that offers both. The hotel’s overview didn’t mention that the pool is closed

Very good looking room, very clean, great staff, and a very cozy Christmas environment; what else could you ask for around December? The lobby is a place to have a seat and enjoy a book or in case you have to work, take your laptop/tablet and be productive

Unfortunately we had an ant problem in our room that wasn't solved during our entire stay. Neither were we offered any compensation. The AC worked just but not great :( The gym and pool hours are not very convinient

We in December as a couple really enjoyed the area, view and hotel. I knew it was an older built hotel but therefore knew it would have more spacious rooms and higher ceilings and parking

Lovely place with a great view and great pool. Unfortunately while we stayed here the pool bar was closed which would have added to the place

We have stayed there for 3 nights, the stuff were super nice and answered every request with a smile. The breakfast buffet was very good with many different options.

Great location, quite, in the woods, great view, very nice environment, spacious rooms, very clean. The pool is a great plus, you can swim during the day and you can enjoy cocktails and drinks by the pool at night

Great place to stay in Portaria, Pelion. Rooms are clean and the standard room are large enough. there is a swimming pool at the yard and great view of Vollos and the sea below

The moment you arrive you're neck deep in to the small, rural, Greek village experience. The pool was absolutely refreshing after experiencing days of 38-40°c in Athens

We spent 2 nights at the Pelion Resort and it was very good. The rooms are big, with a good bathroom and good bed. They have a very good pool (I enjoyed all day!) and their service is very friendly and kind

Clean and cozy rooms in the central plaza of portaria. Almost everything is either locally produced or made by the landlady. My favourites are the apple pie and pasta flora. Excellent for relaxation and extra warmth

The location is wonderful, and sitting in between the large trees on a sunny day makes you realize that you might have stumbled upon one of the most beautiful places in all of Greece

Hotel Filoxenia is a small hotel hidden in between some others in Portaria. The owners take pride in their quiet and welcoming establishment and provide you everything you need

The breakfast is wonderful both salad and sweet, with handmade Greek products, preserves, cakes and so on. Kritsa, her parents and her daughter are all very kind and helpful

We LOVED this area. My husband voted our stay here his very favorite place we went in the three weeks that we spent traveling around Greece and the islands!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our accommodations were a separate beautiful cottage on the property with two floors and balcony

More hooks and clothes hangers in the room would be great, we did ask the staff and they were able to provide us with additional hangers for our clothes, however there wasn't much space to hang our towels and jackets

Amazing place to relax by the pool and have some drinks. The cocktails were perfect and the service was very helpful and kind. Pool yard is also peaceful and suitable for working from distance

Breakfast is available until 11 a. , and you can have it in a patio outside, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. The staff was very kind and professional, always happy to help

The space between the bed & the wall on one side was very small and the curtain reached to the floor, so it was very difficult to pass through, especially at night if you need to go to the bathroom

The staff made sure we got feed and kept us informed about the situation with the rain even though they were not taking care of their homes that were being damaged by the storm

Beautiful, atmospheric and clean hotel in a central but quiet location with a great view. The services are good and the staff is friendly. We haven't got the chance to experience the spa yet

Our room was perfect, very clean, comfortable with a biggg bed (we were very much impressed by the sewn embroidery of the hotel's logo on the sheets and towels, very chic and regal) and extremely quiet
