Hotel Eger & Park

Eger, Szálloda Street 🧭

A nice place to stay Friendly Staff, perfect location

Short walk to the castle and the pools. Nice rooms. Good food.

Friendly staff, good food, clean rooms, good facilities.

Nice hotell. The room was cosy and modern. The restaurant was far from my room.

One night in Eger One night. Realised family hotel after getting there. But inckuded dinner and breakfast. Not really great though. Had to move rooms could hearvthe bowling alley in our room. The pools and saunas were nice.

Attended a conference at this hotel and was pleasantly pleased with the hotel. Large hotel with good facilities. Restaurant food was very good with good selection. My only concern was with my bedroom which was a single room but very small. The bathroom was even smaller and you could hardly use the shower due to its size and I am not the largest person. Not one TV channel was in English so had to use...

Romantik

Eger, Csiky Sándor utca 26 🧭

Nice and cozy hotel, with really nice staff - they were very helpful and they also speak English. The breakfast was great - nice selection of food and drinks. There is TV and a safe in the rooms, and the bathroom is also big enough.

We had a wonderful one-night stay at this charming small hotel. It felt more like a cozy bed and breakfast with its serene and peaceful ambiance. The room was simple but spotless, ensuring a comfortable night's rest. Breakfast was a delightful surprise—simple yet satisfying, catering to all tastes. Perfect retreat for those seeking a quiet getaway. Highly recommend!

This is a very good hotel, one of the best in Eger. The rooms are nice and comfortable, much larger than the usual box rooms of an average hotel. The breakfast room has a great atmosphere and the breakfast itself is tasty and plentyful. The location of the hotel is perfect as you only need to walk down the street to be right in the center. I have always been treated kindly here and the reception is...

Really good hotel with very friendly staff, with cute romantic rooms at the good location! With beautiful courtyard and nice balcony with lovely scenery! Very quiet, nice equipment and atmosphere! We spent there two nights! And it was super, that we found such beautiful place! Just love this hotel!!!

I stayed for a week in November. I chose this hotel mainly because of the free parking being available, which it was for my entire stay. Staff were friendly and helpful. WiFi was fast and reliable. The room was adequate - nothing special. The bathroom was a bit gloomy, but okay. Not having a kettle provided to make a coffee was a major drawback. Breakfast was exactly what you'd expect. Overall, it...

Beautiful hotel with friendly staff, located just few hundred meters from city centre. Recommend.

Hotel Unicornis

Eger, Dr. Hibay Károly Utca 2 🧭

They are kind and professional. I offer them.

The hotel has a decent breakfast with enough variety to start the day, and the location is very convenient, near the city centre, making it easy to get around and visit nearby attractions.

Very uncomfortable... The room was clean, spacious, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The TV and remote control were awful; there was no channel list, the remote worked intermittently, and the TV screen was tiny. The mattress was extremely thin, and there was no slatted frame, just a solid board – unacceptable and completely uncomfortable.

The Unicorn is the hotel of choice. It's in a great location for walking around the city. The exterior of the hotel seems to have been renovated, so it was a bit different from the interior, but there was a breakfast buffet and it was a comfortable stay.

I booked 6 rooms, we came to Eger with 12 people for a team building. The rooms were quite old, retro / old school. The rooms were clean. The hotel was in the city center, easily accessible. The staff was nice, check-in was quick and easy. The spa department was very bad: the jacuzzi fell apart and the jacuzzi water was dirty and sandy. For many of us, the breakfast was also disgusting, several day...

The food and dining experience in general was the best part about this hotel. The quality of the rooms should be brought up to the quality of the restaurant. But everything was fine the staff is kind and energetic in general.

Room was clean and very nice Customer service was average with much help not provided

We had dinner here and had a very good Hungarian goulash. The restaurant's decor is also very nice and the service is excellent. I recommend coming for the goulash!

This is a very quaint and beautiful hotel. The person at reception was very friendly and helpful. We stayed next door to the main building. Our unit was cozy, clean and quiet with beautiful decor. Food and staff at the restaurant were exceptional. Breakfast buffet outstanding. Hotel situated in the heart of the wine valley yet not far from the city center. We were able to hop on the little tourist...

Charming property and the room was amazing. Very close to multiple wine stores and restaurants.

Property is very conveniently located by the wine cellars of the famous Eger wineries. You can walk in few minutes to do wine tasting to a lot of premium wine cellars and restaurants.

Good place. The food was good, wines were better and there were cats chilling near tables. Didn't stay for the night, just dinner.

Imola Udvarhaz Hotel

Eger, Tinodi S. square 4. (former Dozsa Gy. square) 🧭

Lovely hotel in a lively city Eger, where each detail is carefully thought out-lots of plants, natural stones, trinklets make the hotel extremely cosy. Good location - close to the city centre and nice view to walk up the street. In addition, good food and friendly staff.

I really enjoyed my stay here. I had a single room. It's small but enough for my needs. The room is nice and very clean. I like it that they have standards for their cleaning. It is perfect that it's located right next to the castle and a Michelin star restaurant, and I could find other restaurants around. It's within walking distance to other attractions as well. The breakfast included at the high...

A beautiful and well organized hotel, located a few meters away from the medieval fortress. Everyone at the hotel was nice and ready to help. We also liked the garage that can accommodate about 10 cars.

We went back to Eger after 20 years and this was our first time to stay at Imola hotel. Great location with the option for underground car parking for fees. We got room number 2 which was located on the first floor with a balcony to view on the castle. The room is not huge but includes a small fridge with drinks and sweets. Short walk distance almost everywhere. Absolutely lovely food at Macok bistro...

We stayed here for two nights while wine tasting in Eger. What a lovely spot. We had a nice little apartment (room 6 - although not so great for my husband who is 6’5” because we were on the top floor and the ceilings slanted. Glad he survived.). This is a lovely location with parking for guests (for an extra charge). Quite a bargain and a lovely place.

I recently stayed at the hotel for one night and had the pleasure of staying in a rooftop apartment. The hotel boasts an excellent location in the heart of the city, yet still offers a peaceful and tranquil environment. The breakfast provided was top-notch, offering a variety of delicious options to start the day off right. The room itself was well-appointed and comfortable, with all the necessary...

Matyus Udvarhaz Kengyel Fogado Eger

Eger, Eged-hegyi Lovastanya, 3300 Eger, Hevesh, Vengriya 🧭

Adorable place, good food, very good service ( especially the man).

A rustic rural ranch type of place..if you like the horse life then you're in for a treat.

We are happily notify you, that is a "Spuné approved" place

Good localisation and really nice area.

More than the rooms and the food, the complex is simply stunning! It is a complex of horse training and restoration of old carriages. Everything here is pastorally quiet and full of animals. Children will love to be here. The prices are cheap and reasonable. The rooms are air conditioned and clean but simple.

I was here about 25 years ago when I was a couple of years old. It was good, it was calm, but without the introduction of other programs it would be boring for me to spend more than 3 days here, but nevertheless it is a very good place!

The best chicken soup I had in a long time🤩 And the "édes lányom" is a perfect wine for some dessert, we really liked it!

This hotel can be described as one big warm hug. The husband and wife owners man the front desk and are honestly the sweetest hosts. They both speak German and a little English which was great as we know a little bit more German than we do hungarian. On check in they were able to recommend a few places we should visit and be honest about others that may have been "boring" 😄 ❤. My husband also let...

Very beautiful family hotel near by Egar's town square. Nice, helpful people in here. Food was delicious!

Such friendly hosts. Parking available free of charge. Quaint Hotel in centre of Eger

Excellent service. Perfect food.

This is one of my favorite location in Eger. It is a fantastic location right next to the castle wall in the middle of downtown. You can feel the history and the culture radiates from the walls of the building! Actually it is an interesting fact that they used some of the stones from the castle when the hotel was built. Even during Covid they are creative to offer some drinks outside for the tourists...

Aqua Eger

Eger, 9 Maklári út 🧭

We hilly recommend this hotel it is very clean the staff is very helpful and the food is amazing. We had a very nice room, and it is very near to the center of the city

Clean spacious room. Very good breakfast and dinner. Friendly staff. Definitely recommend. Close to Eger center too.

It is a very nice place to stay in Eger. Very close to the city center and also to the Turkish spa. However, they serve only the breakfast, no lunch or dinner (even if they offer this on booking).

This was a great vacation. We were located quite in the centre, could park the car and the trailer which was essential. It was quiet and the rooms were freshly renewed. That and the fair price is what we liked. I like the quietness there - that is often so in Hungary. The only thing we missed was a climate system, but that is more than can be expected at such prices. We certainly come back again!

A very quaint and charming place located in walking distance to the city centre. The place is clean and breakfast was always good with a good choice of food.Staff was friendly and accommodating. Well done 👏 will definitely recommend it to my friends.

I have just returned from a very enjoyable holiday in Hungary. My friends and I stayed at the Hotel Aqua Villa in Eger. The hotel has changed management a few years ago and is now run by a delightful and energetic young couple. Comments made in December 2016 as well as those made in 2018 about the hotel are no longer valid. My friends and I stayed at the hotel for a whole week. The rooms were very...

Varkapu Panzio

Eger, Kossuth Lajos utca 21 🧭

The location is the best and at the same time it is not noisy. The room has nice design, but some maintenance needs. The breakfast was poor, I would recommend to book without breakfast. The service was really nice.

Location close to the centre, a friendly man in the receptuon who catered for the guests really much. He also provided us with a car park that at first wasn’t available so it was a nice surprise for us to get a spot just in front of the building and we really appreciated it. There are only three spaces so the visitors need to book them in advance. Very cheap drinks and coffee on offer if you want...

It is the best place for stay in Eger. The staff is very kind, helpful- always eager to give a helping hand. Room (for 4 people) is very clean, big, spacious, trim. Breakfasts are really tasty. Location is really good. Hope to come back here once again. Thank you.

Great for visiting Eger for a weekend. Very close to main square (Dobo). Good breakfasts.

Nice, cosy and very helpful and friendly owner. Friedegg is made personally by him during breakfast. Warm room, with view of the castle.

Great hospitality, great breakfast, ownervwas very helpful and very very nice. Good price. Excellent location right in ftont of the castle, in a walking distance from the center. Warmly recommended!
